Purchased a Traveller battery for my truck with a two year free replacement guarantee. The thing died literally right at the two year point. I went to the store to get it replaced and of course they didn't have one. The cashier said, "bring it back when we have one and it will be up to the manager if we will replace it after the two year point has expired." Are you kidding me? What, not supposed to use my truck until TSC decides to stock a battery! What better way to avoid living up to your warranty than by not having one to replace a bad one. Fair warning folks, don't buy a battery from this place unless you want a battery that dies on the day of its warrantee expiration and you don't need to use your truck until they gind the time to stock one...Thanks TSC!

I shop in Both Kingman and Bullhead City Tractor Supply, I like the Kingman store the best for their being helpful and friendly from the time you arrive walking in the door until you leave.

Great store. Placed my online order at around 3 pm. It was picked and ready for pickup in not even 5 minutes. Drove up, the gate was open, and my order was placed in my backseat and I went home. Great store, great associate, and great service. Thank you TSC!

Bought something from another location in another state, a few days previously. It was completely defective. This location returned it without question. They were honest about the wait time for a particular refund method (3-4 weeks). Always helpful and friendly staff! We checked the website for a certain product, said it was in, it wasn't. We drive over an hour to shop here. I'll be calling for actual quantity next time.

Great store, great employees! The website is not user friendly. It's easier to go in which it's not the purpose of drive through. With a disability, driving through and not having to carry multiple 50 lb. bags of feed. It's frustrating.

Man is David a life saver! We had an issue with a shackle breaking on our trailer. We called ahead and he had the part ready to go when we came in. When we went out to put it on David came out with tools to assist us. Thanks again David!

Update:changed chicken feed from here to a mill and they started laying again. Theyre ducklings are great but the chicks from here will die (got some from another store a week prior and theyre all fine)Great place for feed or to trap yourself into getting for baby birds lmao employees are always nice and store is clean. Would love to see the prices come back down a bit tho.

I always get greeted soon as i walk in the door. Great staff. Always asking do i need help finding anything. When i had a total knee replacement they were there to help load my supplys in my truck. Tina the cashier was awsome helping me today. I love shopping at Tractor Supply

They have just about anything for the home, farm, or ranch. The prices are a little higher than other home supply stores in the area but they do have an eclectic selection and a lot of very cool yard and home nic nacs.

TERRIBLE LOCATION FOR TRUCKERS LOADING AND UNLOADING. Do not recommend booking a pick/delivery for this business. Especially if ZENGISTICS are sending you here.One of my drivers was booked to pick up cargo for them, and they refused to load him with a fake and totally inaccurate reason, and instead told him he has to load the cargo into the truck himself. We should have dropped from the load right at that point, but we thought we were working with a reputable business and were sure that they would cover compensation for my driver having to load himself, so he loaded the cargo on his own and sure enough, ZERO regard, zero compensation, driver assist request was denied. All this while multiple workers were walking around and ZERO of them helped while they all watched someone else do the job they are getting paid to do.

I'm an older Man who works in the local Walmart Walk-in five days a week My fingers unfortunately started to crack and hurt from wearing gloves and dealing with the cold temperature, 37 degrees. So I went to Tractor Supply Co. to pick up this incredible product to fix my fingers and relieve the pain. Immediate results. In a week My fingers were like new and I've been using it everyday ever since. Bag Balm is the best product for relieving cracking and pain. Incredible product!

Clean and well organized, lots of items you won't find anywhere else. Staff is helpful and not too intrusive if yr just browsing to see what all they have! Curious on the rewards program though, never really panned out for a reward yet.... but maybe just not buying enough!

Have NEVER been in that store without everyone I meet, even most customers, being very friendly and helpful. Staff are always willing to go out of their way to help you. Sometimes their selection isn't big enough to find what I need but they do have lots of items tou don't find elsewhere. Love the store, love the staff

I looked all over and never saw a tracker...lots of lawn mowers which must have a hard time selling in the dirt desert. Plenty of clothing and supplies. Needs help with people that would hang up their phones and actually help people instead of turning away and putting you on ignore. I left because of this reason. And I wasn't alone waiting for help. Might go back... most likely not.

Rented a trailer from them the processes was quick and easy. Their prices for rentals are reasonable under $30.00 for 24 hours on a pull behind trailer. The cstomer service worker named Ed is very helpful and nice. Plan to ask for him whenever we shop there.

WORST place but sady, it's the only place in town to buy chicken feed at a reasonable price. I have been waiting for weeks for them to stock goose feed. I was even promised a free bag but the food never comes in. I addressed this fact with an employee who continued to harass me as if I was in the wrong! This store, along with some of its employees, is terrible.

Really awesome to have this store on the I-40 corridor in northern AZ. Very useful source for living off the grid. We are able to get all the supplies for fencing, water storage and transport, seed, and feed at this location, as well as a great selection of clothing and basic supplies.
