The desert of Arizona is pretty desolate around here, so I figured to stop at this Love's, use the restroom, grab a snack and continue onwards. I was not needing gas today, so parking in the RV spots was easy.Inside, the men's room was clean, the coolers were fully stocked and the coffee station was clean. This was a positive experience today for me.

For me, Love❤️s is big deal because I travel for work and most of the locations out of Texas have a dog park. I haven't been to one in Texas that has a park. I hope that changes. This one Love❤️s dogs. This dog park is huge! You're a stress reliever, thank you.

GROSS. These people that work here need to be checked. They have ZERO pride in their work & it shows. I didn’t even finished the Chester’s I got because it tasted like it had been sitting there for hours, which I’m positive it was considering no one had checked the bathrooms for over 6 hrs. I came here to park for the night when I walked it the bathrooms was a mess and it just continued to get worse. The drink area & hot food area was a disaster. The floors are disgusting & trash was just everywhere. When the Chester’s had closed up the area that holds the food, it was caked with food, NOT CLEANED whatsoever. DO NOT EAT THERE. I wouldn’t trust the Subway either based off that. The trash cans outside were overfilling. This seems to be the norm because the people working there looked miserable. This is NOT at all the usual standards of the Loves I have been to across the entire country.

Very busy truck stop! The staff is kind and the bathrooms are really big and clean. There's a subway and a Chester's inside. Not a lot of travel merch like I had hoped!! Mostly college tees. Of course, over the road gear.As of 6/17/21, gas was $2.97!If this was helpful, give me a like and a follow. We're road tripping for our wedding and reviewing along the way!

Certainly, here's the revised paragraph:LOVES Travel Stop has always been a reliable choice for me, except for the location in Joseph City. Today's visit there left me deeply disappointed. The customer service was atrocious, with rude and hostile staff. Management needs to address these issues promptly before they tarnish the reputation of LOVES Travel Stop any further.

3 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ i’m giving this place three stars I only came here to utilize the shower which were actually working but the water pressure kept going in and out but I did enjoy having hot water. The parking lot here is small for trucks so you do you have to get here most likely before 4 PM every day to make sure you have a parking spot parking lots clean for the most part just some garbage on the ground.Please like my review and leave a comment if you’d like !

Drivers be careful at this loves as the employees will accuse of taking “their cups” and be mad when they get get called out. Lucy it was too early to go on an accusing rampage over a cup. If you saw me take a cup please review your camera footage. I understand life is hard but people don’t get paid enough to be accusing people over a damn refill. Beside that the store is clean and put together neatly that I could apréciate.

Average loves travel stop, small amount of spots which is ok but these showers were ice cold & no water pressure for nothing lol. But the dog park was awesome and pretty big for the pupp to run around & the subway was good so not bad overall

It was a pleasant surprise to find a huge, enclosed dog park here! Our pooch was not a fan of the very coarse gravel, but at least she was able to be off- leash for a short time. Thank you for providing this amenity!

Ridiculous place!!! they no longer have tire pass in the fuel aisle, which it would’ve taken a lot less time than what they have me and this shop over 51 minutes just to check on tire pressure. One person working given service I’m upset.Now, I must say that General Manager J Castellano approached me with a good manner and made sure I was taken care the right way…J Castellano GM from store #278 very generous and well ppl oriented. 5 stars to him 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

my sister walked in with HER chapstick that she had BEEN purchased way before hand, she was apply the chapstick onto her lips while paying for fuel and 2 employees that was at the front counter during this time was constantly asking her that she needs to pay for the chapstick. repeatedly, my sister said that she been had the chapstick. even insist on them running back the cameras. although this wasn’t directed towards me DIRECTLY, this is my sister and we’re being profiled… SIMPLE. she (my sister) was very patient, understanding, and truthful. other than that, all in all, they are rude here. nasty a$$ attitudes, rushing customers, not greeting, and watching people like a hawk which can be uncomfortable. do what yall want with this information but loves overall has NEVER gave me a problem and i’ve been to PLENTY.

