I am a new client here. I took my cat in for an overdur exam and and vaccines. That visit was efficient and the pricing was fair.I loved the staff!! The wait time and clarity with the techs and veterinarian was excellent.I asked to visit the kenneling side while I was there, (which they did make happen) as well as meeting the groomer, who was friendly and seemed to me, on her game. The grooming was today's visit. I am again thrilled at the efficiency of the service and visit!!This place has good staffing and Honestly It really makes or breaks it for me...Don't hesitate to bring your babies here! I have a happy cat!

So this place is my regular vet. But I decided to let them cut my babies hair. 😬 Oh, my goodness!!Page the groomer made my baby doggy look like a show dog. Sorry if I spelled her name wrong. I Love her now, She is the best.Thank you again & again. 😁Before & after .

I was desperate to find a place to trim my kitten's nails. He was scratching me to death. I called & they were so sweet. They told me to come on in & they were so amazing. The next day I went back for his vaccinations. This is going to be my main vet clinic from now on.

We were having an absolutely horrible experience with the PetSmart grooming and Exceptional Pets was able to turn the whole day around! We were able to be seen quickly for our pup's injury (which happened during his PetSmart grooming and their vet let him sit for HOURS without even being looked at) and they finished his grooming for us. Everyone was so nice and supportive while we were panicking pet parents and they were just overall amazing. We will now be utilizing Exceptional Pets for any services our pup needs!

We just started using them and we got shots then grooming. All of it was an excellent experience. The dogs were groomed perfectly!! Will definitely stick with these guys. I strongly recommend

Absolutely NEVER take your pet here for vet care!!! Not only do they not know what their doing but they put your dog in danger! They're unethical and charge you for services that are not even needed! They don't care about your pets well being rather put them in harms way. They lie and even with hard facts and proof they try to back track. I tried to give them a second chance after the first time they had my dog almost die when they charged me $1,400 dollars and not a single result of why my dog was sick and still tried to get me to do more test I refused. I swear I have more knowledge then the actual vet it seemed. Stupid me for giving them another chance. NEVER AGAIN!After ready more if the reviews it sounds like this place should be investigated! I'll be having this done asap and anyone else with information I would like to get together with to make sure we expose this place!I'll be posting more on social media so feel free to reach out to me with more information anyone that's had a negative experience!

Happy and I had a wonderful experience at exceptional pets today! Diana, Keymoni, Morgan and Dr. Miracle we're all amazing with my very shy timid rescue dog!This place was spotless! Super Clean and odor free, and they were able to do the heartworm test there and get results in 10 minutes! They were also able to do all the labs that we needed for our wellness checkup and took all the time that was needed to get to know Happy.I also like that they showed me the pricing up front so that I could approve it before anything was undertaken. Very reassuring to know what to expect.My forever friend, Happy, and myself have just found a forever vet!

Specialty brand pet foods. Cleanliness is great...yes.. I look in corners. Awesome customer service. Placed my order as promised and arrived on time. I have been greeted with true friendliness every time I've entered their door. I've been assisted with taking my purchases out to my car without hesitation or my asking for help. Staff have been knowledgeable as to my new furever's nutrition needs. How refreshing! No more Petco nor Banfield Veterinary for my Quinton Gerrard Fox! Exceptional Pets is THE place if you care about your pets.

It was our first time visiting a groomer for our fur baby. I’ve heard mixed things about doodle cuts, and that you really need to do your research. When looking ant exceptional pets, all of the pictures looked like what we were wanting for our doodle, and we weren’t disappointed. The groomer listened to our wants and he came out looking so handsome. She said he did great and he was happy as he came out! Definitely will come back!

I have been taking my dog here for around 2 years now for grooming and vet services and this is the best facility so far! The staff are friendly, professional, and are well priced. My dog is a miniature poodle mix who had some health concerns about a year ago and they took extra precaution to assure he is safe and comfort during his grooming appointments. I know when I drop off my dog he is safe and well taken care of. I recommend this facility to everybody!

