Two of our six fur kids stayed a couple days while we did deep cleaning of house floors. When we picked them up, they looked as sweet as when we dropped them off. They smelled good too, which meant they weren't lying in urine. Will bring them back again for "summer camp".

Had to board my 1.5 year old pitsky here and I was so nervous. We had adopted her only 6 months ago at 11 months old and she has horrible speration anxiety. She did so well! They gave us a report card for her days as well as pictures! Will definitely be returning any time my pups need boarding!Update: she is now a regular at their daycare and we both couldn't be happier!!

We took our tripod baby to Bark Ave for doggy daycare and they were all super friendly. Our baby was nervous at first but throughout the day they sent us an update on how she was adjusting and the fun things she did (with pictures). She came back home a very happy girl and we plan on taking her again.

I chose this facility last-minute to board my cat for the holidays. Upon dropping him off this morning, I quickly realized I had forgotten his specialty food. I was in a panic because the food is formulated to prevent urinary issues, and he is prone to painful bladder crystals when he is not on this diet. The incredible managers at both the Bark Avenue Pet Resort and the Bark Avenue Animal Clinic next-door worked with me all morning to find a solution and get my sweet boy his food. This facility prioritizes your pet’s health and wellbeing, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to board their fur baby! They took great care of my two dogs! I have one that is undergoing treatment for cancer and he did very well there. The dogs came home happy and healthy. I especially like the daily report cards that were texted to me.

I usually don't write reviews, but how my dog was treated while in their care for grooming was absolutely APPALLING. A young lady named Alex was the groomer assigned to service us. She didn't seem too confident but I was assured she was a good groomer and my dog would be in good hands. Upon inspection of Myles, I noticed he had large patches of hair missing from his chest and back. He was walking as if his feet were sore. When I looked at his feet they were red and slightly bleeding. I returned to inquire what happened with the pictures as evidence because I didn't feel comfortable letting them see him again, I was met with nonchalant attitudes asking if I wanted to speak to the groomer. I opted to just cancel my next appointment. No one has reached out to attempt to correct the situation other than just speaking with the offending groomer. I would not be returning nor will I recommend their services to any pet owner.

I took our dog for his first groom today with Nichole and it was a great experience! Nichole did an amazing job and took such good care of Eclipse. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back for grooming and we are looking into the other services they offer too.

We boarded our dog here while we helped our daughter move to another state. The daily journal entries with photo’s were amazing! Our dog had the best time. They took really good care of him. Staff is friendly and helpful! We will be using them anytime we need to board our dog.

This was my first time bringing my dog for grooming and it was a great experience. Kate was great to get me connected to the staff and they called to schedule quickly, even reached out for me to the vet to make sure vax we up to date. Great pricing, great staff, highly recommend. My pup looks fantastic, even cut! Will be the place we use for good!

Our girl had a wonderful experience at Bark Avenue doggy day care. It was her first time there and they introduced her slowly so she wouldn’t be scared. The grooming appointment for toenail clipping went well too! They were successful in shortening her nails which is something other groomers & I have not been able to do. She’s an 11 month old, full spirited 55 pounds and Not happy about nail trimming. We’ll definitely be taking her back to Bark Ave regularly. Great staff & wonderful care.

We enjoyed our pet's boarding experience at Bark Avenue Pet Resort. We have a young male cat (a former stray), who has medical issues and is anxious in closed settings. He did great at Bark Avenue! Staff sent us pictures of our cat during the stay and it was obvious he was comfortable and well cared for. We will definitely use them again!

Nice experience for our puppy. Facilities are top notch. Front desk very informative. We were here today for doggie day care/camp. I appreciated the photos and text update very much. Although a very far drive for us we will return for another play date.

our schnauzer and yorkie were groomed at Bark Avenue. The yorkie is full of energy and hard to groom, but this was the best groom she has had. We are grateful for the patience with her. The schnauzer looked great too. All of the team were friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

I’ve been taking my dog to Bark for over two years for his daycare, boarding and grooming, they always do an amazing job. He also got his training done there. I love leaving him at bark because the people there care for him, everyone I’ve met has been very delightful. Plus I love the events they do I get to have pictures of my dog, on Mother’s Day he made me a card with his paw print extremely cute and he gets to interact with other dogs! By far the best place I’ve found in the valley. I recommend this place very much!

Bark Avenue has cared for cat Nova 🐈 whenever we are out of town. The "catio" design is comfortable with top area with scratching pole, food, and sleeping pedestal. Lower portion litter box with easy access for cleaning.Optional one-on-one interaction available to get out, explore, and play.Human staff take time to know pets preferences and personality.Pets are safe and well cared for.Thank you.

They did such a great job with my Luna (German Shepherd/Husky Mix) She smelled so fresh and they clipped her nails and gave her the anal gland expression she really needed. 10/10 would definitely recommend

A great facility. The lead trainer, Michelle, took time to understand Ruckus and his needs. All the staff and trainers/handlers are so very nice. Ruckus did fine and seemed to enjoy his introduction stay. On pickup, we discovered the kind and lovely Rebeka and Ruckus were BFFs.We will have a more extended stay soon. We have planned his staycation to include a 4*8 room, swim time, training, mental stimulation days, and an occasional frozen Kong treat. (It sounds appealing. I wonder if they take humans? I can bark if need be. 😊 )Knowing Ruckus will be cared for while we are away is excellent peace of mind. Ruckus gives two paws up. 🐾

My dogs have been boarded here 3 separate times and they seem to be very well taken care of. They don’t mind going in and seem happy heading back to their space. I like being able to custom choose treats and extra services.

We love this place. Our dogs are always happy when we return to pick them up. The prices are really high to board your dogs, even if they share a space . The play time prices are outrageously high. Grooming prices are in the extreme as well. JC