Stopped so my wife and I could use the restroom, grab a phone mount accessory and possibly get a bite to eat.While waiting for my wife I picked up the accessory. We were going to check out our food choices / options before cashing out. I was approached while waiting asking if I planned on paying for the merchandise before leaving. I was being watched on camera and appeared suspicious.Didn't know waiting while openly holding a product in your hand was considered suspicious.The accessory was paid for out of necessity. They lost our lunch business today, and future business going forward.Check this place out if you're interested in being accused of potential criminal behavior for, standing.

Super trashy!!! They let the trash from their property blow all over the neighborhood and refuse to take responsibility and clean it up. It is a horrible mess all around the store and nearby street and fence lines. The store management refuses to address the problem and it continues to worsen.

People work here at night need to learn some manner to talk to customers( truck drivers). One of the lady at the night shift is so rude for no reason, she need to relax. Avoiding this stop forever.

This is only for the guy at the Chester's. His name starts with M. Went in around 6:50pm, they only had a few wings and tenders, asked him if they're putting out any more chicken like a breast for the night, he said yes in 15 to 20 minutes. Called him at 7:06pm to see how long for the breast again he said 15 minutes that he did not put it to cook, told him I wanted 2 breast he said ok, my wife a truck driver, went in around 7:20pm for the chicken, why he gonna tell her 13 more minutes. We wasted more than half hour because he kept lying to us. Like we're on a schedule, either say no you're not cooking anymore but don't have us waiting and wasting our time.

I checked in at 10pm to trailer replace tyre . The guy told me to wait until next staff arrive although no truck was in front of me. I waited until 4am to call me but when I went to office to find out the guy told me he told me he called me 4 times . Absolutely lie. We received no call. Then he asked me to provide every information again. Absolutely junk staaf

A lot of truck stops can learn a thing or 2 about this loves. Trash cans around the entire perimeter. Truckers can be disgusting sometimes and boy if there’s an excuse that will make some lazy obese truckers litter. Walking 50 ft is one of the top 3. Restrooms were clean when I was here, friendly staff. Walked my dogs around the perimeter and it was cleaner than most truck stops.

34 hour reset there last Saturday. As I was about to do my pretrip inspection Monday I realized someone had stolen my driver step fairing skirt. Glad I was wide awake so I didn't break a leg or something. Navajo County Deputy filled out the report, but I ended up buying a replacement from ABQ... Watch out for active thieves and robbers. Try to avoid staying there overnight.

Stayed here for a night on my travels, and it really wasn't what I've come to expect from a Love's. First thing I noticed was that they were carrying an almost entirely different selection of cold foods than what I'm used to seeing at Love's, which was strange and disappointing. There was one line serving Subway customers and people who just wanted to check out, so it was moving very slowly. It was crazy crowded the whole night, but the restroom was fine.

The staff does not fulfill their duties. queue for the shower, they wait until all 5 showers are free, clean them all together, send 5 people there, wait until everyone leaves and only then when 5 showers are free do they start cleaning them. they don't care that one person needs 5 minutes, another an hour, absolute disrespect for their customers' time. I have never seen a dirtier shared toilet, there was a hymn floating in every toilet and an impossible stench, I almost felt sick. I ask the administration to educate the staff, because they do not understand feedback from their customers and speak disrespectfully to them

Loves truck care needs to get their act together! 4 guys standing around in the shop doing nothing but peeking through the window and watching the tech at the customer service counter. 2 trucks in the shop Not getting worked on and 4 people Not being waited on. I gave up after 45 minutes

Can someone from you, train subway associates properly? First you gotta take out sub from heater then ask which veggies i want in it. Guy there with long hairs short stance and dark skin kept asking me over and over again. Your alleged quickness only mess everything. Its not a buffet of army station to get records in fast consumption of meal.

Newer LOVES STORE. Across the street new PILOT STORE, YET die check street turn offs, due to to criss cross ➕ intersections to I-70. A real pain for truckers and visitors.
