Kimberly did a great job for the bath and brush appointment for my two labradoodles, they were done in just a few hours! I really appreciated how caring and patient Stephanie was when we brought them in. She was friendly and professional and my timid dog clearly felt very comfortable with her. Thank you!!

Had my GSD groomed last week, 2-19-24. Paid almost 100$ and just not impressed. The same night we brought him home he was shedding heavily, almost like he wasn't fully brushed. I highly doubt I'll go here again. There has to be a quality groomer in town. Staff was friendly but sub par grooming.

I went there to buy koi fish, noticed that the fish are getting to big for that tank. I asked if they would sale them all to me, at a lower price. They did agree they are too big for the tank but won't come down on price. As to why only 2 stars

They were absolutely wonderful with my GSD Rex. His shedding was out of control and this was his first time seeing a groomer. They took their time with his especially with the blow out. He of course was a vocal animal but he loved all the kisses he recieved. He is absolutely beautiful now and his shedding stopped 95%! I loved the extra touches with him including the spritz of cologne and his handsome bandana. I will definitely be bringing him back! ❤❤

Already gave a 5 star review previously, but I feel the need to update and be more specific after a recent good experience.My 5ft snake had been missing for 5 months. We gave up hope, especially after the snow. I sold his stuff and we assumed he didn't make it.Then my friend goes to use my bathroom and screams. There he is! But I had no way to contain him. So I left my friend to babysit while I went to the store to see what I could scrape up with a small budget.Thankfully they had a (barely) damaged tank for discount, and I was able to afford that and all his necessities.

Love, love, love this spot!! I will take my pets here every day or at least one of them once a week! It's a fun place to be and hang out with the great employees!! The monthly pet adoptions they have are awesome and the employees are just a great addition to this place! My border collie Bane and I go in there just to say hi and hangout a bit! Even if we don't buy anything, we love to go and hangout and see everyone and all the cute kittens and such!

I got my baby girl Dixie about a week ago, she had the saddest eyes, but now... She is happy and cuddles with me at bedtime, here is a photo of my Sadie(was Dixie) yes I changed her name to Sadie. my boy Tigger loves to play with her and snuggle close her and myself. 🐈🐾🐈

I happen to be on vacation and ran out of puppy food so I went to PetSmart and when I walked in I went to the register and there was no employees to be found as I needed help finding a specific dog food. After about 5 minutes an employee that was leaving for the night was walking past the register and I stopped him and asked him if there was anybody there that could help me find a specific dog food. As I tried to tell him I had spoken to Dan earlier in the day Tyler rudely cut me off and abruptly said he's not here and when I tried to tell him I knew that Dan was gone and I tried to finish explaining, he interrupted me again. It is unbelievable how rude and unprofesssional he was. So I just walked away. All I know is that if this is how the employees are going to treat customers they won't have very many customers for very long as Tyler was quite rude to me and never did send anybody to come and help me in the dog food section like he said he would do. He obviously didn't do anything except give me an attitude for no reason when I ask a simple question. I will never go to this PetSmart ever again for supplies after being treated so rudely by Tyler.Upon finding my own dog food I proceeded to register & the young girl that was running register was very helpful & had great personality. 5 stars to her.

Had all that I need and the customer service was very good. Store was clean and organized. Definitely go back. I tried their grooming service for my 2 year old beagle. Heather the groomer was amazing it cost $19 to get a nail trim and pads shaved. Well worth it. I called the 800# them to see about availability for a walk in the kady on the phone was able to make our dog a walk in appointment which made it easy. The tool no longer then 15min and my dog is happy.

This is a small store. They have what I need, but I feel like they are understaffed. When I went in the very first time, the only person in the store was the cashier, and they couldn't step away to help me find what I was looking for, I understand but it makes things frustrating. On this more recent trip, there was one other person on the floor who came over to see what all the fuss was about (we had a 3 week old kitten that was very hungry, and not shy about it we rescued) they were very helpful finding all the things she needed. My only question is why I wasn't offered a pet adoption or rescue packet of coupons. I did rescue the pet, and we could definitely use them, we havetogether all the things. Probably to late now.

Went here to get some baby kitten milk and litter, and not only was the trainer who helped us very, very explanatory and directed us to where we needed to go, she also went and ran to the clinic people who were there to see if they could help us. We found a 4-6 week old kitten in the street, and they were so amazing with giving him a dewormer, checking him over, and just overall giving us some good advice. Honestly, faith in people restored!!! Kitty tax added (His name is Albus, the Headmeowster of Hogwarts), along with his big brother.

Had a $10 off coupon, but I accidentally grabbed the wrong sized bag. Instead of asking another employee to grab the right bag, I walked all the way to the back to get the correct sized bag. Cashier took my coupon but didn't scan it. Charged me full price after all that. Just another reason why I don't shop brick and mortar. Poor customer service and basically theft.

I just dropped my dog off for grooming and if I'm happy with her bath and haircut, I will change this to 5 stars. So far, the online booking and pre-paying for grooming services was incredibly easy and inexpensive. I paid over a month ago when I had some extra money and this worked out great.

Normally the cashiers give the puppies treats. The last time I was in the store with my dogs, No treats were given to them and they were asking the cashier for the treats. I thought it was rude. My dogs were not disrespectful, they are very polite and well behaved. disappointed. If things change I'll write another review. I'm giving them one more chance.

I have a bulldog. I bought a muzzle last night and explained that it probably wont fit because shes a bulldog. I asked if I'd be able to return it l. Cashier said yes. Just returned ot and now i have store credit to an overpriced store that I almost never go to and don't ever want to go to again.Shove your store credit card where the gerbils go
