They have some of the worst service ever. I was visiting my daughter and she stopped by before a day of fun in the sun. She happened to bring her dog, which the staff apparently noticed. I didn't think this was a problem till we checked out and noticed an unexpected "dog fee" for all three nights we stayed (the dog did not stay and went home with my daughter). They didn't ask us anything or make any form of contact regarding the dog, just decided to take my money without permission. Not to mention, the room was kinda gross. In the bathroom you could clearly see they had a prior leak in the ceiling above the shower. The TV sucked. And the bed was one of the worst I have ever slept on. It bowed to the middle like it was ten years old.

I do not recommend. Stayed in room 101. The check-in service was fine. There is nothing special there. Once we got to the room, we realized how dirty it was. The linoleum floors were covered in dirt and debris. If you walked around with no shoes on, your feet would be covered in dirt. The bed had hair and many stains on it. Clearly, the sheets and mattress itself haven't been cleaned in a very long time. The bed was uncomfortable even for a cheap hotel. The TV had some nice channels but it wasn't a smart TV. Seriously? It's 2024, and hotels that cost over $100 don't have youtube on their tvs. It's nice that the hotel room is outside right next to the parking long and the location was beautiful when you were outside the building. I barely slept because it felt like there were bed bugs or something on the bed as other reviews have stated, although I didn't see any. Clearly, the issue is that when you are staying in a hotel, you expect a certain level of cleanliness, it comes off as though the hotel doesn't care about its guests when they don't maintain their services. Won't be staying again.

The rooms are getting tired and are in need of renovation. The vinyl flooring was lifting in places and even split in one place. The bathroom was very tight, and the tub/shower needed replacing. The rod holding the hangers was an old piece of dowl wood that fell out.The grab and go breakfast was really pitiful, so we went to a breakfast restaurant two buildings away.They only make up the rooms every 3 days so we made our own beds and made sure the towels were hung up where they could dry.Check out was horrible. We asked to split the bill in two and this became a 15 minute because the clerk did not know how to split a bill.Overall, even though the price was reasonable, I would not recommend this hotel.Rooms: Again, the rooms were very tired and were in desperate need of renovation.

Bedbugs all over the room. Received multiple bites while sitting in bed. Had to leave at 9pm due to bedbugs. Hotel would not issue a refund. Pursuing legal action through a third party.The rooms were disgusting even without bedbug infestations.

Be aware that they will charge a $10 maintenance fee when you go to check in. If you’re using the choice hotels app this fee does not show up when you’re booking the room but they say it’s for miscellaneous work at the hotel but if you raise a stink about it, The quickly tell you that they can remove it but yet it does not show removed 10+ days after leaving the hotel stayWalkability: Circle K across the road

Horrible place!!! Stay away save your money and your self respect. Had the woman at the front desk yell at my husband. After someone was "spying" on my family. I'm sorry you're having a horrible day, hate your job, have your panties in a bunch, need coffee who the hell knows. But you treat people how you want to be treated. Linens were dirty, restroom needs major repairs. Never will we waste money staying at a quality inn. First impressions last and this place made a horrible first impression. We felt so uncomfortable in this hotel we didn't shower and couldn't wait to get the hell out of this hotel. Very unsettling. Very disappointed in this was a waste of money.

My shampoo and conditioner bottles were definitely left over from the previous guest. They were obviously used and half empty, with some dried product on the outside. There are programs which recycle soaps and shampoos from hotels for free. Or the ownership can install dispensers instead of leaving half of the bottle for the next guest.Otherwise an ok hotel for one night. It was clean and that’s all that really matters.

