True local bike shop hospitality!I realized they were closed on tuesdays so I glanced into the window to see if they sold what I was looking for. As I turned to return to my truck, the owner called out to me. Inviting me to see the shop.She gave me a local map of riding trails, lots of advice for local places and even called her husband (the other owner) for more advice about obscure parts I inquired about.5 star service even even closed!!

We live in Pinetop part-time and were taking advantage of the cooler weather to teach our kids how to ride bikes. Two of our kiddos are special needs and I was trying to find out if training wheels were made for adult sized bikes. The employee was really helpful and gave me some ideas. Then the owner, Andrew, came out and started asking me questions to fully understand my dilemma. Although they mainly sell fancy Kona bikes, the owner took the time to do some internet research and email links to a product that would work for me. He knew he wasn't going to make any money off of me, but still took the time to get to know me and help out my family. When I'm ready to buy a pretty mountain bike for myself, I'll be taking my business to Pinetop Bike Shop!

Absolutely recommend this place for all your bike needs! I reached out to Andrew letting him know I as in the market for a mountain bike and he was super responsive and let me know what he had in stock. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. Ended up picking up a bike he had on consignment and could not be happier. Give him a shot you won't be disappointed!

Amazing service. Son’s bike had a flat tire and I hadn’t brought any tools on our trip. He got it done that day, put on rim tape and tuned up the shifting. Got us back on the trail for the next day.

If you need a bike in Pinetop-Lakeside this is the place to go. Andrew fixed me up with a great ride for a week when I came to the White Mountains to visit my parents. Seriously great service and a super nice guy, Andrew made sure I was all set and happy. He even changed out my bike seat when my poor butt couldn't handle the "professional" seat. This is a great local business and you will be very happy to give this place your business.

Met Andrew and his wife at the Tour of White Mountains bike race expo in Pinetop. I was in bad need of a new chain and luckily Andrew was there to save the day. He not only put on a new chain but also dialed in my derailleur and tuned up my buddy's bikes for free. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. Looking forward to visiting the shop in the future.

This is an amazing family and dog friendly bike shop! The owner is so well versed in bike maintenance!! He was so patient with our children. They also sell coffee, tea, and smoothies. What a plus! We will be making this shop a regular stop. We always have guests joining us for a weekend in the pines and now we know where they can rent a quality bike.

Nice family owned bike shop. I was in town for just a few days and needing service on my brakes. They were unfortunately not able to service my bike that day, understandably as I was looking for some help right before I left town. They however took the time to help diagnose the problem and explained how I could fix it. I will continue to come back when I’m in town for bike parts and help.

This is a great bike shop. I had a problem with my suspension and the owner, Andrew, was so helpful and fixed my problem. Great guy. I left happy and also now know of more trails to ride in the area. Highly recommend

Outstanding service! Small shop where owner appears to do most of the work. Wife works the register and manages and the husband does the technical stuff. Great family owned/operated business! Had a flat on one of our ebikes (rear tire) and even though there did not appear to be my size tube on the mountain he was able to get is up and going. Will definitely recommend them whenever the chance comes up!

I've been coming to Pinetop every summer with my family for the past 5 years and we've always wanted to do bike outings around town and haven't been able to until now thanks to the Pinetop Bike Shop! Not only do they do bike repairs but they rent (and sell) bikes, too! One of the best parts about the whole experience - they gave us all free coffees with our bike rentals! Hallelujah for a bike shop in Pinetop! This is the cutest bike shop that doubles as a coffee shop!! What a perfect combo! And it's owned by the sweetest local couple! Will definitely be back on my next trip to Pinetop to rent another bike. Thanks for making it possible for me to bike around this weekend and enjoy this beautiful weather!

I came in with my bike in parts asking for help. While his shop was filled with people. He stopped and came outside to my truck, tools in hand and explained how to tighten my bottom bracket. This is a guy thats going to do well. Finally a great bike shop in Pinetop.

Andrew was super helpful after my tire melted from my car’s exhaust on the drive from Gilbert to Pinetop. Helped me figure out what I needed to get my bike fixed, and even hooked me up with a used tire. Super nice guy!

I had a friend come in from Utah and tried to rent a bike on Mother’s Day. Right after calling the shop, I got a text from the owner explaining that they were not open. After asking if they knew where else to rent a bike the owner said he would meet me at the shop in an hour. The whole family showed up and got me set up on a nice new kona and helped guide us to some great trails. I will be renting again from this great family owned local bike shop!

Needed a emergency patch job on my tire. It was a Sunday and everyone else was closed. He was quick and got us back up and going so we could still hit the trail that day. Thanks again! Definitely reccomend.

Rented a bike for a day and the process was a breeze. The owner, Andrew, gave me a couple maps and some pointers on what trails to ride and which way to ride them, which made the rides very enjoyable. I look forward to coming back, just wish I lived in the area so I could frequent the shop!

Went over to the shop to look for some tires. Website/Google says they are open. Get to the shop and the front door is wide open and I don’t see any signs saying they are not open for business. I was quickly asked to leave they said that they were open for drop off and pick up only, even though the door was wide open. I did not appreciate being shooed out, and if first impression are important this place is no good. I was ready to spend some money and support local but the online shops will get my business. I will not be back. Total lack of professional communication. I could see if the web mentioned their limited offering or if there were signs but there were not any that I noticed. Door was wide open with people inside. Never again. First impressions are everything.

Stopped by this shop on my way to camp. Received two free maps for the trail systems and directions to the campground. Staff even putv on a mask since I was wearing one which I found thoughtful.
