Love it when I forget three items because I’m in a rush to get back to my deathly sick family only for them to give it to the next person in line and tell me to get bent. This place is so disappointing. Will be avoiding here for a while. Too bad it’s the only place to grab stuff. I’d rather spend the extra 15-20 minutes and gas to go anywhere else since my money and stuff is going to just be stolen by this company and staff

Come here if you want to be discriminated against. This store is a joke, night manager is rude and has no business being a manger of anything. She just yells and hangs up on you. They automatically assume certain people coming in are a thief and want to hold your purses and small side/back bags that you use a purse at the counter. They have no way to secure them and just tell you to get out if you question them... Magically happens to the younger looking person with tattoos... unreal... it's a dollar store...

Nice cashier. It was a challenge to walk through a few isles. There were boxes throughout the isles as they were restocking shelves. One associate apologized for the mess, which is always nice to hear.

Love this Family Dollar store. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and they stay open till 10pm! Fast and convenient for a lot of stuff so u don't have to drive all the way into Prescott Valley. I recommend this store! The staff is always working hard to keep it organized and clean. Always putting new merchandise out daily! 👍👍

Family Dollar is a life-saver for those of us who live in the vicinity. It is very convenient for travelers as well. They have completely reorganized and made it very shopper friendly. It is amazing how they manage to offer so many unusual and unique items every month. They offer all the food, snack, and beverage basics plus so much more. Great place!

The lady was real nice and allowed us to respectfully use their restroom. Someone with decent customer service. I was beginning to wonder if and places along this stretch of highway was going to all be negative. Family Dollar proved me wrong.Thank you FD. Recommend you spend your money here.

DONT SHOP HERE!!!!I went to the store one minute before 8pm. The door was open and when I walked inside Dawn, whoClaimed to be the manager, proceeded to rudely tell me they closed at 8pm and I needed to leave immediately.She backed me out of the door. She was very rude and I asked her why the door was unlocked if the store was closed. She said just leave lady, and with a big smile she said, again we’re closed. She didn’t care. I will be contacting corporate. If I could give this place no stars I would. Ridiculous for one item. I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning. How rude. Too bad if the door was open she should’ve been quicker about it. It wasn’t even 8!!!

The new manager blames the old manager for a mess when she was always taking personal time so the last manager was running short handed.The new manager is not friendly or professional and she creates a hostile environment and the store is losing customers because of her.Dawn, who is now manager is unprofessional and incredibly rude!

Do not know who does the ordering but this store has not had the green pinealen for a month and now two weeks of no seven up. Definitely will be making the extra trip to Cordes Dollar General if Mayer Market doesn't have what I need. No reason to shop somewhere that cannot stay stocked.

I just want to say I'm out in the middle of nowhere and the Family Dollar has been super sweet and they always have everything that I need when I go in there I donate my dollar to whatever they are donating for at the time and the ladies in there are very helpful to be generous enough with their time to help me I love it there it's my main grocery store like I said I'm in the middle of nowhere and it's great to have them be my main store

Great selection. The staff is extremely friendly. They also have a great sense of humor while being professional at the same time. I hate shopping but they make it fun.

I used to spend hundreds a week at this location until my little brother got caught shop lifting and they banned me from the store too. I was completely unaware of his criminal behavior and had absolutely nothing to do with it but am still not allowed on the premises.

It is close and convient to me. We have to drive up to Prescott Valley for major shopping and when you need something in a hurry, they have a little bit of everything. The staff is very nice also.

Today I went in, and they request you wear a mask. I always do, but today there were 4 employers, and one was a manager, not one of them had on a mask. The one laday I asked said she couldn't wear one, nice

This place is terrible I was asked by the staff I can use the bathroom She told me there and I went and did not find it I was asked the other employee did not answer me and I asked her 3 times Finally she answered me not to use the bathroom This shop on the highway The customer must use the bathroom
