This is my main store I shop at. For a while, I didn't think it was all that special. However, I've come to like the store a lot as I discovered that there are some quality items, and noticed how clean the store is kept.Fruits and vegetables are pretty fresh. Selection is broad, but not as broad as some specialty stores where you can find crazy stuff, like sunchokes.The donuts are the best you can find in the valley. Dark chocolatey frosting with a yeasty taste.They carry three brands for deli meats, and all are perfect. I stock up when they go on sale.

This Albertsons has a great deli section. Whether i go alone or with my elderly mom to help her out theres nothing but top notch service. Food always sliced nicely, and meats/mac and cheese is always bussin! Don’t change whats not broke…

The bakery gets all my stars. Beautifully done cakes and pastries for a pretty good price. Good prices can't be said for other products in the store. Walmart is about 2 to 3 dollars cheaper on all the same items.

This particular Albertsons location is clean (spotless?) and well-lit. It has great bakery & deli dept's -- as well as a fantastic meat counter.

i went in to sent money through western union and when the lady from the cashies show me at the custumer service she came in shouting at me that she needs my id just before the lady from custumer service verifyed it with the manager and she asked me for the money to verify it there was 2700$ in there and she started saying its only 13 she wanted me to pay 4100$ she tryed to rob me please kick her out the manager sayed its not the first time that happened she sayed that she will ha e a word with her her name is francisc she looks asian or chines half and half

I came in to grab a few things and asked one of the workers for assistance finding canned vegetables, so he showed me where they were. Then I found myself looking at fruits where that same associate decided to stand next to me and watch me nonstop. As one of the only poc there at the time I don't appreciate being followed around the store by this associate. It was extremly uncomfortable and made me not even get my final items I just went to checkout with what I had already. I more than likely won't be back as I can see my kind isn't wanted there.

The butchers in the butcher shop were of great help today. They quickly packaged up the chicken to honor their sales ad. They added a flourish to their bacon display by creating a lattice work of bacon to show the meat /fat content.

This store was a bit dated. Looks like it's under construction but it's not. Lights are dim and displays are unimaginative. Employees are odd and cold. Depressing place actually.

Every time I have had to stop by here for the last year, or more, the produce is bad and moldy and stinks EVERY TIME. I now go out of my way to not go here, it's disgusting.

This place holds a very special place in my heart. My Papa would drive here sometimes a half dozen times a day. He would buy 1 thing at a time but he loved the people that work here or used to but I'll never ,when my Papa got very sick, they donated a couple shopping carts full of food and other items to help him live out the rest of his days as comfortable as he could. It's sometimes hard coming here but most of the time it fills me with Joy, just as it did for him for so many years. Thank you Albertsons and the entire team for being extremely thoughtful to my Papa Arthur, you truly made a difference and I feel the ensure y'all blessed us with gave him a few more days on earth! I'm sure his spirit visits Albertsons multiple times a day0

8/24/23 Update: Upped to 3 stars. I have depended on the pick-up service for the last year and a half. Last week they started asking for my ID for the beer I buy (new rule). I’m 72 years old and the poor store associate has to type out my license info and then have me sign on their hand set. All the while they are on a timer (promptness or slacker checking?) and my food is enjoying 110 F. I look younger than my age but really??While I have your attention, the other issue is inconsistent quality and accuracy of my orders. The associate shoppers seem to turn over frequently which is understandable. It takes me several deliveries to train the new associate and it would be nice for me (and I am sure others) if part of the shopper training includes,If there is a substitution and the patron has not specified an item, call. New shoppers seem reluctant to make contact and the customer finds out about the sub in the final receipt.Look at the expiration dates. The patron would like fresh items not just the easiest to grab. Everyone knows the older items are rotated to the front to move it out.Run every item through the scanner. You may have thought you grabbed two of the same coffee pods but one is decaf.For the time the associate shopper is putting together the order the associate is the customer’s agent and should act in the customer’s best interest.OLD: Online shopping is not accurate: This is my store for shopping when I'm healthy and it is a good store. Currently I need to rely on the pickup shopping. The application does not accurately track what is on hand in the store vs what is on hand in the VALLEY. Today halfway home i got a call to tell me what was placed in my trunk was missing the two items I really need. If this store was out, I would have tried another nearby Albert/Safe store or changed my dinner plans. Guess it's order out.To the corp: FIX THIS PLEASE if you continue to offer this service or it is worthless.

I really like shopping here but sometimes it's frustrating. Today I wanted to get round roast sliced for making jerky. There were 2 employees standing behind the meet counter . I asked if they could slice the roast up for me . They pointed to the guy in the white coat putting meat in the case and said to ask him . There were no other customers at the meat counter. I go and ask him and he says to ask the 2 the 2 guys I just spoke to so I just put the roast back . I found the manager and told him what happened and he tells me FDA changed the rules and they can't slice roasts anymore. Why don't those meat department employees know this ??? SMH They could have just told me that or have sign saying they can't slice meat for customers anymore .

Overall the store is fine. They often run out of $5 Friday and other sale items. Management does very little when you raise an issue and they don't demonstrate a willingness to roll up their sleeves and jump in to help. They have good produce,. But expensive. Bakery is unreliable for quality and availability of fresh items daily. Staff is friendly.

This is a small but decent supermarket. I appreciate the fact that I can get specific items quickly because of the shorter distances. The only real negative is the high prices. For example, I saw an item I use priced here at 4.99 and this same item at WinCo for less than four dollars.

The self-checkout attendant was very rude, cocky, and unprofessional; he should not have the position to work at a customer service industry. When I needed help, he just stands there like I wasn’t there. When he finally knew I needed help, he made a mess. There were items I left on the side that I wasn’t going to get while all scanned items did not come off with the coupon. He thought it was right to scan items I wasn’t going to get while telling me it will come off, when it fact it didn’t. It was a big mess for him to clean up with manually adjusting the price with coupons I clipped. I was nice enough to thank him, but he wasn’t appreciative. If he doesn’t like people of color, don’t work in public.

Can there be anything more futile than actually finding a free Albertson's offer on the shelf?I was given an app alert for a chance to grab a box of store brand frozen waffles within a two-day window. Since I was passing by early in the morning I decided to sit in the parking lot until the doors opening.There was no surprised when I found the stock was nearly gone except for four boxes. I then snatched one and went to checkout but the discount was not applied so I spoke to the attendant.At that point I was left trying to convince here that, no, the offer had not previously expired when I looked back and realized that I had grabbed pancakes (same size and quantity) rather than waffles. Naturally the sale couldn't possibly extend to all varieties.Sure it warns about limited quantities. I just fell for it again and now I remember the reason I stopped wasting my time.

This store is clean, staff mostly are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Got to give props to the pharmacy as they have been amazing with the facilitation of our animal medications. Four stars because the store could really use a facelift though to make shopping more appealing. Lights being dim in a grocery store not necessarily a good thing.

Honestly all of my interactions with this store, (which has been at least every two weeks over the last 3 years) honesty now like once a week has been nothing but absolute professional, always a beautiful and clean store!! There is always some sort of sale happening as well earning points for everything you purchase. I highly recommend this grocery store to anyone looking for great product & excellent customer service with every interaction I've ever had ! Definitely 5+ 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for all you're needs!! The service is the best you'll find.

The worst customer service can be found at this location. Called and spoke w Riley the Store Manager and Frances in Floral who was unwilling to help whatsoever.Do not shop here for Flowers go to a local Florist who is willing to put an effort to assist.

Clean parking lot. Shiny store, easy to find your way through. It looks like Safeway more than Albertsons. You can definitely see they merged and the function of it all is very well done.
