This was our rescue, Alphie’s first time at the groomer since we got him from the shelter. I was worried since he always got super excited around other dogs. I notified them of this and she let me know he did well when I picked him up. They did such a good job with him and reduced my anxiety about the process. The only thing I did notice, he did shed a lot right after his visit, but I am unsure if that is common or not. Overall, the service was great and it was very affordable compared to some of the other places in the area.

It pains me to leave such a negative review especially when I rarely leave reviews, but Dogonegood did such a terrible job that I’m still upset with how my dog looks 3 weeks after his haircut. I genuinely wish I could give negative stars. This was our Cavapoo’s first haircut, and we asked for the “Teddy bear” look with just a trim but when we were able to pick up our dog 4 hours later, we didn’t even recognize him. They shaved his hair as short as they possibly could. On top of that, it was an uneven cut, they ruined the curls on his ears, and his tail was MATTED. It’s so unfortunate how poor of a job they did, but I hope our experience and review saves your dogs hair. First picture is the before, second is the after. Unfortunately, the third picture is from today. Curls are gone.

I took my pup in to get nails clipped and heard my pup cry and my pup has never cried before. They tried to say that he had anxiety and they tried to calm him down which is an untruth. My pup has never cried during a bath or nail trim but I will never take my pups back there even if I get a lifetime of free services. Anyone that abuses a pup should be shut down.

I've been going to Dogonegood for about 3 years now, and I have always been very pleased with their grooming and washing services. Our dog is a terrier/Schnauzer mix, and they do a great job on his beard and brows. Also, he is always legitimately excited to run into Dogonegood. He runs around behind the counter, jumps on their furniture, he loves it their. Unlike taking him to a boarding establishment... Finally, the groomers and staff here are very friendly, never rushed, professional and very polite. Thank you Dogonegood, we appreciate you so much!

DO NOT COME HERE!! I brought my Old English Sheepdog here for the first time for a bath and brush service, because his groomer was on vacation. He was tangled in some areas, but not matted to a point that they couldn't brush him. I picked up my dog and he had chunks of hair taken off, his hair around his face was unevenly cut, and he wasn't brushed. When I spoke to this owner she said I could bring him back, but I wasn'tgoing to risk it. I sharer my other concerns with her, but she was dismissive about my concerns. I ended paying more money to get my fur baby groomed elsewhere.

I just want to give a big shout out to the propriotors on this establishment!! Bill and Shelly are so very sweet and kind! This was my first time with my dog and her first time getting groomed! They did exactly what I asked for and more..my dog Mitzy looked fabulous!! They truly are extremely professional and know their craft where dog grooming is concerned!! I would HIGHLY recommend them and have already to others that I know have pets!! Great Customer service Great grooming and handling of your pet and the cost is so very affordable!! Definitely will bring my girl back to them from now on!! Please take advantage of this wonderful groomer!!

I have been taking my dogs to Shelley for over 10 years and have followed her from shop to shop until she opened her own business. I was so happy she has her own place. I have 2 dogs and they will not let anyone near them but Shelley. She does a great job and the price is right. I would recommend her to everyone. I have been to her new shop and her and her staff are awesome. My dogs looked fantastic and she and her staff are very good with them.She will do an awesome job for you.

Quotes 35$ for a wash and trim around paws and privates for the pup….but charged for 45$ and they hadn’t done any of the trimming when we came to pick up . They offered to do it on the spot- but was rushed.Disappointed since this place had really good reviews and the person at the front was friendly - but I feel a bit ripped off.

I took my 2 little dogs there today to be groomed and they did an amazing job. I actually paid less than what I was originally quoted and they called me as soon as they were ready to go home. When I went and picked them up they came out running and happy, and they even each had cute little bandana's on them. I would highly recommend taking your pet there.

I have been going to Petsmart for the past 10 yrs. and paying btwn $75. And $100 for my dogs grooming. And never happy with the way they looked afterwards.Met Shelley and Bill at Native ;( my husband worked with Bill) and was told they owned a dog grooming business. Took my dog in on Saturday and they did an amazing service. Was so happy with the cut and the price was Awesome! Will recommend them to anyone I know that has dogs .

I used to take my dog to Petco and he would shake with fear before entering. He doesn't shake with fear at Dogonegood Grooming. Shelley knows a lot about pets and takes good care of them. She even includes a cool bandana after each grooming, which is really cute.

Took my dog Domino here. Estatic with the results. They are quick, and gave him an excellent cut. He smells great and even got a bandana (: He is notorious for being hard to handle with his nails, but they got the job done perfectly!

Love this place! Only place I trust to cut my dogs nails. I have a black lab with extremely sensitive nails and Shelley is the only groomer that HE will let touch them. I highly recommend this place! Plus, there is free wi-fi and tons of parking!

I scheduled an appointment online and drove an hour to get my dog groomed here just for them to tell me they can’t take him regardless of my appointment because they were too busy and didn’t see that I had booked an appointment. The young lady up front was rude and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. I understand things happen but she had 3 hours to call me and have me reschedule

I have 4 dogs and a Ragdoll cat. Shelly is an amazing groomer, she takes alot of time and care with all of my pets. The BIG thing I notice from being in the pet business for 10 years when I went to pick up my pets and then on the repeated trips to Dogonegood grooming they were very happy, no one had a tucked tail of were scared. I can tell when an animal has been mishandled or doesn't like the handler or groomer. ALL my animals are very happy and tails are wagging and the icing on the cake is the prices!!!! can't beat em! Thank you Shelly I will be recommending you to all my friends and family.
