It seems like a pretty cool place to me. We get our groceries here sometimes and we feel very fortunate to have a place so far removed from anywhere providing the necessities and even more. We asked them to start carrying a healthy brand of bread one time and the next time we went back it was stocked on the shelves. Deli and bakery items are good.

Neat grocery store that's a one-stop shop. There was a small produce section at the far left. They also had some shirts and also some souvenir cups. In the middle, they had household cleaning items, shampoos, and toward the back- they had a meats/deli section. Everything was nicely stocked.My favorite section was on the left side of the store- lots of assorted sweets and candies (even flavors that I haven't seen in other stores). So many flavors to try.The store wasn't too busy on a weekend so that was nice.On the outside, there's a medium sized lot to park in.

I don't have a problem not bringing my backpack into your store because I understand the reasoning behind it but why are women with purses close to the size of a backpack allowed in your store. I used to work at a grocery store and we didn't allow backpacks in the store either but women with large purses were stealing stuff left and right.

Excellent place for local home town shopping. Every one is pleasant and helpful. Senior discount on the 1st & 3rd Friday monthly! Can order & pick up & they will deliver if needed. Nothing like small town family!! Update: 6/28/22.Gotta love this place! This is a great place to shop! I always look forward to getting the wonderful homemade salads and pastries once or twice a week, the veggies and snacks and all the choices right down to a shower curtain! Plus, the whole store Team is Excellent, thanks Norm!

Happy store. IGA is good place to shop, always has been. 30+ pound watermelon here and great cherry. I like seeing longhorn cheese for sake. Good selections across the board. Bought English muffin bread for toasting. Shop here, it works.

Staff is exceptionally friendly. Only giving stars because everything is EXTREMELY high priced except for meat and produce. Even before the pandemic prices were high, and now they are even higher. I’d love to shop local but paying 100 dollars for half a cart of groceries is ridiculous.

Only grocer for miles.The clerk dude was cool and helpful, even hooked us up with bags to cover our gallons of water.All the staff ate helpful asking ifyou're having trouble finding something, or have any complaints.IGA has great selections of pretty much all the essentials you'd need in the middle of a desert.Most fascinating though;The store has pictures and real antique artifacts displaying the history of the town and region. Its like a mini museum, which I find very coolio!There's an in house butcher shop too!Only complaint is the bathrooms.You have to go out of your way into the staff area to reach them, other than that no problems.Pricing is not as cheap as a major stores say like Walmart.But you'd be paying the same driving to the closest one in gas money.To be expected for the only store for miles.I am thankful for my local IGA, without them we would have to drive 40+ miles to reach a store!

Norms IGA is a grocery store, a bakery, a delicious, etc. My turkey sandwich with a small bag of Doritos and a 32oz fountain drink was under $5! All associates were polite including those that said hello while I was sitting outside at their cool cable top tables! Norms is a great place!

Everything is extremely overpriced. They charge 3-5 times more for items than other stores. Even their off brand items like Food Club, which can be found at Bashas are marked up 2-3 dollars more. I understand that they want to make a profit, but they are just taking advantage of customers in the area, because they are the only grocery store for miles. They want 4-5 dollars for a bottle of Salad dressing. Instead of doing week long sales like other stores, they only do a sale one day a week. The only time prices are decent is when the items are out of date, then they mark them down to what you can buy them at, at other grocery retailers. Sad. They are blatantly ripping people off, and claiming it’s because they are small business. I do not recommend shopping here. Take your money elsewhere, you get more groceries.

We spent the day in Kearny and while we were there we went to Norm's Hometown Grocery and got a nice picnic lunch of fried chicken, cole slaw and fruit. It was all delicious and fresh. We had a picnic at Kearny Lake, which was a surprise to find a lake. The people who are working there are friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back again!

I want to drive from Apache junction for a breakfast sandwich! I come out this way to hike with my wife and we stopped in and had a sandwich from here . the sweet lady who made and sold them to us deserves a raise .anytime I pass through ill be back clean friendly .

Every once in a while, you discover a place that changes you. You walk in thinking that you're complete, but lo and behold, as you drive away, you feel a part of you is missing. Such is the case with Norm's hometown grocer.When I first saw that gorgeous blue sign, I knew I had to go in. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by the friendliest people I'd ever met. Not only that, but as I looked to my left, I saw an assortment of pastries rivaled only by the 5 star restaurants of Paris. Eclairs, small cakes, amuse-bouches, and of course, Grinch balls. What's a Grinch ball? I'm glad you asked. Imagine the finest ambrosia sent from the Greek gods of mount Olympus mixed with Mana from heaven rolled into a ball. Douse it with a gentle blanket of heavenly creamy coating and you have a Grinch ball. But don't just sit there drooling on your screen. Go today and try one out. They are available for a limited time only.Update: was passing through town and had a peanut butter tower. No lie, it was probably one of the most delicious things I've ever tasted in my life. I'll never be the same again. No sweet will ever satisfy my pallet. Guys, get down there and get some pastries. On a side note, I scored a bag of malt o meal berry colossal crunch for 2.99 which is unheard of.Update: Norms was selling name brand breakfast cereal for 1.99 a box!!!! I’ve never seen such an incredible deal in my life.Update: I got a lemon Chile homemade treat. It was amazing and they only charged me 25 cents. I also got gelatin.Update: best gas prices in the nation if not the world
