This is a nice small RV Park. Just stayed for two nights while passing through. It appeared that most spots were occupied by full timers or snow Birds

DO NOT STAY HERE. I was honestly put off when my husband made the reservations and I saw that they were appropriating indigenous culture but I decided to give it a try. I would say that a huge portion of the residence are permanent residence or snowbirds which ordinarily isn’t a problem, but not when there’s any kind of standards to be upheld. It was dirty and honestly quite scary. I was approached by a man at the laundry room. He just mumbled and stared at me. I went right back to my campsite. We packed up and left. There are many other places not that far down the road in Mesquite stay there .

The office workers are friendly and informative however New management (Vantage Real-estate) has increased the rent for month-to-month tenancy. The Wi-Fi service is fine but there are times when it doesn’t even connect. Two RVs burn down possibly due to hoarding problems. The landscaping/maintenance worker who lives on the property barely attends to the overgrown weeds, bathroom fixtures are broken, and air vents in bathrooms have no switches so it's basically a sauna. Despite, the increase in rent improvements should be made to the amenities…

I stayed there two winters, 16 months total. It’s really a run down junkyard. I kept my area clean and used my own tools to blow and keep things trimmed up. You have to keep things locked up or they disappear. They have alot of eyeballs and love to pick on the tenants. Barb was the bright spot but don’t turn your back on anyone. We are so glad to be at a new park in Littlefield, needed more room.Do yourself a favorite and stay a mile away from this junkyard.

A lot of cigarette smoke. Couldn’t sit outside or even leave the window open. Sweet lady checked me in. Tweaker wondering around. Didn’t feel safe. Wouldn’t recommend!Safety: Paid for 2 nights, left very early after the 1st night.

We stayed at this park for 10 days and enjoyed our time very much. We had site 43 which is surrounded by amazing roses. The sunrise and set over the mountains was beautiful daily. Bathrooms were always well cared for and clean. Park staff does a great job of keeping things picked up and nice. Barb, in the office, is super helpful and friendly. Lots of good food choices in Mesquite. Had our anniversary dinner at Katerina In Castaway casino. Amazing prime rib! Park is within a half hour drive of Saint George, little over an hour to Zion, two hours to Cedar Breaks national monument. Great stay. Highly recommend!

Office closes at about 14:30, but they have envelopes set out for after hours check in. Most of those were only for 1 night whereas I was staying for a week, but I found one that worked for me. The host came out and just had me pay $150 the next morning since I wanted the weekly discount. Note: if you pay by credit/debit card there is a 3% (or so) surcharge. This is predominantly a snow bird park and it fills up in early November. There is an old house that is used for the bathrooms, showers, rec room, kitchen, and laundry. Bathrooms are kept clean, but I found it a little weird that they have towels for you to wipe down the shower walls once you're done. (These towels always seemed to be clean and dry though.) Park rules said something about sewer hoses that are not properly installed will be "repaired" and billed to the site. Understandable for long term tenants, but overkill I think for a weekly stay so I didn't leave my sewer hose out (I don't have the supports). Folks are very friendly and I would stay here again, but reservations may be needed.

Stayed 1 week. Lots of smokers in this park so be prepared to deal with that. No firepits or picnic tables. The park is small, cozy, and quiet so wildlife visit the back section throughout the day. Mostly month to month tenants with their own ideas about privacy. Roads and sites are gravel so significant dust from traffic. Vehicle and ATV traffic off and on throughout the night. Nearest grocery store is in Mesquite, about 10 miles away. The restroom and laundry are located in an aging building. Machines are clean and reasonably priced. Shower rooms need work so doors close properly and light stops flickering. Office ladies are super nice and friendly. Priced very reasonably for the area. I would stay here again for a quick overnight stop.

This RV park is AWESOME. My husband and I have been full-timers for 3 years and have traveled all over the country and this might be one of my favorite RV parks we've ever stayed in. The service is outstanding, the park is beautifully-kept with rose bushes and oleander and nice landscaping, it's clean, people are very polite and quiet, and it's so peaceful here. The clubhouse with the laundry room and showers is spotless. The WiFi is probably the fastest I've ever found at any RV park in the country. The spots are big and well-shaded. This place checks all our boxes, and it's close to gorgeous hiking, rock climbing, and mountains. Also, it's incredibly reasonably priced. Fantastic spot and will absolutely return! Totally a hidden gem. Barb and Shelly were both so helpful and nice with our reservations.

When traveling I got tired of paying the high cost of name brand RV Parks near the highway and sought out this park using Google Maps. This park is an older established park with full hook-ups (W,S,E) and was in my budget. Call early as the snowbirds are coming in. Will stay here again. Nice and quite and about a mile from the freeway. Note that Google shows two Chief Easy RV Parks, there is only one off of McKnight near the fire station.

