No one else had an opening to see our sick dog and we were given their number. We called and they made time to see him so we drove all the way from Tucson and they were wonderful. They did an x-ray, IV and prescribed some medication and put him on a bland diet. Then when we went to pay they asked if we were first responders and yes newly retired Police Officer so we got a discount. Great Dr, Great Vet Tech they explained everything to me while having my daughter a pre-vet student on facetime...thank you for taking care of our Duke Lionel. You all are appreciated.

I’ve been taking my dogs here for three and a half years. All was good at first. The past 18 or so months the quality of service has decreased dramatically. I’m not sure if it’s new ownership or inexperienced vets. First my dog needed ACL surgery. I was originally told and estimate and paid to have scans. They then raise the price by $500 over the high end of the estimated range. Day of surgery it was another $500 more. After surgery another price hike. I felt baited and cheated by the price hikes. Secondly my dog has been great with vets her whole life. I’m not sure what happened here but now she hates being there and is anxious to see the vet. They’ve neglected treating my dog twice now because they said she was anxious and asked me to pay if I wanted to receive the treatment I originally came for. Most recently I had a wellness exam on a middle-late age German Shepherd. They skipped the orthopedic exam which is crazy because large dogs are prone to joint issues especially in old age. I asked the vet directly to check with me in the room to calm her down but she refused. I explained symptoms that had me concerned but she said don’t worry about it. I then asked to have it examined at a later date and they said that I never brought up any concerns in the first visit which is a flat out lie. I’m done with this place which is unfortunate because early experiences were so good and they’re so close. Leaving the review at 2 star due to initial experiences. I’m sure I’ll get an owner response discrediting my experience with them but hopefully they take it to heart to treat their remaining customers better in the future.

We are happy with the care our cat has received since first coming to Las Sendas. I'm convinced the medicated diet he is on saved his life and he is extremely playful and happy since we switched to it. They recommended it almost immediately after bringing him in and I don't think he would have made it otherwise. The front office staff is exceptionally kind as well as the vet techs.

I’ve brought my dog and cat in to see Dr. Beebe and she’s been wonderful, responsive, and kind. The first time I spoke with her was during the covid closure so I couldn’t come in, but over the phone she was informative and worked with me on a couple of treatment options that would work for me and my dog. Later on I brought my cat in for a check since she had been sneezing for a while and Dr Beebe recommended a dental with extractions. I had complete trust in her to take care of my cat so I wasn’t as nervous as I normally am on drop off. She called me a few times to keep me updated on the progress and I felt very comfortable with her knowledge and care that she was giving. After some recovery time, my cat is doing better than ever and no longer sneezing. I’d also like to highlight that my experience with all of the technicians and reception people have been stellar! They are all so kind and responsive and have even called me for cancelled appointments to see if I’d like to come in sooner which is great! I know a Dr’s job is only as good as the support team behind them and I am 100% confident in the care they give. Thank you all so so much for your hard work and dedication!

My son is almost 15 and fighting a nasty prostate infection. This fine establishment has done nothing but put his care as top priority. They have a payment plan that accepts everyone making me able to provide the best care they have. You’ve no idea HOW MUCH THAT MEANS TO US PET PARENTS!Lastly and most importantly you gave me HOPE when I was giving up as other places turned me away. You keep my boy comfortable and that is priceless.

My 23 yr old daughter had a yorkie that she got for her 12th birthday; he was/is very loved and sadly now very missed. She took him here after we moved to the East Valley and she said his checkup was excellent and they told her he was in excellent health for being 11. Except he had arthritis but he still ran up and down the stairs like a puppy. They prescribed carprofen for him and told her it was safe to give him every 12 hrs regularly. Never mentioned that he should have lab work done or the side effects nor did they discuss alternatives to the medication. There was nothing on her paperwork either. Except what she told me they said. Well, her sweet little yorkie had to be humanely euthanized on Saturday because that medication can cause kidney failure especially in older dogs. My daughter spent $2500 trying to save him but he was too sick by the time he showed symptoms. Which is apparently also common in dogs who go into kidney failure: they usually don’t show symptoms until its too late. We are heartbroken and entirely hold this clinic responsible. I don’t understand how they stay in business when they’re patients safety isn’t their first priority.

Been taking my dogs there for 3 years and they still don't even know who I am or even who my dogs are. It's like going to a brand new vet every single time. I regret purchasing their vaccines for life thing. Also took my husky to the groomer, specifically said I needed her de-shedded, they force you to pay before you can even take a look at your dog. We left a shedding trail the whole way to the door.

