Mandy Hendricks, the Sporting Goods assistant manager, as well as her co-worker Steve, were very helpful when I had a question about store policies for certain types of sporting goods. They went above and beyond to find the information I was inquiring about, as well as help me with my purchase and how to use the store's rewards system properly in order to make sure I would receive my points for any purchase I make. I would highly recommend you consider this store for all of your sporting goods needs, as well as for the other items they sell, as all the employees I have encountered at this store location are always helpful, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to help. Prices are competitive with other similar stores, and it seems like they have sales on a regular basis. In addition, the store is easy to find and get to right off Interstate 40, and there is plenty of parking in shared lot.

Management is judgmental and bias. And doesn't care for the safety of your belongings. The judge you on appearance. I am a member of the community and shop frequently at all the store in the same plaza and only cal ranch and there Management seem to look at me do to the fact I walk to work with a back back dressed in black( my work clothes and a hoody) but because I walk and have my backpack which has my chef tools I have to leave them by the door which is fine! But being told by management and supervisors " it's not our responsibility if someone walks away with your bag" . Mean while other men and women with large bags are in the check out after shopping and I can't get past the counter before being asked to leave my bag .

Do not restock their large nut and bolt sizes. I have been in once or twice a week for the last 2 months, the same binsare empty.Mentioned it to 2 different cashiers and they replied, they need get to that ( Referring to someone else) and another replied. They don't even go back to that area.Not sure why they couldn't pass it on to the manager?

We drove an hour and a half to get to the Kingman, Arizona store to purchase 2 rolls of field fencing. They close at 9pm. We got there at 820pm and knew exactly what we wanted. We were told by a kid in the back that they don't sell fencing at that time of day. I asked what time they stopp and he said 830. It was 825 by this time but he "already locked up the gate". We spoke to a manager who said sorry! Cal ranch has always been my favorite place to shop but I ended up having to go to a place that sells tractor supplies to get my fencing. What terrible customer service. 😕

I like this place. Huge selection on a variety of items. From candy to clothing to utility trailers. Great firearm selection with resonable prices. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The store is clean and organized. I've transferred firearms to this store with absolutely no issues. I like dealing with the staff there because they don't have the macho attitude.

My wife and I had never been to a C-A-L Ranch before, but we decided to stop in today. We were amazed by the place and the woman who assisted us with purchasing a firearm, Jennifer, was awesome to deal with.We will be back!

I have gone in several times now after work to purchase a firearm. Each time there was no one at the gun counter. There were several other people waiting for help. No one came by. Why would you have that counter closed at a busy time of the day? People get off work and run errands, go shopping ect. I was actually trying to spend money but I guess they don't want it.

Poor customer service. They do not stand behind their products. Bought an expensive dog leash for my service animal in training and they did not want to replace it even though it was well within the 90 day return policy. I bought a replacement leash from a different store nearby, and the company that makes the leash (Carhartt) offered to replace the leash bought from this store. 1 star for really poor customer service and lack of adherence to corporate store replacement policy. It would have been easier and less time consuming if the store had done the right thing. ***update: Contacted CAL Ranch corporate office and they sent an email to the store on the same day (Amazing response) to the store manager Michael. After coordinating with corporate to go exchange the leash I went to the store several hours later in the afternoon. I asked for Michael but he was not there and none of the others knew about the email. After spending time to re-explain everything to the manager on duty and showing her the email from corporate, they then replaced the leash. I'm gonna leave it a 1 star as the store had plenty of opportunity but dropped the ball at every chance. Will not be going back to this Cal Ranch any time soon.***

First time in the store. I didnt realize that they carried soooo much. Went into it looking for some stump killer, ended up buying a gun. Friendly, knowledgeable staff with decent prices. I'll definitely be going back.

Great store for all your feed needs. The only issue I have with them is that they don't always have hay in stocks. But on the flip side, they do have cubes and pellets always in stock, so feed is covered.

They have everything for black powder shooting, But no precussion caps. I don't see point in selling black powder ammo and firearms if you don't have a way to shoot it.The same with reloading, there's no Primers. All they have is connon fuse.

Great selection of men's Carhartt shirts, pet supplies and many other items with great prices. So nice to be able to shop in town without having to travel someplace else for quality items...

If you're looking for clothing, this place is pretty costly, but the quality seems to be good too. Guns and ammo are reasonable here, better than local gun/pawnshops, and comparable to Wmart. Their ranch materials and hardware are competitive with hdepot and tractorsupply, if maybe just a bit higher on average. They have auto and rv supplies, general hardware, tools etc. as well.

Ridiculous store policies regarding firearm purchases, namely the policy regarding the highly impersonal request to show your vehicle registration before purchasing. This is not a law.We have enough firearm laws in place that we have to abide by, we don't need extra restrictions just for the sake of a big-name store being ridiculous. Almost spent $850 here, not just in firearm products but also work tools. Dropped everything and left when I was denied my purchase because my truck registration didn't have the same address as my license. See how your ridiculous policy is costing you?You'll never see me in this store again. Not one dollar of my money will go to C-A-L Ranch.Your selection of Stihl products is also very scarce and poor.Edit: In response to your response, As I already established, I know for a fact that the truck registration policy is NOT, I repeat NOT a law or regulation. It is just a policy created and enforced by corporations such as yourself, and is unnecessary. Did you even read the whole review before responding? There will be no resolving, as the damage has been done and I am not shopping here again.

Very good selection of ranching supplies, like tools of most any kind....any kind of animal food. Western wear. If harbor freight got together with cabela's and had a baby.......just a great store! Great supply of ammo too! Oh, and the guns!....and power tools.....and trailer accessories, and......

I was going to visit this location in order to buy some dog food but when I realized that they have a fence wrapping around the entire truck Stop parking lot, I changed my mind. Yes I'm that lazy.They have a gate, but it's unnecessarily locked.

Horrible store. Sure customer service is nice if your not returning anything...But After spending thousands and thousands of dollars...no joke 1000s in 2 years imagine 20years..🤔 they would not return an electric solar fence that I bought less than a year ago even though it has a 3-year manufacturer warranty you think they would make an exception to the rule just to keep a customer but apparently not

I’m from a small town in middle Tennessee. If there one reason I was to move here it would be because of how freaking awesome this store is! It’s like a Lowe’s, Home Depot, Co-op, and a tractor supply all in one! Staff is so friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!

The people are very nice and are very speedy with their work. The ladies at the gun counter really know their stuff. Love shopping here. Also great to just walk around and gander at what they got in the store.

There are great employees one in particular Becky assisted one of my clients by talking to her and holding the end of the shopping cart while my client was trying to brace to assist her to stand up. BECKY YOU ARE AWESOME!

Incredible place. Like cabelas met harbor freight an had a baby....an now it's all growed up! Everything for ranching, trailer parts, welding, tools, ammo n those thingys that expell them, feed fo animals.

The CAL Ranch store in Kingman is newly opened and some of the stock is slim, employees are nice I've been in there a couple times and they didn't have any CAL Ranch hats which was disappointment for me clothing prices are quite expensive other than that they have a lot of cool products I'll shop there in the future
