I went in to do some shopping a few months ago in July, I saw a dog in the grooming department completely alone for a few minutes on the table with no one in the room. I called in a complaint because I was worried about the dogs well being weather it was an accident or not. They got back to me, but they didn't seem to care at all and even tried to say I was in the petsmart down the street. I don't think any action was taken or nothing that I've heard of.

Ordered online as I have a busy schedule. Said it would be an hour or less. Never heard from them so I went in, order hadn't even been started and now I have to wait for my order. I'll use PetSmart next door from now on. Staff are friendly but leadership clearly hasn't set expectations and priorities correctly.

I needed to buy 2 bags of dog food to qualify for a specialPetco was running. Petco only had one in stock so to keep a customer happy they gave me the special on the one bag. Very good customer relations.

Pretty good pet store but there are some things you would expect them to have that they don't have. I should not have to go to walmart to get real chicken jerky for my dogs. Petco only had chopped, processed and pressed jerky with too many other, unnecessary ingredients.

Tiffany’s the best with my Qweenie every time! All the girls there rock! I started taking her there since she was a puppy so she could get used to getting groomed and Tiffany has been wonderful with her. All the girls are amazing with my Rocky too thanks ladies you all are amazing!!

This petco was well stocked and organized. Ifound exactly what I needed in a timely manner. They have fish, small mammals, birds, and cats for adoption. Supplies for any kind of pet. Good aquarium selection as well. Ample parking.

This is my go to place for grooming. The girls are so sweet and didn't bat an eye to my large baby rottweiler while other places all seemed nervous before meeting her. I can watch through the glass and it warms my heart when I see them show my puppy love and patience. I'll never go anywhere else.

It was her first grooming and Cut it took me awhile to get use to it , I loved her the way she was, but her curly hair was impossible to brush and I didn't want to hurt her! They did a good job and I was pleased with their work

Great place... Ronda, the manager is very customer friendly and knows her stuff!! She fixed my vitals stuff and my online app!!! Now I get my rewards...yay!My puppies love the grooming salon and the groomers!! They do a great job!!

You don't have the dog food I want after your website said you did and wanted to charge me 10c for a cheap bag after spending over 50$ in your store. I will not be back. The point is, if I have to buy a bag, at least make it a bag worth 10c like the other places that charge for a bag. Your bags are cheap, thin plastic waste.

I feel their prices are cheaper then petsmart in regards to reptile enclosure items like water dishes and hides. I have been a hundred times and not until my most recent trip did I learn that they have live insects like PetSmart as well. They are kept in a fridge to the side of the reptile items, closer to where the enclosures are. Great selection too!

Absolutely the worst online customer service. I order medicine for my cat. They say it ships. But really doesn't. I contact them. They say sorry It was never picked up. Had to buy another medication locally. Ask for refund since never shipped. They grant refund. But never refund me. 3 weeks later ask me if I want a E gift card. Why would I settle for that when they can't ship a instock item!!!!

For the past 5 years we've used Petco (stores and website) and my experience has always been good. This Kingman location has always had what I needed for my 19 year old cat and associates are always available to assist you if you need them. I've never had a problem.

The grooming service was inexpensive and fast! At drop off the staff took time to play with my dogs so that they were comfortable. They were friendly, funny, and personable. My dogs looked and smelled AMAZING!
