I have been coming to this store since moving to Kingman in 2022. I buy hay for my goats, feed for my chickens and ducks and have purchased chickens and an Australian Shepard puppy (not the one in photo) back in 2023. Her and her brother were in a cute pool for sale in the store. I couldn’t resist! Today I went in because the owner Kim called me to tell me that the chicken breeds I ordered was in. When I arrived this morning a sweet new girl was so helpful. And she was so kind to my other new aussi puppy and gave him a treat. Customer service is always the best her. I’ve purchased jewelry which is rare for me because I make my own as a silversmith. But there are some beautiful pieces in here. I just want to say I appreciate everyone from the owner to the girls behind the counter and the men that load up my nails and feed! Thank you and I will continue to be a loyal customer who supports small busineses.PS THE BILLBOARD IS ANOTHER FAVORITE THING OF MINE. We will pop in sometimes just to take a look!

They are so helpful. The store is clean and neat. We stopped in to get ear mite meds for our pets. The clerk helped me find what I needed and was very friendly. Made me feel important and valuable as a customer.

Lower selection of available products than some feed stores, but friendly and helpful staff which more than makes up for me having to switch brands. And my dog actually ended up liking the new brand of food. I will be returning.

Okay, I have no livestock and no pets, but this place has something for everyone! Personally, i love their hummingbird feeders. But, most of all, they have the best cowboy and cow/horsey girl birthday and all other occasion cards in town! The lady at the counter is the best and the owner is highly regarded. They do have clothes and either my girlfriend or I find something we cannot live without with each visit. Yes, I do like the place!

Very nice and even helped load the bales of alfalfa. I'm adding to this review now that we've been here for two years. Found out they deliver (for a fee) and we've been having them bring us hay for over a year now. Excellent customer service and the delivery driver Eric is great. Highly recommended!

This is the best feed store ever. the owner Kimberly is Awesome, Not only did she give me A free bag of food But she actually drove an hour out of her way to deliver Not one But 2 big bags of Chicken feed for free When I couldn't afford to buy it myself, She is an angel. Got chicks from here and one other place in town. The Corp place in town we got from they all died but the ones from here are all still thriving. Staff is super nice, bought a great cheap rope for practice from here as well. Lovely place and fairly good prices, shop here shop local would be my advice , 5 stars

I bought a lot from here and was my go to with the family for all things bird chicken, duck, turkey. From oats to scratch, hundreds of pounds over the last three years. Like to do family business before corporate. No longer will I as of today. Bought two $17, turkeys out of a bucket on a Saturday 5/29/23 one is fine the other died on 5/30/23 called throughout the day a few times but didn't get through. Called Monday morning. Told a lady the situation and they denied me a refund or replacement. Said they can't help and that's that. For $16 +tax they lost a customer. Real sad but cal ranch and tractor supply for now on...

Worst customer service received. Of the 2 employees it was terrible the process. The short dyed hair woman was horrible. She gave attitude, remarks, and made faces when I had asked the difference of the 2 type of parvo shots they had. It was such an unnecessary hassle given towards me. The other woman didn't do much to smooth out the terrible customer service. Towards the end of the process it was another hassle when I asked for a ice bag of sort to maintain the shot fresh to prevent it from going bad avoiding to make my puppy sick. I shouldn't have been asked how far I lived to get such a ice bag and to receive such a remark from the dyed hair woman that I better drive fast was such an audacity. For a local feed store having such stars this was the worst experience they have given to this customer. I work in customer service for over 10 years there's no excuse no reason to treat a customer this way. I won't be supporting this local feed store.

Great experience. The staff were very nice and helpful. Even the customers were nice to talk with. We didn't know each other but we had so much in common, it was like old home week. I don't go there to often but every time I do, I get what I came for. Thanks fot the wonderful experience.