Took him in for a minor surgery, and brought him home with bugs crawling out of his ears. He’s never had an issue with any sort of infestation, we brush him daily, we would definitely have noticed if this was an issue before. Disgusting. Contacted them and they told us they’d sell us a script, with no apology to infecting him? Not the right response.

I came to you guys (under the impression that you offered Emergency and Urgent Care services, as that is what your website says) yesterday morning between the hours of 9 and 10 a.m. with my dog who was in critical condition.. just to be turned away the moment I said I would be a new patient and that you guys will not help me. I cant remember the ladies name on shift at that time, but she even helped me push my dog out the door as he couldn't stand and sent me to another Emergency place you claimed was opened at 9 a.m. when in fact, they didn't open until 12 p.m. Because of your refusal to help, my dog passed away. I finally found help for him, but it was too late. I will not take my future fur babies to your clinic and I should be compensated for my vet bill.

We emergently had to bring our husky Aurora to Las Sendas after her seizures would not stop. Aurora was 4 years old and the last year of her life was tough..she was diagnosed with valley fever then shortly after developed Epilepsy. She was on medication for both. Unfortunately, Aurora's brain damage was just too severe and she crossed the rainbow bridge at Las Sendas Saturday morning. The staff was nothing short of compassionate, gentle and understanding. We needed this as we had just moved into a new home 17 hours prior. Thank you for all the love you showed us during an impossible situation. I feel it was no coincidence we were brought to your doorstep. I do volunteer work at the Salt River and Aurora was often my sidekick those days. Thank you for everything ❤️

Poor baby! Groomer new girl had me pay $78 bucks before I saw her! I was mortified when I took her to the car! She has uneven coat everywhere! Shows her age spots and tail looks crazy! No bow to boot 😡 Asked for $10 off...no they couldn't do that! Next day none called me back! Finally called them @ 3pm. Spoke to Erica, she said she was the manager and would call me back. She called back later and offered to "fix her tail". No REFUND! Do not take your dog here unless you see CARLA!

3/5 for the cat groomer. I am keeping 2 stars due to not knowing or agreeing to my Ragdoll's whiskers being trimmed back. She is disoriented and this causes a challenge for her to put up with the other resident cat, who doesn't recognize her scent and picks on her for it. The Ragdoll is a docile breed and Lucy doesn't deserve to be at a further disadvantage to her cat roommate. I am concerned that she might not play as much or as confidently now, something we do every day as well as taking fiber, to keep her bowels moving properly. As an old lady cat with FIV and whose joints pop, she needs all the playtime she can handle. We may or may not return to Las Sendas groomers.

These people are friggin AMAZING!! 🤩When I had no other options they came to my rescue and offered me a solution to all of my problems when trying to treat my pup I had just rescued. They set me up with a treatment regimen for my little guy and an amazing payment plan that assisted tremendously after I was unexpectedly assaulted with a medical emergency and high medical bills. The staff was flexible, inviting, and beyond helpful as we worked together to find a viable solution. I highly recommend this place for all of your pet needs!

We are new patients, we were referred by friends who also moved to the area. 2 weeks in our new area our puppy started having hip issues. The clinic fit us in right away and we’re so warm and friendly. They were thorough and explained all options.We are truly grateful for their hospitality and such a warm welcome ❤️

Puppies really need that extra reassurance that the vet is a fun place to go. The staff made our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, Jada, feel welcomed and loved instantly. They even gave her a teaspoon of wet food to eat (distraction) while they poked her with her necessary vaccinations. She didn't even feel the poke which gave me relief. Like many of us, I am a slightly over-protective pet mom to fur babies. I highly recommend the caring and genuine staff at Las Sendas Animal Hospital. Thank you!!

My pup had surgery for a luxating patella. All the nurses and staff were so kind and great to work with. The surgeon was fantastic and put me at ease by explaining everything in detail and never making me feel rushed. That’s rare. My baby is recovering nicely at home and a big part of that is because of how wonderful the Las Sendas team was leading up to, during, and after surgery. Thank you so much!!

Took my kitten here to have his hurt paw examined. They got me in quickly on a cancellation early one morning. This place offers payment plans, which is great! The staff was also very kind and welcoming. They took good care of my kitten. I would come back here again most definitely for my vet needs

I love Las SENDAS. They are always responsive and gentle with my pets. I trust them to be fair and honest. They have done an amazing job with all 6 of my dogs.
