This place used to be great. Now that they are busy their prices are through the roof. Going into Prescott Valley is worth the savings. Moreover, it's better than feeling like you've been taken advantage of.

Good value for items you need in a hurry. Cosmetics are really not smart to buy unless you only need them for a day or so and then nothing. They carry a good selection of most everything you need at a lower cost. The people are very friendly and helpful.

My family and I love shopping here the employees are great and I want to give a shout-out to the manager Kim she helped my mother who was running short on funds today she paid out of her own pocket my mothers bill she didn’t have to but she did very sweet person everyone who works there are great I’ve not seen anything like this in a long time and we need more of it a specially right now. Thanks again Kim I appreciate what you did for my mother today.😇

There are some outstanding employees working at this Family Dollar that make all the difference. They know my entire family and are very friendly and helpful. They work very hard to keep things stocked, but it's a very busy store, so sometimes they are out of what I'm looking for. Otherwise, really great place.

Every time and i mean every single time I go in there there'll be plenty of people working but absolutely will not open another register even when the line is backed up all the way down the aisle? The other employees see the line and walk the other way with their heads down pretending like they didn't see it?? If you need to stop and get something real quick that's DEFINATELY not the place to stop,you'll be I there 30 min for just a pack of cigs?? Stay away

Everytime I go into the store with my two-year-old daughter, the staff are completely rude to me and are completely annoyed with my kid. My child, like any child, likes to play with some of the toys on the kids aisle and sometimes gets into some other stuff, which is normal for a two year old. The staff there are totally put off with having to pick up or clean up after my daughter, but isn't that their job? The guy attendant even told me that other kids are looked after better by their parents therefore criticizing my parenting. If I can help that I will not be shopping at that store anymore. I'm totally offended. Instead of criticising me, they could have offered some help as they saw me struggling with my cart full of items, my child, and trying to check out.

It's your typical Family Dollar. There's isn't anything significant about it. The place was well organized and the bathrooms are clean, so there isn't much to complain about. I walked in found what I needed and left. It was that simple.