CHANGING MY REVIEW - IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! So i loved this place the first time i went. But since then it’s been a freaking NIGHTMARE with them actively trying to scam me out of money and it’s left me with a dog that is EXTREMELY sick!! My dog was perfectly healthy when i took her in to be spayed when suddenly i was told she had a UTI and so the procedure had to wait (pushing it so i would lose my $110 deposit because the procedure wasn’t done in the 1 month time period i was told it had to be done in). So they sell me some meds, i take her home & give her the meds and bring her back when they’re done to test if it’s all cleared up (costing me $89) and they tell me the meds didn’t work and told me i could now pay $256 so they can find out which med their supposed to have given my dog for it instead of just prescribing her the other common med used for UTIs, then they’ll give me the right meds (for $88) and we can go from there. Fast forward 2 weeks and my dog is not doing well, so I take her back and they first try to trick me into paying $180 for the exam even though ALL of their Yourgi plans have unlimited vet exams and visits (the assistant tried to act like “she got confused &put it on the bill as a mistake”), then tell me i have to pay $600, YES SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS, to treat my dogs UTI and then they gave me the SAME MEDS THAT DIDNT WORK THE FIRST TIME!! I took my dog there perfectly healthy and ok and Now my dog can barely walk, and I’m scared she’s not going to survive. I feel they’ve shown they are incompetent and are trying to scam money out of me for unnecessary things.

My dog is a nipper when at the vet or at grooming. Exceptional Pets at Gilbert and Baseline managed to do a nail trim and grind without having to muzzle her. I highl recommend them! I'm so grateful 🙏

My dogs don't do well with strangers as they are very protective support animals. They LOVE the doctors and staff at EP/Mesa, and especially love their "spa days" where we drop them off, they get any medical issues taken care of, get groomed, get to play with other pets in the day care, and get their new bandanas. (Which our female dog ends up sharing with our female cat, because she loves the bandana look as well, lol.) The Mesa Office and staff are The Best! Two Paws Up!👍

Can’t speak for grooming but for vet care I wouldn’t recommend. The manager Gina was very nice and helpful though so it might depend on who you talk to when trying to get vet care.

This clinic is great. I took my oldest cat here first to get her up to date on her shots, she's a love bug so I wasn't worried, but the staff was kind and efficient the whole time. My youngest cat though, is a wild child. Does not like the vet and let's everyone know. She needed to be updated as well so when I brought her in, I explained to them that I've taken her to three different clinics and all of them, within 5-10 minutes after taking her to the back, would have the Dr come in saying they need to sedate her because of her behavior (hissing, growling). Of course I didn't want to sedate her and told them so, but after taking her to the third clinic and being told this, I caved since she needed her shots. So I'm now waiting on the Dr here and scared I'm going to hear the same thing, but when Dr. Miracle came in, not only was she great but showed me what a competent vet looks like. She had additional help from two techs to help handle her, which I understood. But she was so patient with her in the beginning to help ease her as best as she could and it worked. No sedation needed. All because she got my cat feel somewhat safe (since we were still in a vets office) vs speeding things up for her times sake and possibly scaring her even more. I'm very grateful to her and the techs for showing me they're great at their jobs as well as help ease my anxiety about what I thought was going to happen to my cat. Thank you!P.S. Took my wild child in only 2 weeks after unexpectedly for an eye infection, and same service. Nothing but patience and waiting on my cats time in order to help see what needed to be done to help her eye. Gave me eye drops and her little eye is all better now, thank you so much again!

I had never been to Exceptional Pets before but I will not forget them now. I had a 19 year old cat that after some tests we determined should be put down and they were so kind and understanding while I was beside myself. She's the first I've ever had to let go of like that and you're never ready but they made it as comfortable as possible. Thank you guys.

We love this place. Great place to have our dogs groomed, also great place to wash your dog yourself. We use the self dog wash in between haircuts for our poodle. Staff is always super nice and the facility is extremely clean. Highly recommend!! 💕💜🐶
