We stopped at this location after a “Poker Run” out of Mesquite, NV. Located in Littlefield, AZ, it consists of a hotel, RV park, golf course and restaurant/bar. The golf course looked nice, but we did not play and neither did we stay at the hotel. Instead, stopped in for a bite to eat and quench our thirst. The food was okay but nothing to brag about, but we did like the overall atmosphere of this location even though the décor of the place is quite dated. You have the option of eating and drinking inside or outside on the deck with plenty of parking available. The staff was friendly, but because of the “Poker Run,” management did not plan well enough to accommodate all the extra people. Finally, if you are looking for lottery tickets, then you have found the right place. One other thing, need more bathrooms and it would be nice if management kept them cleaner.

I sure enjoy playing this 9Hole course! It's just challenging enough to make every game interesting. It's only a mile from where I stay during the winter, so it's an easy bike ride pulling my clubs on a travois. There's push carts for those who need them and motor carts for the rest. They have updated the areas around the greens and continue to improve the whole course. The staff is great to work with, too. They have a nice bar area, food, lottery , snacks, and two nice rv park areas besides the hotel rooms. There's a lot of local wildlife around, too, mainly wild turkeys. If it's a slow day, I love to take pictures of them.Walkability: I always walk the course. It's a little over a mile from start to finish.Food & drinks: There is a bar, and they serve food and drinks.

We stayed in the RV sites. The staff here are beyond awesome. So helpful and friendly. I was waiting for a purolator package and they even phoned the driver directly to find out when he would be here. Laundry mat across the road was nice and clean. Area is nicely located between St George and Mesquite, so lots of options of things to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Julie printed the tickets without asking for confirmation from us then demanded I purchace them. She was incredibly rude before hand and singled me. She threatened to call the police because I didnt want the tickets. Dp yourselves a favor and go somewhere where they treat people with kindness. My family and I will no longer be going here for vacation or anything inbetween. Will be vocalizing this to others. Literally was left speechless. Now they have charged us an extra 27 dollars today and we werent even there. Will be by with the authorities.

I stopped here on my way back to Utah from Nevada. We didn't get a room, we just stopped for lottery tickets. The one cashier lady was kind of rude, but the other was really nice.Be prepared that they can't change out any change that you have for dollars, tho.

My husband & I drove from St. George to meet some friends from Mesquite for a round of golf at Beaver Dam Lodge. It was PERFECT for what we were looking for, which was a relaxing round of golf in a serene setting. The staff was helpful but also very relaxed. We ate lunch in the restaurant before golf. The burgers & fries were great & priced accordingly. They have a wide selection of snacks & beverages in the shop & loaned us a small cooler to keep the drinks cold. We were able to golf the 9-Hole Par 3 Course at our own pace, never feeling rushed by other patrons. The large trees on the property are beautiful & provide the perfect amount of shade from the hot sun! We even got to see some wild turkeys & a cute cotton tail bunny on the course. I believe we paid $60 for the 2 of us for the golf & of course, had to snag some scratch tickets on our way out. It was the perfect afternoon date with our friends! We highly recommend the golf course & restaurant, but had no interaction with the hotel rooms or RV park. We will definitely be back soon!Nearby activities: The golf course is awesome!!

This place is basically a trailerpark with a few motel rooms and an RV park. It's so funny hearing people talk about having a nice time! The place is a total dump! "Historic" is a euphemism for desperately needs upgrades. Also, they have a 9pm check-in deadline. I booked and I spoke to Lauren and asked her if there were issues re: late check-ins and she said no. When I got there after 9pm the place was locked up, and I had to sleep in my car.Next morning, a dude at the front desk said he called me. I was driving and it was an unknown number so I didn't answer. Then I see they sent me an email telling me about the check-in deadline at 8:22pm - 38 minutes before they locked the place up! So I paid $180 for a room in a dump I never even got to use, and the next morning they literally told me "tough luck." No refund! Crazy. STAY AWAY!

Let me tell you about Beaver Dam Lodge. This place is the real deal. It's got this vintage charm that's totally cool, yet it's as cozy as your favorite pair of sweatpants. The folks there? Super friendly and down-to-earth. Laurie, the boss lady, is incredibly helpful and knows everything about the area. She's got all the insider tips you need to make your stay even more awesome.Oh, and let's talk about sleep. The beds there? Comfiest. Ever. Seriously, it's like sleeping on a cloud. If you're hunting for a spot with character, comfy beds, and a super welcoming crew, Beaver Dam Lodge is the place to be.Laurie and her team are the champs of hospitality. The Lodge gets a solid thumbs-up from me. Can't wait for my next stay!

