Staff is great, answered all our questions, wanted to be sure we were happy with our new phones. Justin took care of the setup and explained how to do the transfer, in case we ever needed to do it ourselves. He was patient and focused on providing us with the best results possible. We would highly recommend this store.

The people are always friendly. This was the first time I have ever paid 40 dollars for a in store service fee. I bought 2 phones so I had to pay 80 and then be charged 35 per device from Verizon. This is a first for me. I have never paid this fee before. Next time I will just do everything online.

Exceptional customer service! Jessie spent 2.5 hours helping us setup a business account due to a computer system glitch. Went out of her to fix the problem awhile being friendly and polite. She made a difficult situation enjoyable with her bright smile and pleasant attitude. Store manager Martin was also very helpful and made necessary calls to get the account approved. Very impressive experience! Well done!

Got everything taken care of Justin has always been super helpful for any issues I’ve ever had no matter how small. He’s super knowledgeable and makes sure that I have a full understanding of everything that is occurring with my account. I’ve attempted to work with other reps there in Pinetop-Lakeside and had horrible experiences where I decided that I trust Justin solely with my account. He is an outstanding rep to work with every time and is consistently reliable to follow up on any issues.

I recently purchased an I Phone and could not get it to connect to Verizon. After trying to fix myself, I went into store. Alex went over and above to help me. I was there over an hour and Alex was very knowledgeable and made sure that my phone was working before I left store. Highly recommend.

Stay far away! We only tried Verizon service for two weeks, and it's taken an incredible amount of time and money to get rid of them. I don't normally write bad reviews but this was BAD.- Verizon lies about their service and their charges- there's a 1-2 hour wait every time we go in to the local Lakeside store to get helped. The employees are kind but don't have the power to solve issues- phone customer service won't help you. I talked with about 12 different ppl, trying to resolve issues- when setting up our service, the manager told us we had 30 days worry-free to ensure it worked for us- the coverage was TERRIBLE. Literally didn't have phone service in the Verizon parking lot in Show Low.- we canceled our service after two weeks of trying to make them work- we were wrongly billed after being told there were no further charges- local store said that they would follow up. They never did, though I went in multiple times.- I ended up paying the wrongful bill anyway, to save my credit score. And when I did? I called to pay, and there's an extra $10.00 charge just to talk with a representative!Steer clear of Verizon at all costs!

I had to share what great customer service experience I had at the lakeside, Arizona Verizon store. Dallas- couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable, patient & kind. She made upgrading my phone and purchasing the 5g home internet sooooo easy & quick!!! I live in San Diego and have been putting the phone upgrade on hold for over a year because there’s always a 4+ hour wait for walk ins and there’s never availability to schedule an appointment for the days I’m available. While visiting my hometown of Lakeside I decided to walk in on a whim to see if they had time to assist me, & they did. Probably the best Verizon customer service I’ve ever experienced in the past 19 years!!!! That’s saying something. Thank you Dallas, I definitely see management in your future. You deserve to be recognized. :)

If I was rating the people working at this store, I'd be giving a straight five stars. They are, in our experience, unfailingly helpful, patient, and well informed. The trouble is that this location is tragically understaffed. Today, after a one-hour wait, we were still fourth in line to talk to the one person in attendance (who had managed to serve 1.5 others while we were there), so we had to leave, following the ten other customers who bailed during that hour.

We experienced great service and help with what we wanted! I would give 5 stars for that for sure! I give 4 stars for the fact that the woman helping us did not acknowledge the people that came in. Did say "Hi, we'll be with you shortly" or anything close to that. Other than that, I will be going to this store way before any Show Low store.

I went to the Verizon store in Lakeside today. There was a very short wait before I was helped. Dallas was very helpful and answered all my questions. She helped me to pick out the right charging cord and more powerful and faster for my tablet. I had lost the old one and I was using the wrong one to charge my tablet.

My experience with Mary was absolutely amazing. We went in with a few billing issues. Needed a transfer and new phone. Everything went so fast and smooth. I was out within an hour. Mary did amazing!

Allan was very patient and explained to an older person in a very understandable words info on my iPhone and tablet so I can now do my email on my phone for the first time in 3 years. Excellent employee with a waiting room full of people needing service!!! In other words he acknowledged every person entering store that he would be with them as soon as possible and they waited for him!!!!! Less pressure on him he had a helper!!!! I have been in this store several times and he gave me the best service ever!!!
