I actually live out of state but I was visiting there last year. What a great selection of Exotics, reptiles I have not seen in years, and a fish room. Jeff was very nice and polite answered my questions I anticipate a move very soon to Havasu City, can't wait to visit there again. I've got 30 aquariums to fill up if they survive the journey definitely be doing some business there.

I'm not one to write bad reviews and I don't think this place deserves one.With that being said the employees here need to be able to give correct information to their customers. I made the trip to exotic pet kingdom to purchase my first pink toed tarantula which included a pre set up enclosure. It's important to note that a pink toe is a tree dwellingng spider that requires a very specific type of enclosure. I asked many many questions and the staff at the time seemed very knowledgeable, however they gave me a ridiculous amount of misinformation. They supplied me with an inadequate enclosure which was detrimental to my Ts health, and also didn't know the difference between an arboreal tarantula and a terrestrial tarantula (at the time I didn't know the difference either, however would expect that an employee from an EXOTC pet store would). After doing a bunch of research on enclosures I realized they supplied me with an enclosure for a terrestrial tarantula. My tarantula didn't have the proper ventilation in the provided enclosure which could have been a disaster had I not noticed in time. I wasted money on a pink toe death trap. I live a few hours away so I didn't make the two hour trip down there to see if I could get a refund for the enclosure, I just went to a local store to purchase an appropriate terrarium for an arboreal tarantula. The staff was kind and patient I just hope they do a little more research on tarantulas if they continue to sell them.

I thought this was a really neat place I love every pet they had in there I really loved mo he was so happy to come and greet my son and I my daughter has been begging me for a tree frog so I'm thankful I found this place so that when she gets home I can get her one for her birthday... also I really loved the chameleons they were beautiful

The people who own and run this place are very experienced and knowledgeable, I trust them completely, they have been kind enough to take the time to talk with me, and give great advice. They take excellent care of their animals and I am so grateful they are here in Havasu! If you have questions, need pet supplies, are looking into getting a new pet, this is where you should go! Don't go to Petsmart!

This place is great, I drove almost 2 hrs to come pick up some horn worms and they were all a good size for our 11yr old bearded dragon. He's coming into the last stage of his life and i had a few questions for the staff. They were very, very knowledgeable and friendly in dealing w our situation. This place is Highly recommended and I will definitely be back. Thank you guys so much!!!

Nice little shop. Nothing extraordinary aside from the fact that the ladies working there were Great! They have a pet parrot behind the counter that was hilarious. They super patient and informant welcoming! Nice Spot!!!

Lots to see but the layout of the store could be improved along with the typical pet shop odor. The gal at the desk seemed pleasant enough. It's nice to have a pet shop other than the big box stores. Prices seemed a little high for some things, however. Fair shop all in all.

Great selection of reptiles, some I haven't seen for 20 or more years. Nice selection of fish, and creatures I've not seen before and of course are illegal in California. I will be back in Arizona in the very near future and looking forward to my next visit there. Staff is very friendly and a pleasure to talk with. They gave me lots of information on some of the creature strange to me. ( I'm from CA.)

The person behind the desk was very nice, very polite I Didn't know they were there. Having quite a background with animals and exotics the store left something to be desired very, very dirty. From front to back. It shouldn't smell like pet a store if you're doing your job correctly. Sad for the animals, and customers. It showed a lot of inexperience with care maintenance. Sorry

Great store. Nice folks. Lots of truly exotic animals. Would have been nice to see some custom pricing signs and informationals though. Still allot of animals without name or price on the enclosures, so when they are in their den or sack you have to guess at what animals are there or ask someone. All in all, I will definitely be back. I did not get a chance to check stock of accessories and such, but I assume they have all the pet food for sale and some accessories as well. On my next trip, I will spend a little more time to process it all.

We loved this place at first! We’ve bought multiple pets from here. The latest pet we bought was a baby bunny. Our kids fell in love with him instantly. We had him for only 2 weeks until we woke up to him no longer alive. We’re assuming he had a health issues this pet store did not disclose. We took him in to the pet store and told them what happened and the response we got from the owner was, “that sucks”. Our kid was absolutely devastated and could not believe the lack of sympathy the owner expressed. We will shop at other pet stores that offer warranties and show more emotion for the pets they’re selling.

The shop owners really put their hearts into thier work! I am always pleasantly surprises when i go in, the cages are clean, set up for the animal with environmental enrichment- not just animals in cages for sale.The staff is SUPER friendly and very knowledgeable, they are happy to talk to about animals!!! They have a great selection too!!!CHECK THIS SHOP OUT!!!

Very friendly staff i buy my saltwater fish from them. I would like to see a better selection but i do understand that they are growing so that makes me excited to see what they get. Would definitely recommend them and they do have a lot more than just fish.

Owners are absolutely avid animal lovers and it shows in how they take care of the animals they have inside their store. This is probably the cleanest store for pet sales i have ever been inside of.I bought my cockatiel Bynx here a year ago and she is the healthiest happiest baby. Also have 4 Parakeets from E.P.K. and they are some of the most beautiful array of colors.

Bought 2 baby rats. One passed due to suspected double-dwarfism. When I went back for a new friend in the morning they told me "that's just nature" and to pick another one out for free. Turns out the one I chose is completely blind, which is not an issue, but they acted surprised yet uninterested when I told them I noticed he was the second blind rat there. It seems a reputable breeder might be interested to know there were significant disabilities present in the animals they were selling. He also has a dent in his skull, but no scar. Months later I'm back today for water bottles and there's a tiny dead axolotl on display in a huge empty tank. Left feeling nauseated and helpless.
