The guy working took the piece into the back and returned 5 minutes later with new glass in frame. I was expecting to replace the glass myself. Thank you Arcadia glass for the great service, I will return for any other glass needs.

I brought in my refrigerator shelf to replace the tempered glass and was informed it would be ready the next day. They assured me they'd give me a call. However, two days went by without any communication, so I decided to reach out. The woman who answered mentioned that they might need to order the glass and promised to call me back. That was 5 days ago. Today, when I called, a man answered, recognized me, and said he would call me back as it should have been completed. Now, I'll wait to see how long it takes for the callback.

In my opinion the great company with fantastic service. You can bring Windows to them to be repaired or have them come to you. Pricing was very good , service was very professional and efficient. I brought them a couple of Windows to be repaired without an appointment and they had then completed and ready to go for me in a couple of hours even though I've walked in off the street without a prior appointment. They are now my company for all my class needs in the future.

Good luck getting them to come out to even quote the work.I had to call 4 times after they told me someone would come out to get a quote before I gave up.Then because I was desperate, I called back a few months later, waited on hold for 15 minutes, and finally got someone scheduled to get measurements for a few showers.I had to call back repeatedly over the next week and a half to get them to even give me a quote, after they told me it would only take a day.Giving two stars as a representation of their customer service.

I needed a very large mirror taken down and disposed of from our home. I called Arcadia Glass and they were able to set up a fast appointment and quoted me a fair price for the service. They came the next day, completed the service, and charged me substantially less than the quoted price because the removal was "easier than expected." Arcadia is a good old fashioned home brewed glass shop. I've used them for cabinet glass doors, oven glass replacement, fish tank glass and even pet projects with random shapes.Always great price, always great turnaround.

We had four large mirrors come loose and start to slide on the wall in one of our yoga rooms. We reached out to Arcadia Glass and they were at our studio the next day. They quickly assessed the issue and fixed our mirrors in no time. The quality of work and the price cannot be beat. They use to be good , but not any more. When an issue arose, they did not call and inform me. I had to call them. Said it was almost done. And then at the end of the day they finally called and said it wasn't. It was supposed to take 2 days and it took over a week. Lousy service.

I called this place...it took them 5 business days to give me a quote then 2 business days to send a quote...to top it off it's a 5 to 7 business day turn around...worst customer service experience it history. What a waste of time...if your to busy to accommodate say it up front "this is gonna take 2 to 3 weeks" poor management skills!!

After cancelling an appt., the man on the phone rudely said "so you're cancelling because you got someone else to come out quicker? You do a diservice to business." And hung up. If this is the kind of service they have, I'm GLAD I didn't hire them. Apache Glass came out the same day with honest and courteous service.

I've used Arcadia glass a few times but and and am always impressed with their speedy service and low prices. I have a mid-century modern home and Arcadia was able to replace 3 broken panes for my aluminum sliding windows. These are no longer made and originality is important to me- Arcadia came through and custom cut what I needed in 1 day. Thanks!

Awful company, the receptionist is a complete deflated balloon for brains. Lousy expensive quotes and tired expensive installs of which they do not cover drywall or stucco repairs...even for one window. Typical shakedown for dollars mesa companies, service has really gone down the drain these days, but they got no problem taking peoples money. Glad I didn't fight and die for their freedoms
