Best customer experience I have ever had. Came in on a hot sunny day September 29th at 3pm. We were immediately greeted and welcomed in! Employee was well educated in multiple different brands and specific diets. Very very helpful and insightful in helping us pick a brand. The employee helping us was absolutely amazing. I felt more at home in this store than I ever had at home. The prices are pretty reasonable for the amazing quality.I highly recommend stopping in and supporting this amazing store!

My pup had been having stomach issues and stool issues for days, so I called this store for recommendations on kibble I could switch her to. The employees were so kind and helpful, they gave me multiple suggestions as well as helped me figure out what the issue was with her food that was causing the stomach pain! I went to the location and bought what they had suggested, the employees helping to walk me through what I should get, and after just one day my dog is back to solid stools and is more excited than ever for her meals!!! Amazing customer service, advice, and products

Great place for your pets needs. A lot of useful items you can't find at the bigger stores. Really great customer service by people who really care about you and your pet. Pricing is comparable. Worth your time to check it out. You won't regret it and might make PetPlanet you place to shop for your furry friend.

I cannot say enough PRAISE about MICHAELA at the litchfield park Pet Planet!!I’ve been stressed about switching my husky’s food since my vet mentioned grain free diets were being studied as potentially FATAL at our last checkup in recent studies which take years and years to figure out... I called to ask what’s the BEST kibble I could put my boy on. Michaela had read the FDA’s most recent update/announcement on the study, which debunked grain free being any factor in this AND reassured me the NULO line is still hands-down one of the best if not the best. I’m so glad I don’t have to switch from a trusted brand that I’ve personally seen change the lives/health and coats for my huskies and shepherds in as little as a week! It’s worth the 10-20$ extra per bag trust me! Michaela was BEYOND helpful kind patient and knowledgeable and I just want the public and her team to know she truly is a one of a kind employee who’ll help you and your furry kids! Im beyond grateful for her help and guidance & that SHE was the one who answered the phone. I hope they’re glad they have someone so knowledgeable and in tune with the industry on their team!! The lady who helped me was super nice, I didn't grab her name but we were in there on 9-19-23 at 3:20pm. She was super amazing and very helpful and gave us free samples so that we can get the stuff that our picky cat actually likes. Will definitely be coming back here

Went for the doggy wash station and it was super easy to work and only cost $10 for 15 minutes. They provide the soaps and a dryer (just need to bring your own towel for the time being). Really nice if your pet’s in a pinch and needs a quick bath!

I come here very often to restock on my dogs treats and supplements. The staff is always friendly and ready to answer any questions I might have. My dogs love this place just as much as I do ❤️ I'll always be back ❤️❤️

I’ve started leaving reviews because I know they help make my decisions. This is the best Pet Planet. I’ve been to a few others in the valley; all are great but this one exceeds. The customer service is amazing, always very helpful and kind, going above and beyond. I also like the variety of treats, food, and supplements at this location. I will typically go out of my way to support this location because of the employees there.

We were impressed with the time they took with us to help pick out food and treats that we needed for our dogs allergies. They even called us some time later to ask about how the food was working for our dogs. You don’t see customer service like that anymore these days! They also informed us on the days of the week our treats were on sale! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Spent 20 minutes with one of your staff members looking over all of your treats to find some thing my tiny dog who is fed raw could eat. Brought four bags of treats and a container of goats milk to the register. My total was almost $75 and I wasn’t allowed to check out because the store refused to take $100 bill. I can understand if my order was $5 or $10 and I was trying to pay with a $100, but come on guys. It’s legal tender. Just take it.

Love!! The staff is always friendly, attentive, and helpful. This time in particular was even more so spectacular! I had to bring my 2 year old with me to get dog food and shampoo, and since we forgot his shoes, I was having to carry him around. A super sweet employee immediately came and helped me carry my stuff to the front for me. After check out, he even helped me out to my car without having been asked. ❤ I love that this location, and always drove out of my way just to go there.

The people here are knowledgable and helpful! They knew our names on our second visit and were very kind to explain the differences in the foods. They sell higher quality pet foods, but they will help you find what you need - not what benefits them most. If you are looking for quality foods for your furry friends, try it!

I am usually weary of small stores like this because they tend to be very expensive, but I don’t ever want to go anywhere else! Both times I’ve been there they are so helpful, kind, knowledgeable and patient with me! I even got a call after my first visit to check in on my purchase and to see how my kitties were enjoying their new food! Love the referral system and the buy X get one free deal. I definitely recommend stopping in because you won’t want to shop anywhere else for your fur babies!

Great selection and prices on healthy organic food, including refrigerated items. The staff here helps you find food for your fur baby with whole nutrition in mind. They like helping you save a buck as well.Lots of healthy treats and toys etc. really like how the store is designed like an old country market. It’s a very clean & friendly atmosphere. We love bringing our frenchies in but it f I don’t, the staff knows their names and asks how they are. I’ve seen this same treatment with all the other customers as well.They also have a Pet Wash station available.

Very knowledgeable gentleman working there who was super helpful. I came in looking for soft food for my dog who just had some dental work. I thought my only option was canned food. He told me about freeze dried food and all the benefits of it! I never even knew about it. I decided to try it. Brought it home and the DOGS love it! The cats are sitting by the dogs bowls while they eat wanting to try it. I'm going back to get freeze dried cat food for them. I appreciate his knowledge of the product and because of that, my dogs are eating better!

I wanted to take a moment to leave some feedback I received today while at Pet Planet. The gentleman there greeted my dog first then me which I liked. He showed real concern for my dog and made sure I understood why he suggested the products he did. Even though there were a few people in there he never rushed or made me feel rushed. He held my dog while we walked around and made sure that Frosty was happy to and gave him a little treat.

Been to this location several times & I love how clean and organize this place is unfortunately the last four times I bought treats recommended for my malamute husky. I don't know if I have one picky furbaby but the last four bags of treats he won't eat. I do wish these locations offered some kind of credit or discounts for returning practically a full bag of treats like other competitor pet stores. Looks like I have to stick to what I know and not try the new items from now on. Overall great clean store just a tad disappointed I wasn't asked to try something else or receive even a bit of credit to purchase something my malamute would actually enjoy.

I spoke with a gal on the phone. Her name started with an M. Maricella maybe. Anyway, she was very knowledgeable about the food I was interested in and super helpful. I ended up going to the store to purchase the food in-store instead of online from the manufacturer. She was friendly and helpful with that and other products as well. I will definitely be back for future purchases for my dogs health food needs.

I absolutely LOVE this place!! I go for their self dog wash because my dog hates baths and it was getting too expensive to take her to the groomers! Their dog wash is fully equipped and very affordable 😊 The food and treats are of the highest quality and best ingredients as well! The entire staff is super friendly and helpful too! I highly recommend them 💕🐶

Wonderful, knowledgeable staff. Went in to buy CBD oil for my hyper dog. I was warned it might make her more hyper at first and boy, were they right! She was bouncing off the walls for an hour. But then she did calm down and it'd been working great.

Miguel is awesome. He was knowledgeable and not pushy. Made sure I had the right food, harnesses and all questions answered. I feel very confident coming to this store and talking to him. My dogs love him too. Go there, you won't be disappointed.