We had no choice but to stay here. Strong smell, old rooms, coffee maker was disgusting had brown slime. Paid $200 for the room. Breakfast was the worst thing I’ve had in my life and cost $30. One star because the staff were super nice! I should have planned this part of the trip better.Rooms: Strong smell, old rooms.

Warning! Do not give credit card information to them. We filled out application for 2 months this summer. My daughter had her infusions extended by a month or so. I tried to reach them with no return call so I sent email stating that we would need to postpone but still wanted to stay as soon as my daughter was medically released. The next day they tried to charge our credit card for 2,000 dollars. They only were able to get $500 as my daughter is on disability but had left her with nothing. My husband tried to contact and spoke with Julie and she threatened him. She told him she would put a lien on anything we owned and if we did a bad review she would sue for slander. In over 10 years of rving I have never had anything like this happen. I am in contact with BBB, GoodSam headquarters and attorney general and if you go through the reviews you will see that this is a common practice unfortunately. This is not the first time but I am hoping it will be the last. So please beware and do not give them any information please. Anyone have any questions or if you also had a similar situation you can contact me or Attorney General I the area I can forward their information.

Only stayed here because mesquite was all booked up (according to online listings). Way overpriced rooms. It looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80s. Only 1 coffee, 1 fruit snack, 1 granola bar. Toiletries were smaller than ketchup packets so we had to buy more in town. We got a different room than we'd booked, but there were hardly any guests. No ice maker, had to get it from the bar when you can find someone. Tiny tv placed so that you can't see well from the bed. No deadbolts on the doors.Rooms: Old dark and uncomfortableNearby activities: Dull.Safety: No deadbolts on the doors

Read reviews on rooms before you book. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!Horrible customer service and the manager failed to remember what consumer rights are and argued with me about making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau - good thing I know my rights and the proper way of making an official complaint against this company. Not worth the money just drive to St. George

Zero to negative stars from us. We booked a week and stayed three nights. Should have had a clue when they refused to honor Good Sam membership even though it is on their website as well as on the Good Sam website. There were fire ant hills right outside our door. Reported it first day and nothing was ever done. No clear area to walk dog and dumpsters we're behind a gate with signs to stay out. I went to the counter, where I had to wait for lottery customers to be helped before she even looked at me. I explained that we had to leave early due to a medical issue and asked if we could get a PARTIAL refund. After establishing that No refund would be in order, I said that we probably wouldn't be staying here again. The answer was "good, that's fine." They clearly do not care about bad reviews, customer satisfaction, or repeat business. Will let our RV friends know not to bother with this place.

The rv grounds were pretty level. Nothing special. More of just a stop over unless you golf. No laundry rooms in the town. Closed up along with the little convenient store. But it’s only 9 miles to Mesquite Nevada. You are able to use the restroom/shower during business hours at the club house but was given a hard time when we came back from restroom we need to ask permission first and said “sometimes I just have to lay down the law.”

Booked rooms for $85 back in March for May, drove 5hrs to get there excited for our stay. When we went to get our rooms we were told that it was canceled but if they had a room we could pay $200 a night for our stay. The excuse they gave us was bogus and we did not call and cancel our reservation. This place only wanted us to pay the higher rate, if you want trustworthy, honest service stay away from this place.

Nice RV park. Spacious lots. Clean. Golf course part of the complex. A 9 hole par 3 course. A little on the expensive side but fun to play. If calling for reservations make sure you tell them you are a Good Sam member, if you are, so you get the discount. People are friendly and helpful.

Stayed here over the winter. Just gravel with thorns. The bar was nice when opened. The grill was only opened at the owners convince sometimes with just cold sandwiches. The elect bill ranged $40-$60 over the winter until checkout then our bill was two months worth. They will charge for your full reservation if you leave early, but this isn't disclosed until after the owner has your card on file. We won't be coming back. Too many issues.

When I arrived it was night night time so I couldn't see much , but once I walked into the lobby I could see that it was going to be a clean place , I loved the rooms .lol the theme was pretty funny but we'll put together . There is one things that I wish I was warned about . This place is 100% haunted . I walked out to the car and on my way back to the room while walking down the hall there's an emergency clear door at the end of the hall . I saw my reflection + someone else's .I turned around n nothing I saw it twice . My mom also saw someone in our room .. such a pretty place but deff haunted.

They messed up my billing not one day but five and then told me I owed extra money When I got upset they acted like I worked there and it was my fault. Worst conflict resolution ever. Instead they kicked me out with my cat and I spent 4hrs in the desert heat waiting to check in to my next hotel. Also now refuse to give me my check my company sent there. Now I am at the Holiday Inn with a better view and cleaner room. It was never about the money but that fact that you were rude. Seeing as I live out of hotels for work I have to say at this point the Motel 6 that smelled like pee in California had a classier staff then this place. Worst experience ever. No heart towards animals or humans.
