I absolutely love this place. My Schnauzer gets groomed here, and Nikki does such an amazing job!! Everyone is friendly and is great with communicating. They also have a great supply in birthday supplies for dogs, which I very much appreciate.

This shop is horrible the owner is so disrespectful and nasty. Their self wash is a joke I'm always being rushed and they constantly complain about how I take to long to wash my dog which is a husky. And then they complain and say I can't come back because I bring my huskies in ummmm where does it say I can't wash a husky I'm sorry but I never new it was a breed specific wash? I'm sorry for the employee's who work there they are very nice and respectful however the owner is a nightmare!!! She should not own a business with her customer service skills u can't even give this place a star but i have to horrible.***Update***The owner just replied to my review and stated I left throw up and feces in the self wash I have never done this before how unprofessional to make up lies about a customer I would never in my life do this and if my dog ever would have an accident I would of course clean it up bizarre I'm beyond shocked that she would say such a lie!!!! I believe in karma and what goes around comes around. Maybe I should open a self wash here hummmm

I can’t believe I haven’t left a review yet! I’ve taken my 13yo pup there for over a year as well as my parent’s 2 chows. Always a great experience and extremely kind staff! My pup always comes home in cute bows or other accessories and they even gave me a Polaroid of her around Valentine’s Day. I recommend Earthwise all the time and come routinely ☺️

Be aware : Drive in to town to get your grooming done . Rosa cut my dog eye lashes off a mini schnauzer! Then Jess shaved my other mini schnauzer and I asked for a schnauzer cut ! Been there before and it was good . I always gave great tips . But not going back they lost 6 dogs . Poor customer and rude service. I don’t know how they keep open . 1 time try to charge me different price . But I had a receipt from the past . They take your poor baby to the back heaven knows what happens. I’m so glade there going to build more stores for pets in Maricopa. Can’t wait .

We have gotten our dog groomed here several times and have finally decided to not go back. As other negative reviewers have pointed out, staff can be rude and for the price it costs to get our dog groomed there we would rather go somewhere else to get our dog groomed without all the judgement. Like others, we’re super excited petco is coming to town. We’ve been going to them for years before we moved to maricopa and they were always nice, professional and did a great job grooming our dog and for a fair price.

I took my 2 huskies today they did a great job all personnel was very attentive,courteous the most important outstanding customer service my dogs came out beautify from head to tail,since the dogs need to be dished from all the hair their appointment was at 11am they were ready around 2:15pm I was so happy to an outstanding job my dogs were looking so soft I had mobile groomers come to my house the dogs never look or felt that soft could be the products they use Any how was very happy with the service 😊

First time bringing my babies here to the groomer...it will not be our last. Everyone was friendly and professional. The groomer was so friendly and seemed genuinely excited to meet my pups. Rosa gave the WORST HAIRCUT EVER to our poor little dog!! To make matters worse we called to complain and spoke to the owner who blatantly lied to us saying our dog was brought in severely matted!!! Our dog has never had 1 mat in her entire life....her fur doesn't mat!! She was definitely furry and overgrown (hence needing the haircut) but NOT matted!! She has lines all over her body from the clippers and some so low you can even see her pink skin!! Unacceptable!! The owner didn't offer to refund any money and had the audacity to defend her groomer saying she has 17 years of grooming experience!! What a joke!! I could do a better job with no training!! I'm so happy Petco is coming to town!! My money will be going to them! In these times where small businesses are closing their doors due to the economy this owner better rethink her customer service skills if she has any intentions of staying in business! Not only did she lie to us but she was rude as well! Hasta la vista Earthwise FOREVER!!

Super happy with my experience! I have taken my pup to be bathed about 3 times now. I love their self bathing area. I feel bad because I have an husky and the bath areas looks like she exploded because of all the hair. All the employees have always been so kind and understanding. The shampoo and towels come with the price of the bath, and they have a blow dryer too. You also don’t have to clean up the area after use because the employees will. (Although I do try to tidy up a bit!) Can’t beat the price at 8 dollars on Wednesday, and even 15 on other days is totally fair and reasonable! Will be back every time I wash my girl

This is our go to pet food store. Very friendly staff who are knowledgeable and truly care about customer service. We are so happy we found this little shop, with all the top grade food products and pet toys. Haven’t used the grooming service yet but plan on doing so in the future. The products they carry are top notch, for your fur baby you cannot go wrong shopping hear! They even offer veteran discounting with proper I.D. !

Great place!! Staff were knowledgeable and welcoming as soon as we entered the store..we used the self-wash area for our dog and let me tell you..it is WORTH IT!! I have never seen anyplace that offers this (We are from Maine visiting...and found out about this place from a person at the dog park) easy to use and they show you how to use everything!! Shampoo, towels, dryer, brush are all provided! I highly recommend this place if you are in the area!

The staff are super helpful and friendly. The doggy self-wash was easy to use, saved my aching back, and I was able to wash both of my girls without incident. Even better, I got some great recommendations to help my girls with their allergies and food sensitivities (and the food/products are cheaper than the other ones I’ve been using that weren’t helping).

Unfortunately, I used to be a regular here. I clearly asked if the groomers had experience due to the fact there are no laws and regulations regarding groomers.Candace, the owner, became annoyed and rude when I asked and assured me they did. I mentioned to her I had never once cut my dog when grooming him in the ten years I've had him. And I was nervous about anyone else being as careful as I am. So I left him with her assurance it was going to be okay for an hour.I come back and my dog was totally freaking out. I asked her and the groomer what happened and the groomer said she had cut him during the nail portion of the groom. In the previous time I had taken my dog in, the other more regular experienced groomer did a good job and I was able to confirm she had experience as a groomer. She didn't cut him and also complimented me on how calm he is while getting groomed. (My dogs nails are clear so you can easily see where the quik is in the nail bed.) But the new groomer admitted she cut him and he had been bleeding.I mentioned this to Candace (that is why I asked originally) and she flew into a rage and began screaming at me. Totally unprofessional and rude. I had given her much business monthly since she opened yet she did not have the decency to apologize for her outburst. She has my number and has never contacted me once.Due to this reason I will never return to her shop. Very rude and unprofessional behavior from a shop. She should have apologized at least but she did not.
