I had such a great experience today at Bias pet shop. My dog doesn’t do well with strangers and can sometimes be hard during grooming sessions. They were patient and went out of their way to take good care of him. I highly recommend Bias services and shout out to Haley who groomed him and the staff that helped out today!

Initially I thought the place was great. Simply having my dogs toes trimmed and most visits ending positively. I reached out to them via Messenger on October to have my cat cleaned up as he is usually shaved 2 times a year but have not been able to do so. I was looking for an idea of a price so I can plan. I received a "generic" reply and that is it. I provided a picture of the cat as he is a big boy. I also stated the problem area so as to be able to get an accurate estimate. That was on 10/19. A simple, we don't shave cats or something but weeks later and I have nothing. Moving on to another groomer who responds and does not have constant turn around of employees.

I have visited all of Bia's Pet Shops and all locations the groomers are so caring, gentle, loving, and listen to what you want for your pet without rushing. I will continue to go and my Pepper Pepper loves Adrianna and Candice I've been following them from shop to shop but again all the groomers are very professional and amazing. "Thank you!"

Mr.Pibbles had a wonderful first experience at Bia’s Pet Stop! It cost about $60 for his package purchased and they were very knowledgeable of his breed and just what type of cut he needed to ensure his first year coat was not damaged. Staff is super friendly and caring for all pets. Will be returning!

Shannon, the manager is not a compassionate groomer. Our dog has previously been groom at Bia's. However, Shannon refused to groom our dog today because she was "too old." She happily declared herself a dog breed expert and refused to see proof that our dog was half and half. She had a problem with her breed and that she was old? It seems that she was too lazy to groom our dog and kept coming up with excuses to the point of raising her voice at me! We love the owner, but the management is terrible and we will not be back.

I’m a little upset about the service I received here as a new client. My first visit was to schedule an appointment for pretty basic cut on my little dog. There were three groomers at the front desk that didn’t seem to want to be the one to put their name on a new client, I understand, more work for you. But you are still getting paid to do your job.My second interaction was coming to my appointment. It seems that no one could find my appointment because the groomer who I was scheduled with, is no longer working there. I’m pretty easy going, so I was open to another groomer taking him. As soon as I was checked in the groomer was handed my paperwork for what they called “new groom” and there was an immediate eye roll. I did not appreciate the way that the groomer spoke over me after she asked me questions about what I wanted. Walked off with my dog without even a smile.Next, 4 hours go by and I called to see if he was ready. They say, “oh yes, we just left you a voicemail “ coincidence, I thought. Maybe we called each other at the same time. However, neither I nor my husband was contacted for pick up.At the end, my dogs hair is absolutely not what I asked for and I am surprised my dogs ears are actually not cut themselves.I am completely dissatisfied.Next

Ok people, if you AREN’T taking your four legged friends to Bia’s then you are sadly mistaken as to who the best in the business is. Took my dogs there, and honestly I didn’t know my little one had white in her coat! It’s alway grey, until Bia gets a hold of her 😃😃 Great staff, super friendly and happy!! Thanks!

I've brought my dog here for about 4 years now. Every time I bring my dog in they ask if what they have on file is correct, I tell them it's not and that I'd like it shorter. Her first hair cut was kept a bit longer than I like it. This last 2 times I've pushed for them to change it on their paperwork. They have not changed it. So when she asked again if this was correct, I said no, it needs to be shorter. She argued with me. She said it was right. I looked at her like, why do you even ask me? She had a sick smile on her face. She knew she was being rude, she was doing it on purpose and enjoying it. An hour later I got a call saying they were done. My dog is old and doesn't tolerate hair cuts well, how did they get done so fast? The girl was being rough when handing my dog back to me, she was obviously annoyed. It was almost as if she wanted there to be an argument. Never again. We won't be going back there and neither are the other people I recommended. We found a new groomer who is actually nice. I need to be sure my dog is taken care of.

Been taking my cats there since I moved to this side 3+years ago. Great business. My youngest cat sometimes has accidents and because he gets scared sometimes. That's the only issue I have with place. Great groomers overall.

Amazing staff. Very friendly and welcoming. They took great care of our two dogs. Our husky looks and feels so much better after his first bath & groom here. His coat is incredibly soft and smooth. And our other anxious pup seemed to be much more relaxed upon picking her up. They did great work in a very short amount of time and the prices are very reasonable. We’ve found a great grooming shop and will keep coming back.

By far the worst grooming ever. We took our dogs to Melissa with a round face and asked for light trim to keep the round face and omg she took it all off. Then both dogs looked as if no attachments were used to make the body uniform. Had so many long patches and near skin cuts. On top of that the receptionist said give it 2 weeks and it will grow out. It sure will grow out but definitely not the round face we took him in with. Definitely not going back. Was so reluctant to even give a tip for such a botched job.

Went to Bia's for the first time and they were beyond PHENOMENAL with my dog. She is a hone dog being raised with our son and upset been properly trained or ever got used to a leash. They picked her up carried her to the back and did the BEST job grooming her and it was extremely affordable. Definitely going back!

I own a Shetland sheepdog that is a wild escape artist. Loves to dig & get dirty. I’ve been taking him here for a few months and they have always done an amazing job on him! I just picked him up today, I believe her name is Denise? SHE DID WONDERFUL! Butch is a new dog and has a new personality when he comes back home from them! I know he feels so much better! The clean up trim is just what he needed! I wish I could take the groomer along with us when we move in 4 months! If you need a lovely bath & brush with a clean up trim….definitely DEFINITELY stop here! Thank you so much!
