The store area is really nice and has great service, do not use the pharmacy…always new people, takes forever to even get acknowledged even if there is no one waiting in line, and usually have to be calling to get prescriptions resent

I called to ask when my prescription would be ready. The women pharmacist said in a hour. I went through the drive thru over an hour later, which it took them about 5 minutes to even acknowledge me at the window, to tell me they would be with me as soon as she can. Waited another 5 to 10 minutes be told my prescription was not ready. She was not genuinely sorry and in just in a big hurry. I had to ask them if they can text me. She began to tell me they are just too busy with keeping up with everything including vaccinations. Not my problem. Don't tell someone iprescription will be ready in an hour and it's not. Now I have to make another trip. I would have been more understanding if she nice and genuinely sorry. Thank goodness I don't have to deal with them all the time.

Extremely unprofessional. Canceled my refill two days in row without reason when i need the medication as a priority to stay healthy. Answered the phone then hung up in my face .

Every time I call the pharmacy they put me on hold and keep me on hold then they pick up and don't say anything and just hangup on me. It's very unprofessional.

Waiting in line for 20 minutes in the prescription drive through is ridiculous. 20 minutes to even get up to the window, after 1 car got frustrated and left. Apparently need more staff

Paid for a propane tank refill and when the boy came out to open the cage i found i had left the tank on my jobsite and when we got done with the work day I had forgotten to go back... I went back today to get my tank and was greeted with doubt when the manager got to me (he wrinkled his face as if I was lying) I left that horrible store.I even tried to prove i paid for it with my Bank records and of they did a quick count they would be 1 tank over. ZERO HELP AND 100% RUDENESS

I have severe panic attacks. I came in to Walgreens today at 2:45 and John checked me out. I apologized and told him that I have anxiety because I was visibly shaking. He said its okay and to just breath. John, you calmed me down and you were so friendly. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. The young lady working at the cosmetics area was very friendly as well. Thanks Walgreens!

Rude staff. Mistake prone. Poor management and leadership. The staff behaves as if they are working at the drivers license office. No accountability, non existent professionalism. Numerous prescriptions lost, old people get yelled at and tormented for doing such things as asking questions and standing in the wrong line. We asked how long we had to wait for Covid vaccine and we’re told” we do more than just vaccines here you know!” Con you believe they can’t even figure out a lunch schedule? The whole place shuts down early afternoon for 30 minutes so they can all sing kumba ya together and keep customers waiting! Embarrassing!

The staff at this location truly cares, no matter how short staffed they are. The pharmacist Cody has been absolutely wonderful to me, getting insurance to cover medications when we thought it wouldn’t and trying to do everything in his power to get my medications to me on time. Tonight they had an issue with the app and requests not being sent properly. I called Cody at 1730 asking about my medications and he had them ready for me by 1815 before work. I know they were swamped with COVID vaccines, but he went above and beyond to help me.The pharmacy tech who gave me my COVID immunization 8/26 was also wonderful, but I didn’t catch her name. She was very professional and administered the vaccine properly and without causing pain.The staff at this pharmacy is the best I’ve come across. I travel for work so I’ve had to use quite a few pharmacies. I hope Walgreens will do everything possible (raises, bonuses) to keep them around. Thank you!

Can you tell the cashiers that when I ask them to scan my items and not touch them, I held them up but he still had to grab them. Told him I didnt need a bag, but he still.tried to put my stuff into a plastic bag. Staying away from.this store for a long time. Come on....

If you expect to get the sales price listed under an item. Buyer beware. I was charged incorrectly and went back and brought Walgreens sales sticker to manager. She said only points offered for the mistaken price charged. I know it was only 3 bucks in savings but the point is the store makes mistakes and may only offer points as a remedy.

Find another pharmacy!I have had bad experience after bad experience at this pharmacy. First, they are incredibly slow. There's often a long line of cars at the drive through window. Even when there are no customers at the pharmacy counter inside, they seem to take a break between cars, making everyone wait for no reason whatsoever.Recently, I went to pick up a prescription I have been taking for years. After I paid, but before she handed me my medicine, the woman told me I had to wait and talk to the pharmacist. I explained that I had the flu and that I had been taking that medication at that dosage for years and I really didn't want to wait for the pharmacist. I just wanted to get home before I threw up again. She told me it would be illegal for her to give me the medicine without talking to the pharmacist. That is a bold faced lie. It may violate Walgreens's policy, but it is not illegal. Ask an attorney or any non-Walgreens pharmacy.Finally, I was prescribed two medicines that cannot be taken together. This Walgreens filled both prescriptions, repeatedly. When I found out about the potentially deadly interaction between the two medicines, I pointed it out to the pharmacist very politely. First, he had no idea those medicines were contraindicated. Second, he acted like it was no big deal at all. He never said sorry or we'll look into it or anything. He just said something like, "So you want me to take X medication off automatic refill?" I was shocked. I left a message for Walgreens to complain about that issue, but I never got a return call.Time to find another pharmacy.

Very disrespectful staff. It's worth driving to a different store for what you need. I've never had such horrible service in a Walgreens before. Hoping this location will be able to raise their standards. (It's rude to profile people, it's rude to yell at your customers, it's also extremely rude to throw things at your customers.) Maybe Walgreens should fix their hiring practices. Just a thought.Besides that. If you have to go to this location it seems clean and tidy -- And at least the manager was polite and courteous.

The staff is friendly and they have a fairly large assortment of staples for a convenience store. I haven't tried the pharmacy. The store is very clean, and conveniently located for me. They have cheap water jugs, which is always good.Only downside: They should do away with their phone answering system. It's extremely annoying to have to wait a full minute and go through a maze of options just to talk to a clerk for a simple question/answer. It's a small convenience store, you expect staff to be available quickly when you ring. "Convenience" also extends to phone system.

I am a Canadian and buy allot at Walgreens..well I used to. Yesterday I went in to purchase a bottle of LiquorFirst off I am 62 years old. The man behind the counter asked to see my ID..so I produced my British Columbia Drivers Liscence with my photo ID, then also our Provincial ID. He then became quite rude to me he said not good enough he needed my Passport..well seriously this has never happened, really us Canadians do not carry our passports around with us. He was very condescending, so FYI Walgreens our other Canadian Friends and ourselves are not going to purchase anything else from Walgreens. We as Canadians would of never treated a guest in our country this way let alone be real..I am 62 years old not a teenager be realistic.So Long Walgreens.
