BEST PLACE FOR YOUR FUR BABIESI am currently on a trip across the country with a 15 hour time difference from Havasu and boarded my dog at pets in paradise. Luna has been being treated by her vet in Scottsdale for bladder stones and was prescribed a prescription dog food to help dissolve the stones however she had started to pass the stones through her urethra and caused her to bleed a lot get a fever and shake quite a bit Patty(the owner) is amazing and informed us right away and took the time out of her day to take luna to every place in Havasu but nobody could take her she then put even more effort and took her to Kingman to be treated at an emergency vet and luna went straight to surgery luna has now been discharged and is back with Patty for her recovery until we get back. The whole staff is so sweet sends videos and pictures and text updates on how she is doing. I am very particular on where I leave my pets when I go on vacation being my last pet sitter let my dog loose and ended up getting hit by a car. If you are ever needing a safe place for your dog to stay I can not recommend them enough they are so amazing and will go out of their way for your pet they saved Luna and I can not thank them enough for everything they have done. They truly are passionate people with huge hearts.Below is a picture of my Luna before we knew anything the second is her post surgery and the last is all her stones.

Very nice place. Seems clean, quiet, and homey for a kennel, but most importantly they seem to genuinely care about the dogs. I have no doubt they took good care of my anxious 2 year old pup

Had to board our dog while our travel trailer was being repaired. Everyone was friendly and our dog, Fred, seemed calm and happy to be there. They showed me where he would be staying and let me know that he would be taken outside several times during the day and evening. I was able to relax after meeting them. Would highly recommend!

Ron and Patty are the best people ever and their love for doggies is undeniable. My babies love to get groomed there as well as stay with them when we have to go out of town and cannot take them with us.

Second time I have had my two small dogs nails cut here and they were very good with them. Benny had to have nails redone from another place that missed two. Jr has severe anxiety and this second time he was much more relaxed. I like that they use a Dremel to smooth them out.

Ron & Patty and staff are one of a kind, true animal lovers that go beyond the care for those not their own. I trust them more than some blood ties. If you love your pet, second child seek no further they are in the best hands other than your own!!!

The best pet hotel our puppies have ever stayed at! Thank you Ron and Patty for treating Darla & Charlie like your own. I hate to brag about this place because it's always booked and it's getting harder and harder to reserve a spot. LOL It's clean, and our pups really love staying here!

1st time here & last. This is the worst place I've ever taken my poodle to in 8.5 yrs. They told me $45 when I dropped her off. When I picked her up it was $65. They did a terrible job. Her hair had what I call divots in 3 spots & uneven all over. There were holes in her hairstyle. Groomed by Kaitlyn, also a poodle owner. If she was matted, protocol is to inform u at drop off when they inspect the animal. They do have cute hair bows. Just ran into someone else that went there w/their poodle & had a bad experience too. I would rate -minus stars if I could. Plus, they were supposed to do hair color & backed out at the last minute. UGH!

I went there with my dog. I asked what price it would be and the owner said $15 for me to wash my own dog. When I was finished with my dog when he rang me up he charged me $25. I told him you told me it was 15 and now it's 25. So I tried one more time to wash my dog there, ask him how much it would be, he said $15. I tried to pay in advance and he would not let me so I left.

I’ve been using the self bathing tubs for my dog for years and have found the shop very clean. Patty and Ron are always very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

Increased agreed upon price when my wife picked up our dog an additional $40. Lady at the counter has a big mouth and talked bad about Californians. Take your pet anywhere else.
