The pharmacy team here is incredible! They have a huge customer volume, and I’m always amazed by how efficiently they get us all through. They’re also always professional and gracious, no matter how hard they’re working.

CVS aka Caremark is an abomination and should be shut down. The pharmacy is a joke, and getting any help at this or any of its locations is a 20 minute waste of time. You get better customer service at Walmart if that tells you anything.

This CVS has not been filling prescriptions within a reasonable amount of time. Once a prescription was filled and available for pickup, went in to pick it up the couldn't find it. Now, for last few months prescriptions are still in progress for 5 to 6 days and still not progressed then try to call to get them filled; phone system is messed up and the hold time is ridiculous, then they are rude over the phone. There is so many more issues with this CVS Pharmacy...I don't have that kind of time. What ever you do, don't go there. Btw, I've this Pharmacy for more than 20 yrs so this review does come lightly.

This pharmacy is in shambles the younger employees don't know anything about their system and will tell you anything so they can get back to looking busy. The pharmacist herself isn't very friendly either

I grew up in a small town where the small private pharmacy was a cornerstone of the community. They knew you personally there, and treated you like family. This CVS in particular is the first time in my adult life where I've felt a similar vibe of them caring, and getting to know you. I really appreciate that.

Takes forever to fill prescriptions then will deny getting them to get out of actually filling them. Dr. verifies they sent them multiple times. Very untrustworthy pharmacy, will pass you off any chance they get

CVS pharmacy on Dobson and Southern in mesa used to be great. Now you cant get through on the phone and to get something filled it's taking forever. I'm so disappointed. I'm guessing they dont care either way...

I Love this Pharmy, I have been dealing with them for a very long time..Everyone is so Nice and Helpful..Especially Gail the Pharmacist who takes her time to explain things to you and doesn't mind heping you in any way..And I absolutely love Harry he is always so nice and helpful too..He's never too busy to take the time out and ask you how you are doing or looking up something about one of your medications that you are taking and explaining it to you so that you can understand it..All in all I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my medications..
