This location is always amazing! I take my family of 6 and the 2 staff members are absolutely amazing and so quick! The restaurant is always clean and fully stocked with chips and drinks.Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly as well as low car/keto options (protein bowl)Kid-friendliness: The staff were super patient and sweet with my kiddos when they ordered their own sandwiches. Appreciate them so very much!

I Usually go here at my lunch. The crew that I usually see is really nice and very fast workers. I lost my faith with subway before because most branch that I go to takes forever to get my sub done. Kudos to them!

I hate to do a negative review, but everytime I go back to give them a chance the bread is always hard, crusty, flaky & falling to pieces.

Amazing! The sandwich was amazing also! The only problem, they don't have BBQ and there are absolutely no straws, hence the sign, "NO STRAWS, SAVE THE TORTOISES," which is really weird. Otherwise the drink selection is decent and if you get guacamole, you get a free cookie!

The workers are very nice and joyful everytime i go in, however the manager seems to have a strong attitude and is quite rude to her workers. I would rather go to a store who treats their employees with kindness and respect. Also the bread is always hard.

I recently had a verbal problem at the subway at Lambert and La Canada, on September 3rd, this past Monday... when me and my friend went to this location, we had the nicest time ever... especially for me, i used to live in the area a couple years ago, and it brings me joy and happiness going to this location for my lunch, also the staff treated my friend and i with great RESPECT, and was really nice to my friend and i. I do know, based on the experience there, that they are pet friendly, as long as they are service dogs.I fully recommend customers to rat/visit this location more often or whenever going to a subway franchise/location...Great Location and Staff.

I ordered two sandwiches on the subway app. Went in around 6:30 pm to pick up after the app said it would be ready around 6:20. Food wasn’t in the pick up spot. Mentioned to both guys working that it was either under my name or my boyfriends. They didn’t find anything. Instead of asking more information the taller guy who was wearing his hat backwards just said it was at the other location. Went to my vehicle and double checked that it was under that address and my boyfriends account was even charged for it. Went back inside the other guy, shorter with black hair. Tried to help finally said he would make the sandwiches and apologized. The other guy the whole time was sighing during the first interaction I had with them and the second. Very rude and short to people. I never leave these reviews but it seemed something simple could have been fixed easier and without attitude.

Thanks for giving me something to laugh about.Maybe other peoples experiences differ from mine. I'm sure this place has people that care about what they do. They were off on the day I visited. I explained what I wanted and did not receive any eye contact. I get it it's probably not the best job or the one that you feel you deserve, I've been there. I don't remember telling you to work at subway either. I just wanted a wrap made semi-decently, my expectations are actually quite low. The guy making my wrap only put half the quantity of meat it calls for. Like a 2 foot tortilla with post-it note amount of meat in the middle. Pinch of lettuce, 2 tiny tomatoes, 3 pickles. It was a lonely stranded island of ingredients among a giant see of tortilla. I paid 8.00 dollars for a giant green tortilla with a comical amount of ingredients in it.

Ordered sandwiches today targeting their 2 foot longs for $5/each program. Turns out the owner of the Thornydale/Tangerine store opted out of the program. I’ve gotten mediocre food here in the past but it’s been convenient. Not anymore - I will not eat here anymore. I am voting with my business and they are not getting it anymore.

I prefer this location out of all stores on the N.W side. Their veggies are the freshest and I've never received hard/stale bread. Employees are always very polite and customer oriented.

I come once a week, I leave a tip everytime. I always order the daily deal, today I messed up and ordered the wrong daily deal. When I realized what happened I immediately asked them to stop the transaction and they told me "it's too late, it went through already." Seemed to me they took the easy way out since the store was busy. This ruined my taste for subway permanently since I can't justify $8.65 for a turkey sandwich when I'm on a budget.

Read the signs carefully that are posted in the Windows! They had a foot long sale for 4.99 but the gentleman said it didn't start until1/1. However there was no date posted on the sign,they put it up 1 day early. We got 3 foot long subs for 4.99 each,because they didn't choose to do their job.

They were out of two different breads and the veggie patty. Staff seemed friendly and the place looked clean. The bathrooms were clean has well. Bummer we couldn't get food from there.

It was Fri., so sub special was tuna salad. It was was so mushy it was soupy, & she smeared it on one side of the roll like a mayonaise, barely coating the bread. Nothing on the opposite side of the bun. Worst tuna sandwich ever!! Never going back!!

Uh.. this is the second time I've been there and they seem to always be out of whitebread. What kind of sandwich shop does this? We got there @ 8 pm and first thing out of the the snooty clerk mouth is "we are closing soon" the door says 10 and the website says 9:30. Geez I will remember that you don't want my money.

Doesn't even begin to compare to Jersey Mike's in quality and service. Unfortunately the subway on Tangerine is 1/2 mile away and Jersey Mike's is 7 miles away. They're convenient...that's all.

It's your average subway, hardly anyone is there. Therefore, it's quick and very fast service. Staff seems courteous and the place is ahead clean.

It seems like a good restaurant but there is no menu on the wall or in paper form. There is just a bunch of confusing and hard to read marketing. Why can't they list their sandwiches with prices next to them like in the past?
