My sister dropped her two dogs off for boarding while we went to the Grand Canyon. Since they are new to the area , my sister looked up the reviews and based her decision on how good they were. Cookie is paralyzed in her back legs so requires extra attention including changing of diapers. Lisa also decided to have Cookie groomed while she was there. It's a Charming house with large Kennels. The door to the kennel stays open so that the dogs can go outside anytime they want which really pleased us a lot. We got caught in traffic and called to let them know we wouldn't be there quite at 5 and the daughter came over and stayed until we arrived so that we wouldn't have to pay an extra day's boarding. My sister truly appreciated that! The grooming looked nice and the dogs seemed very happy when we picked them up. Even better is their location. It's less than a mile from my sister's home so I suspect she'll be using them again. I wish I had taken some pictures as the place is adorable! The two employees that we dealt with were both very nice.

We are new in the Pinetop area and I was looking for a good groomer for my Tibetan Terrier. Jeannine did a fabulous job. I strongly recommend her. She was done in couple of hours and called me right away to pick Ryder up. I am very happy with her work.

Jeanine was wonderful w my Maltipoo and gave her a great grooming session. My dog looked so nice and clean and had a beautiful haircut. Thank you for squeezing us in on a short notice.

Very nice groomer. I like she takes appts. One per at a time so animal is caged only til you get there. Reasonably priced and did a good job. Molly and I will be back.

Bryan and Jeannine are great with dogs. Out for jumps out of our truck anxious to be there and we literally have to drag him out.