I have been a member since 2005. Recently my husband and coworker were coming off of a fire and on the way home were reassigned. I reserved the room while he was inside the hotel I was on the phone with him. He even told the lady my wife is going to make the reservation because she is a member and gets discounts. These guys had been out at a fire for days and just needed a nights rest and a shower before heading out to another fire. My husband was not treated with respect by the lady in the front. She was very rude and insisted that I needed to be present. I’m more than 4 hours away from him. He explained again he was just coming off of a fire and headed to another one and just needed to shower and rest before their new shift at 7 am. She said that next time I would need to be there. I’m hearing all of this over the phone. She needs to learn to be better, especially when you see someone who has come off a fire and has one night before heading out to another. I made the reservation over my app which I have done plenty of times before for him with no problems.Food & drinks: No breakfast it was closed when they left before 7

Honestly I really wanted to like this place but I hears noises all night long. I have no idea where they came. And I also seen roaches in the ac/heater power cover at 5am when I went too turn the fan on. My husband also seen one behind the bed at 7am.The breakfast was a take microwave burrito muffin granola bar and I really appreciated that. The staff was outstanding though and heard my complaint. Just needs too be cleaned up better.

Overall the hotel seems fine but it's uncomfortable to me because there is no carpet in the rooms..... I feel like this should have been disclosed.....The front desk was really nice and other than this the room is okay....

Clean and comfortable . Sink faucets looked new but tuned faucets needed to be replaced. Sofa covers were pretty worn. Bedding and towels were nice. Not sure what breakfast hours were, we have to leave early and office wasn't open yet.Rooms: Appreciate fridge and microwave. Clock was way off and husband believed it so we were up oven an hour early. Microwave clock was totally off but I didn't pay attention to it.

I will not stay here again. I paid a premium rate with the expectation of receiving a hot breakfast, as advertised on the website and the phone recording. Instead there were small white bags containing an awful cold burrito, muffin and bad tasting juice. The refrigerator in our room leaked onto the floor and the shower head cover plate was not attached to the wall. I think the breakfast was a bait and switch. They need to be more honest.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The baseboards were black with I don’t know what, the curtains were so stained and dirty and to top it off we found bed bugs in the bed!! Thank god I check my rooms as soon as we go in!! The lady at the front basically told me if you yuppy people want clean rooms then maybe you should go rent a room at the Hampton!! Worst experience of my life!!

Room was clean but nothing special. Service i was VERY DISAPPOINTED!! They advertise the buffet breakfast but then when you get here they have a sign up saying no breakfast due to can not hire help. NOT MY PROBLEMI would have went somewhere else but I made the mistake of paying in advance. I'm making a big deal out of the breakfast because honestly it's false advertising and misleading stating that there is a buffet and there isn't.We stayed 2 nights and I was informed that they have no maid service so if I needed anything to come down to office in the morning. Unfortunately this is beginning to be the norm and not the standard.The lady named Karen that checked me in started out a little rude but in the end she was OK.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This room was absolutely disgusting. We had a towel with blood stains on it,mold on the refrigerator, dirt and grime along the base boards, the shower head was broken, pillow case had burn marks and to top it off we got locked out of room. There was nobody in the front office to help us and when I called after we left I was called a liar by the manager. Not only will I never stay here again but I will never stay at another hotel owned by choice hotels. Absolutely garbage customer service.

The rooms are super awesome and beautiful. Very new and updated. Fresh and clean. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice and clean. Sparkling. The manager is a gift. She is such a wonderful person. Greeting as though we were family. Love it here for sure.

They are updating the rooms so there is noise on weekdays. But the rooms are nice. We were in a remodeled room. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean believe me I checked and very soft. The bathroom is small and a little not as updated. Some of the update work was finished quickly and it shows. The floor is laminate which is nice but it is also harder to walk in and may be an issue down the road with scratching on the floors. The breakfast was not available and when we checked in my husband felt the gal that checked him in was a bit rude about it. The wifi, very very fast for me that's very important! Overall, I'd stay here again you can see the owners are putting a lot of effort into maintaining and improving the overall hotel

Front desk was friendly & helpful. Location was pretty quiet when I stayed there. Room was clean, bed was soft & everything worked as it should. Lotta folks coughing up a storm so make sure you do what I do, travel with your own pillows. Car wash, gas station & a couple place to eat right next to the Inn. Overall experience was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s
