Products are excellent, prices are affordable. The only issue I have is I am an animal foster mom that works closely with the humane society and animal advocates on the mountain and everytime I go in I am judged and treated poorly like I am there to steal or not good enough to shop there. While I love to shop at this store and support the cause, It makes me sad to see how much customers are judged and treated poorly compared to others. Im told im cutting in line when im simply looking at the items near the register and haven't finished shopping. Im accused of theft or making my own prices. I truly hope other customers are not treated this way, its unacceptable. I support humane society and giving to our animals, I do not support derogatory treatment.

Wayyyyy overpriced. You got the stuff for free, please price it as such, you’ll sell items fast and still make just as much money or more. Right now everything is just sitting there unsold because it’s priced too high.

I've been up there two or three times, I've gotten things at very reasonable prices, I mean the things are donated right, so charging near what something is worth wouldn't be right or a good deal. I've bought small heaters for $5 each, today I left with $35 worth of stuff I was happy to find. Example of why I like this place, they said they had a potato cutter, I couldn't find it and they came over and tried to help me find one. In comparison, I usually walk in and then walk out of Goodwill having found things but very high priced. I must say Goodwill workers are friendly, just can't find any good deals like I have at the Dog House.

Everything was excellent, cashier was very nice and friendly. Only problem was people weren't social distancing. Not Dog House fault, but disturbing. Left fairly quickly. Will try again, one of my favorite thrift stores on the mountain.

My wife and I are from tucson and we been visiting pine top a lot lately. One thing we love doing is going to thrift stores. About two weeks ago we visited this one we had our kids with us. After checking some stuff out the kids decided to look at the toys. My problem with this store is that when the kids where checking out the toys the only employee working there in a very rude tone of voice told me that the kids where allowed to be there but not play with the toys, which they were not doing before she approached us I've read the four signs that where in front of me saying the same thing. I was over there with the kids to make sure that didn't happened. Now my real problem came after that, the employee kept looking at us like if we were gonna break or steal something even tho there was other costumers at the store. My last two problems is that as soon as we move from there she kept following us thru the security cameras. My last problem is that my wife is white and I'm Mexican so our kids are mixed race, as we where coming back to check the rest of the store there where some other kids actually playing with some toys and they where not approached at all. At the end I had to leave with the kids because this employee wouldn't stop checking everything we did. So my advice don't go there when she's there and your skin color looks different.

What a great little place. I love thrifting and I always find something unique here and the prices are reasonable. Best of all is I know my money is going to a good cause, helping innocent animals. I will always support such a business.

8/24/20 What a great store and incredibly friendly staff. The prices and the inventory turn over make for a positive adventure every time you go in. And it's benefiting the Humane Society Of The White Mountains is a huge plus.

Similar to an indoor flea market with an outdoor feel. There are deals and some true steals.. Its all about the animals here and they appreciate your business.Also just got a frequent customer card so there's that also... Check them out.

Have donated here often. There is a small charge to have items picked up. Convenient if you have large donations or furniture. The thrift shop is very well organized and has better quality merchandise.

A good thrift shop I go to a lot but it is kinda weird that the sell used underwear but they have a lot of snow stuff and a big barn to explore
