Old owners were nicer, charged better and had an eye for employees who would be above and beyond and sooooo kind. Also used to be a very cleanly store, no dust on products and merchandise which made buying it more worthwhile since someone was actually taking care of it.

Not even one star is worth giving. The old owners were great, these owners are not. Over priced and old products. The owners need to pay their employees and not ghost them. Go anywhere else but here.

This is a 1 star smoke shop. There overpriced tobacco and vapes are not worth it. The new owners are not as nice as the old ones, and they don’t have any selection what so ever

Every time I’ve gone into the shop anyone that may have been working were very helpful, kind & respectful. The store is always nice and clean and they have a wide selection of all kinds of things. Their Great!!!

Best smoke shop around! Owners treat you like family, the store has everything you need but if they don’t have it they’ll get it for you. Awesome prices too! Highly recommended!

Hands down, the BEST smoke shop in Yavapai County, and perhaps in AZ altogether! The prices are great and if they don't have what you're looking for, they'll happily get it for you. This family owned and operated store has something for everyone and is a "must visit" for locals and travelers alike.

I haven’t had the best experience with the owners, Leah and Steve. First, they over price their items. I could literally drive to PV and pay 5 dollars less. Seems like they like to start drama when they don’t get their way. And it seems like they are money hungry so they will rip you off. Definitely not a place I would ever suggest. I actually had an incident recently where I’m getting the BBB and police involved. Just a suggestion.

I guess but local and support local only goes as far their own pocket book over at Austin's smoke shop. I ask everyone to get your smoke shop related items literally anywhere else. This person was so awful they don't deserve your time let alone your money. They may pretend to care about the community but the only thing they care about is how much money they can squeeze out of the community.

Great people, great prices, I've been to smoke shops all over the valley and verde valley and these guys are some of the best. I'm sure Austin is so proud of his mom for opening this place in his name and in his honor with the help of her husband steve they are giving something to this community that we all love and need. A must stop for all your smoking pleasure You guys rock, keep up the good work or I'll take one of my stars back and you'll only be a four star. Oh and they take in stray dogs, cats, and people so feel free to dump your unwanted pets or relative just kidding

Been in here a couple times and it’s absolutely wonderful laid back atmosphere not to mention a pretty amazing selection of glass the best part is they are very welcoming definitely have the family vibe this is the one smoke shop that I don’t mind the drive prices r great and the quality is even better!!!! I would recommend them to anyone

Hello, this smoke shop is the best, Austin and Leah are such caring folks, they go beyond and to the greatest length that is possible to help all that come into their smoke shop. I meet them while getting themselves ready to open and loved them both instantly. Austin goes to Phx weekly to pick anything that I and others have asked for, also puts a very fair price on each item. This is family-owned, operated with deep family morals, there's always their children around which you can tell are their first priority but us customers aren't far behind. Their friendship is important to everyone they are awesome people and deeply truly care about each person that walks into their shop. I highly recommend that you should go to meet this great loving caring new family that had joined our Mayer community and family. I'm really happy I have become new friends with these folks and feel that they have opened a family business in an area that had a great need for what they have to offer the people of Mayer, Spring Valley, Cordes Lakes, Dewey, Humbolt and folks from all around our area.
