Hello! I am a regular in the evening. The two young girls who are typically working at that time are so kind! They always remember me and all the details of my prior visits and they have the best suggestions for my dogs. These girls are professionals! They have a ton of training and know all kinds of nutritional knowledge. Their energy is even better when they work together too. Love these girls! Luna says hi! 🐕

Second weekend in a row here buying treats for our dogs. They have a wonderful selection. The staff is super attentive. They love to learn about your pet and make a lot of recommendations. Just tough when we are introverts 😅

I will always go to this store for any of my pet needs from here on out! My dog is very anxious around other people as he was abused before I got him from the rescue. They went out of their way to try to pet him and give him lots of treats. Made me beyond happy, thank you.

Will definitely get all my pet supplies here. I'm a new dog mama and only been in Maricopa 6 months. My dog got neutered today and I was clueless. I called and spoke with Kimberly who was very helpful and sweet. I needed a cone for my poor dog. She said I could definitely being him in with me. I was scared to leave him home alone. When I got there, Kimberly started helping me right away and had so many great tips and suggestions. She was so kind to me and my dog. I will never forget that nor will I shop anywhere else but here. Thank you!!!

I've been in here a few times when I'm in town. The folks on the floor are very nice and helpful. They have a surprisingly wide selection, and my dog loves the friendly pats.

They are a really nice local pet store . Only thing I would like to see change is their return policy . No exchanges or refunds and we know how picky our pets could be . Even for store credit , something would be nice . I do like the nice selection of raw for animals . However , bc of their return policy and not as good returns program as Petco I’m forced to go back to Petco to shop . I would rather support local . Their staff is very friendly though

Amber always treats me so well when I visit the store. I use a special dog food that they carry in town at the best price. The store is always clean and well stocked. Highly recommend!

Love this store! It's a chain but the girls working here really care and are always helpful. Prices are the same as everywhere else. Specialty food selection is great. Store is clean. Love the specials too! Braxton and Bane said HI! 🐾

This store is awesome!The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable about their wide range of pet products.They made good recommendations on treats based on my dogs preferences so I didn't have to guess which treats would be suitable for my small dogs; and were more than will to answer any questions I had! ❤️I'll definitely continue to come here for my pet related needs, and I'm happy Maricopa finally has their own pet store with quality products. 😁

Very cute shop! Feels like a specialty boutique for dogs \ cats. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Their prices though are much more expensive (35 vs 27) and their return policy is terrible. I was told at time of purchase I could only exchange for the same item for a different size if it didn't fit, and couldn't return it for any other reason.The item lasted less than 24 hours, so I'm out 35 dollars now. Unfortunately I won't be coming back to this store.

Great customer service. The two young gentlemen that are working today greeted myself and everyone else that walked in while I was there. They were very kind and helped me find treats for my dogs to go along with the toys I bought them. The store has a good variety of toys and treats. Will be back again.

Pretty small place with a limited selection, but the employees are friendly and ready to assist you in finding what you’re looking for. They didn’t have what I went in for, but I bought my dog one of their specialty treats and she loved it.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while now. The people who work here are so kind. My dog had a medical condition, and I had visited pet planet to get her supplements. The ladies there were extremely helpful and kind. I think the thing that stood out most to me was about a week later I received a call from them asking how my dog was. I apologize for not getting back to the lady who called me, but just know you went above and beyond and that was so kind of you. The world needs more people like you! Thanks!

Horrible customer service: went in to look for a product for my dog and all they wanted to do is Shame me for the brand of dog food I am feeding my dog instead of helping me. Won’t go back!
