The only reason I give this place two stars is it is new and clean. The people working there seems to lack proper training and can not handle the simple tasks on the registers and that goes for day and night since I have been in there at both day and night. That to me shows lack of proper knowledgeable Management for all the management seems to do is walk around on their phone and go outside to vape or smoke. Can't find the registers to pay for your stuff and they scream welcome to the TA and some old woman with a tray of samples attacks almost because she is so agressive at the front entrance during the day. It's a shame because the place is nice and new but they need new management to get it going right.

Beautiful, clean new truckstop with MUCHO parking! Gorgeous mountain scenery. Great food selection: Sbarro Italian, KFC, Del Taco. Large driver's lounge. All new laundry machines. Clean showers, everything is new. (No repair shop). The truckstop of truckstops!

Huge parking, store inside is kinda looking small, expensive 🍕 🍕 🍕. Pilot/Flying J pizza is 2 slices for $7. $15 for whole pie.

I’ve never seen a bigger gathering of the most disgusting form of human life in one place. It just opened and I feel like I’m bound to catch some sort of disease from just being in there. I felt like Obi wan telling Luke, “you’ll never find a more wretched hive of scum and viliainy” just before going into the cantina. And I’ve been to the BeaverDam bar. 😖🤢 the store and staff were nice! No disrespect to the business itself.

Seems very new. And the previous week, the price of fuel was as low as any part of the region. Perhaps a grand opening event. Many varieties of quick hot foods are available. They were offering bite-size samples of many items. Large clean bathrooms. Great stop area. It's a little tricky getting into the lot from the I-15, but it's worth it.

Very clean, friendly staff so far. The store is well stocked with a great beer cave. Del Taco is good; Sbarro is good; KFC was a huge disappointment as they don’t offer extra crispy chicken!!! Can’t figure that out.Cleanest truck stop I’ve ever seen. Time will tell if they can maintain that. Odds are against them based on the average truck stop on the west coast.I wish you all the best at the Beaver Dam, AZ TA.

I couldn’t wait to get back to my truck to report the disappointment of this truck stop. The $18.00 charge for the shower was the worst mistake. The cheapness of the owner shines through with those electric faucets that when they deside to turn on, the only last 10 seconds at best. Plus the most popular sofas that are available at every other place in the US are not available here. It may be brand new but not meeting a driver’s expectations. I would rather stay at the Pilot or flying J available east or west of this location.

Wonderful place to stop and take a break, fuel up, get some food, and unwind. KFC, Del Taco, and Sbarro Pizza are on site. Very clean facilities.Fuel island is large and never crowded, there is plenty of truck parking no matter the time of day or night.The staff are top notch, too. Very friendly, helpful, hard-working people. Much love for everyone who works here, y'all are great!

Got diesel at the truck lane everything was perfect there. Then I went inside not too many workers and had to wait 10 minutes because of the 2 people buying lottery tickets before I could get on the road. they need to have one person for lottery tickets and then at least one or two people to help when we're buying snacks and stuff

When people going North on 15 get off make left and go toward the TA station get back on the freeway going south on 15 thinking it a off up ahead to the gas station and have to make a U Turn in the middle of the freeway or go 8 miles to the next off ramp. Had to go past the on ramp to the ramp to TA. Maka Homemade sign saying. GAS and a arrow

I am a truck driver always in search of a great truck stop to park at, shower and try new foods! I am very impressed with the positive energy and nice folks working here. I mentioned a few days ago that the shower could've been a but warmer. They realized the setting was a bit cooler than it should be and raised the temperature. So today I had a wonderful hot shower! Thank you so much! I love Sbarro and the spinach Stromboli is fantastic! KFC is a welcome fast food restaurant as the prices are better than other chicken places. I had no problems finding parking as there are 220 spots. So a driver can park where they want getting some space and quiet. Overall a very pleasant experience and I plan to stop here again. Just take exit 8 and come on in!

Great place to stop for a bite. New, so it wasn't real busy. It was also Easter. Sabarro and KFC were fast and priced great. Plenty of parking. It was a hit and run stop on the way from Utah to California. It's a TA express so no table service restaurant. Too bad it wasn't a bit bigger with a Black Bear Diner.

Well I’d give it 5 stars if everything was open. So between 23:30-00:30 (11:30pm-12:30am) for some reason all the registers are closed! They are being counted all at the same time. So don’t expect any service at this time of the night, and one of the main reasons I stopped in at that time of night was to get some hot food, and none of the food places are open late!! So if you’re a hungry trucker or traveler after 22:00 (10pm) you won’t get any hot food here ether!!Other then this huge flaw in this new truck stop everything looks nice and clean. The men’s restroom could’ve used more toilets when they built it. I could see some upset drivers or families in the near future while waiting in line for a toilet. They will be upset with this place being as large of a parking capacity truck stop only has 3 toilets for the men’s room. Wow!!! Someone messed up!Hopefully someday a 24hr travel center will have 24hr service like hot food, open registers, and more…

This place is great! Sbarro pizza is expensive because its fresh and homemade but definitely worth it. Tons of parking so u can park at any time of day or night. Del taco inside too which is hard to find.

PU in Vegas realized I had a chance to make it here. Sweet! The truck entrance is to the west of the store. New place. There is plenty of parking in a great place! Staff is great. Everything you need. Amazing lounge area. The views...epic West! Strategic location! Same as last time. Great. The food is so good.

I visited TA Express on 3/21/24 and 3/22/24 with the intention of purchasing gas. My initial encounter on 3/21/24 left me disheartened as I was informed that cash payments were not being accepted at the time. However, I decided to give them another chance the next day, 3/22/24.Upon returning on 3/22/24, I handed over $20 in cash to prepay for gas. Unfortunately, my experience quickly turned foul as the pump failed to work. I approached the staff multiple times to address the issue, but despite their attempts to troubleshoot by suggesting I try another pump, the problem persisted.Regrettably, even after my repeated attempts and interactions with the staff, including the manager Ty, the situation remained unresolved. Despite my frustration and inconvenience, there was a lack of willingness on their part to rectify the situation or provide a refund for the prepaid amount.Overall, my experience at the TA was deeply unsatisfactory. The inability to process cash payments initially, coupled with the malfunctioning pump and the lack of effective resolution from the management, leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service and operational efficiency.

-SCAM ALERT-They have overcharged us the same way TWICE, and couldn't figure out how to refund it back onto the card or refund the cash difference. This is after it was pointed out the price, which is posted right by them, wasn't the price charged.They leave you standing around until they say they just can't help you.(This is at the TA Express store check-out counter)

Odd gas station.Can't pay with credit card at the pump, they had me go inside.Pump was very very slow with no explanation - 2 gal / min. Just extra hassle when it wasn't required.Clean and friendly staff. Lotsa stalls.
