I brought my husky into be de-shed. We had previously used a different grooming company in Maricopa but heard amazing things about Petco so we brought him in to test them out. He smelled wonderful when we picked him up and the price was very fair but the amount of fur he still has coming off of him was not normal after a de-shedding treatment. I was very disappointed.

They did an AMAZING job grooming my dog. I have a very large Great Pyrenees and she is a LOT of work as far as grooming goes. The price for my big girl was extremely fair given the task at hand. They were able to shave down the matting behind her ears well and did a fantastic job on her sanitary cuts. She smells amazing and is just as fluffy and soft as ever! Will definitely be returning for routine grooming visits every couple months

I found all that I came in for. I needed help so I went to find some help and the clerk was awesome. Of course I wanted the item from the back of the row, so to make it easy she tore it from the top and she mentioned that if I decided that I don't want it, they can put a sticker on it so it can be rehung again.

Very nice store. Eddie was very helpful and professional. He helped me find everything I needed and was super helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend checking out this Petco for your pet needs :)

I have 2 standard poodles who I routinely took to a Petco in Austin, Texas. I moved to Maricopa and called and screened the grooming manager on her knowledge of grooming standard poodles. She assured me they knew how to groom them. When I dropped them off I told the person at the counter a shorter version of their current grooms. When I picked them up thet were shaved, all previous cuts shaved off including their top knots. First total shock, then tears, then anger and now I want my money back and these groomers to stay away from grooming standard poodles ever again. I called the store tonight and spoke with Statia the store manager who transferred the call to the groomer who spent 5 mins yelling at me and asking if they were hurt or not??? Stay clear away from this groomer and her minions, they don't have a clue .

I was suprised by how many animals they have in there. The self washing station is 20 bucks. They have lizards, ferrets, birds, fishes, mice, and of course guinea pigs. The staff was very friendly. As everything in maricopa this is a smaller version of what you would expect from this corporate establishment. One day we will get a full size something.

Great store!!! Cashier pay system was malfunctioning during my visit but the employees were pleasant and advised the customers the reason of the delay.
