I don’t normally leave reviews, just read then, but I want to share my appreciation for outstanding service. I’ve been shopping around for a groomer and my search has finally ended. The owner was attentive, punctual, very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on what I can do at home between appointments. The shop was clean and well maintained. Parking was convenient. Prices was very reasonable. My boy enjoyed his grooming experience and he looked so handsome. I do my best to support the small business owner and this business will continue to get my support. We couldn’t have asked for better service and communication. Picture of my Dexter for attention.

Brought my 2 cats here to get groomed/ nails trimmed by John and I love how they look. I did a lions cut but kept the tail unshaved. They look so cute and the price was very decent for two cats. I will continue to go to John to get them groomed. He really takes good care of them.

Shawn (Sean) is the absolute best!! Very friendly staff. Goes above and beyond for the customer and pets. Did a great job with my Very nervous old man (dog)

Very nice , helpful people. I had to hold my bulldog and pug to get their nails trimmed but they did it fast and safe . And a decent price. 👌 highly recommend! They also were one of the few open services.

Great job with the shave down. My flame point siamese has anxiety issues; the groomer said "no problem!". He got me in at 6 am on a SUNDAY and out before they were even open. $60 for a shave down, bath and nail trim. Sign me up for that! Good tip for a good job too!

I am sorry to say, that my experience here today was disappointing. I brought my little 4 lb chihuahua in for a nail trim, and they didn't finish the job. She still has 3 nails that were left untouched. Complained that they normally don't do anything after 2pm, but of course waited until after they took my money. I would much rather be told to come back tomorrow before 2, as opposed to doing a half completed job, being charged, and then fussed at. Thanks for letting me know I need to take my business elsewhere.

Not usually one to leave reviews, but in the case of my dogs I will. First off, horrible customer service. Guy was rude, short, and didn’t care what I had to say. He didn’t even do all that I asked him for my dogs. Which doesn’t surprise me cause he hardly speaks English. Was rude to my dog when he brought her to the back. Only giving two stars because he did some of it, and my dogs are alive still. Would not recommend this place.

We have been taking our four dogs here for the past couple of years now and will continue to do so until we move. They always look good and the pricing is pretty competitive to others so that's obviously a plus. Cute friendly staff that is always helpful.

Excellent job 👍! These folks are awesome they were able to get our furry Great Pyrenees mix in quick and super thorough job. Finding this place is a breeze with the maps program. Otto definitely loved his spa day and looks forward to more. Otto says paws up to Aunt Donna's.

We walked inside and a man started yelling at us to get out he won’t touch that dog. Told us multiple times to get out and leave as we were leaving without issue.Sure it’s a Rottweiler/German Shepard but we called ahead and told them what dog and weight she is, they said they didn’t have any problem grooming our dog. These people were extremely rude.

They always do so well with my cat. My cat is big and a bit aggressive but he just gets it done and done well!I drive from Phoenix just to go here because they really are the best! John is awesome and does such a good job. I really can't recommend anywhere else to go for cat grooming!

Outstanding cat shave from John !First I called 7 groomer’s around Mesa and all of them want to sedate my cat without even seeing him first. Luckily I called Aunt Donna’s and the girl was so professional and welcoming , I was set up with John on a Sunday morning and couldn’t be more happier with the results. I got a full shave , bath , ear cleaning and nail trim for under $ 100.00. . My kitty was not stressed because John is so kind and professional and gentle. I’m so glad that kitty didn’t have to be injected with drugs just for a groom like all the other places wanting to do not to mention that the cost would of been in the $ 500.00 range.Thank you Aunt Donnas for John and the professional staff.This is the best grooming experience ever 😻

Aunt Donna’s is amazing! The people that work here truly love animals. I have been taking my cat to get groomed here and I am so grateful to have found them! They not only do a wonderful job grooming, but they treat my baby with love! He is usually very sensitive and is easily stressed. However, he is incredibly calm and comes home to me very happy! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Aunt Donna’s to anyone looking for amazing groomers who genuinely care about your pets!

my girl Nevah is a 75lb american bulldog/pit and she absolutely loves coming here! we’ve never brought her to anyone else since we started occasionally grooming her. they’re reasonably priced, great customer service, and most importantly - they groom your animal to perfection every single time! she smells delightful and is always so happy when she gets back. i couldn’t recommend this spot for your animal more!

I am totally thrilled with the job Aunt Donna's did on my newly adopted shelter kitty. He is 11 months old and had never been groomed so he had lots of mats and really needed a bath. I asked not to shave him if they didn't have to and was so pleased when I picked him up and he still had almost all his fur. They worked some kind of miracle on him. They even gave me some tips on how to brush him to help avoid getting so many mats again but when he needs grooming again I will definitely be going back to Aunt Donna's!

My cats were so clean and beautiful after their appointments! One of my cats had large mat, and I expected an unevenly shaved backside from past experiences elsewhere. I was pleasantly surprised; no noticeable bare areas when she was done. Both girls' coats are still sooo very soft and it's been a couple weeks now. This groomer is amazing!

Filthy! Negative star. Don’t take your dog here. The salon is filthy x 10. I wonder if they ever cleaned the place. They are unfriendly to the pets before mine. After seeing their poor treatment of animals I wouldn’t leave my animal here. Maybe need a visit from OSHA???