Very quiet large park with some permanents and many seasonal visitors. Sites were larger than average. Bathhouse clean but locked at night due to issues with outsiders. The Wifi was between poor and pathetic being intermittently online. Verizon data was also poor but the phone part worked normally. The area has some ant issues so bring spray. Two very nice laundry rooms. Workers and other RVer’s were friendly. Easy access to St. George and Mesquite.

Sandy was so cheerful when I called to make a reservation. The place is very quiet, the facilities are kept very clean. It's close to a post office and 9 miles away is Mesquite, Nevada which has a grocery and other stores. I highly recommend it.

Quiet park with the nicest people running it. We could not get our Verizon to work here, so we had to leave because we need it for our business, but cannot say enough about how gracious our hosts were when we told them we couldn't stay. Did not charge us anything. A lot of people live here, but they all were very kind and park is very clean.

There have been many changes in the park. More spaces added, clubhouse updated, restrooms and showers always clean. Seems to be more barkers ( dogs) than I am accustomed to but for the owners who respect their neighbors right to quiet enjoyment I give credit. As with all parks you will have problem neighbors or a bit of non compliance as to rules of park. That being said, the on site team of Steve and Shelli Lott cannot be praised enough for their work and efforts in all they do.

Hi, I am updating my old review from last year. This season there are new Managers, Dan and Dian, other new staff are Bill and Connie and Steve and Shelly. All are wonderful and have made this place even better. Always cleaning up the leaves and grounds area, club house is great and activities are fun there. They keep dogs quiet and pick up after them if the owners don't.. Dust = no dust at all we have all noticed the 5mph speed limit and everyone is careful not to make any dust. There are bikers in here and many A.T.V.'s but we never are disturbed by their coming and going and we are located at the front entrance of the park where anyone coming or going has to pass by our RV. We (my 80 year old Mother and I) love it here and plan to stay all winter then come again for next winter. I hope you all decide to check it out and stay a few days. You won't be disappointed. Happy Trails !!

I was referred to Chief Sleep Easy by a family member, and now I'll be sharing this gem with everyone I encounter who's looking for a great park experience! Exceptionally clean facilities & shower area, as well as nicely cared for grounds and plenty of amenities.Plus one can tell that the managers at this RV park are genuinely interested in a high level of customer service. Heck, when we first arrived there, the owner personally helped me get my truck washed & waxed!

Husband & I stayed here for 3 days in Sept. 1917 and were very pleased. We had stayed here before a few years back while traveling back and forth from Idaho to Arizona and liked it then. Shelli the onsite manager was nice, cheerful and easy to get along with. Sites are level and graveled with trees for a little shade. We had a pull-thru and 50 amp service. Bathrooms are older, but clean with hot water. Did not use laundry. It is a quiet park just a short distance off I-15 and only a short drive from Mesquite where you will find shopping and casinos, even a Wal-Mart. Highly recommend for overnite or long term. Rates not bad, we paid $30/nite or $150/week. There is a small fee for credit cards, so we paid with a check.

The manager comes off like he has to much to do to be nice to people. Very stiff in his personality. He's to serious to relax with the guests. On the other half of the management, Shelley is very gracious and nice to talk to. Steve needs to relax and enjoy his people more .I thought people in this way of life were happy in there choice to be out here in this element of life.Camp hosts are supposed to be the best part of living the good life when you choose a good place to start over and meet people.Steve is probably a nice guy if he let hisGuard down and tryed to be more of a conciare to campers in stead of a dictator.I think the park has great potential in this city, it needs more shade , most parks do when trees are young. But over all, I like it here, lots to do if you like to four wheel and motor bike in the hills.Just trying to live the dream..

I travel extensively during the summer. I have been all up and down the West coast, and Chief Sleep Easy is hands down, a better place to stay than anything remotely as affordable. Management team is exemplary, restrooms are phenomenal, Internet is better than all the other parks I have stayed in, and included in the price. Anyone who has a complaint about CSE hasn't stayed in many other places. I recommend that you come to see the park. You'll probably end up staying.

Barb was accommodating to all of our questions. It was easy to get there, close to the interstate. Lots of amenities, we specially used the laundry. Fairly priced for FHU around the area.

I lived in my trailer at Chief Sleep Easy for about 6 months after starting a new job while we looked for a home to purchase and get relocated from northern Utah. I can't say enough good about the management and how nice it was. Definitely the best long or short term rv park around.

Our family enjoyed the easy pull through, for a cheap campsite with full hook ups. The hosts were more than helpful. Nice clean showers/bathrooms. Perfect to stopover on our way through.

Everything an RV park in this are needs to be. Reasonably priced with good amenities, quite neighbors, clean club house and restrooms etc.... but with the added bonus of highly personable and friendly staff. I stayed for about 1 week during a particularly busy time of year and despite my lack of reservation the managers were very helpful and accommodating.

Well I shouldn't say I hate it, cause of me having a friend who lived there. Well they Fed around with her. They were charging way to much on her elect! She had black mold in her appt, they told her (we don't get black mold in the desert) so ya I guessed can say I hate them!
