The store has changed quite a bit in the last year for the better,the prices after the remodel have become a bit extreme and feels like they are having the patrons pay for it. Although it is the only place here besides the circle k which really gauges customers,you would think they are already banking, but now I only use them when it's absolutely necessary. Prices on their app seem to never match store prices,but using the app,a long with digital coupons ( when they work)and weekly specials is the best way to go. For example 3- 12 packs of Coke would run about 26.00 after tax but weekly specials and a digital coupon drops it to between 13 to 15. Much better

I went there today and bought 10 bags of potato skins. The young man was so helpful. Went out of his way, and was very kind? I think they should pay him more money.

Went in yesterday for my grandmother to get shamrock 2% milk and it was extremely sour, the date was September 20th this is the second time this had happened. Y’all need to do better or get a better milk brand this is disgusting

I like coming here quite a bit actually. Its Dollar General so expect that but the customers service is what brings me back. I'm trying to learn to coupon and the employees that I've dealt with are phenomenal. They truly do want to help you learn and they take the time to walk through coupons, ideas, and put in time to troubleshoot. It helps me in the long run, and I can shop more effectively. Thanks especially to Jane, you're a peach.

I've been shopping at the Huachuca City Dollar General for 5 years now. It's close, within walking distance from where I live. I find the staff super friendly. I find more things I need here that are in stock sometimes more than in Walmart these days. Retail is a tough gig sometimes when there are fewer employees. A little tougher to get stock out, but they eventually get products out!

Staff is always friendly. Helpful when I need it. Very convenient location for those of us in H.C. Has good variety of merchandise. Reasonable prices. Digital coupons are a plus.

The first time I ever set foot in that store it was a complete disaster. But, since Jane Brandt took over as Manager her and the help of her staff have turned it completely around. Very neat and tidy and helpful.

Love this place easy and convenient lot of stuff people don't know they have. updated 8/20/2019 I’m knocking a star off not for the staff that works there the corporate people are horrible can’t fix a cooler unit takes two months to fix when they take our money they can’t service bad corporate business I feel sorry for the workers that work there/updated 9/1/2019 One to :( zero for Corporate Money Hungry cheap People put nothing into the store oldest Store but make Money 3 month's no milk or new cooler what's next with this fallen apart store.9/10/2022 called corporate this store has no common product empty isles have no choice to go to other store walmart fry's safeway to many time's.they be better to go out of bussiness and put a other store in Huachuca city and Whetstone arizoma store's worst store ever seen.

Isn't a bad place to go if you're in a pinch and cannot make it to Sierra Vista. All the basics and then some. The only thing is the no public restroom. Money spending customers are not just the public... Money spending customers are patrons and makes of paychecks...we, in the store sing, should have a facility in times of tinkle troubles.

Being the "only grocery" type store then tend to have that 1 item you forgot in town.They could stock shelves on closed hours. Small aisles and huge boxes to be stocked is very irritating.Love the workers, they always have a smile, and will talk to you. Big plus from me.

This store is a great place for quick grocery trips and also has tons of household goods you wouldn't expect to see. You won't see produce and fresh meat, but many items like canned goods and milk are at or below the big store prices. DG can save you a lot of trips to SV.

New in huachuca city and it's the only store available, try their app it's easy and has tons of savings and no change of forgetting coupons. It's small but well stocked n walking distance from the apartment I'm moving to 12/2020. They're building a new 1 much bigger and its gonna be essential since they can offer more product. Cashier is always friendly, polite and patient since it was my 1st time ever at a dollar general n I had just downloaded their app. It's the place to buy essentials n snacks among other great items. Super amazing deals on the app. Just make sure to save the coupons n savings. Cheaper than most stores. I used to be a family dollar customer n huachuca diesnt have 1, thankfully dollar general is the store available. Dont forget to get the app, saved time n you dont have to deal with anyone. Great store.

They finally after 3 trips stocked our favorite flavored water. It's a gamble going here not knowing what will be in stock or it may be there but just not put out on the shelves

Unorganized no customer service disgusting.One of the female employees just checked me out and kept judging me on what size clothing I was buying and said "are u sure u don't want an extra large" I was very hurt. If you want to get discriminated then go ahead and come. But good luck

Great place living out in Wetstone its nice to pop in there and get a few things. I often go to this store. The prices are reasonable and i like the self checkout.

That place is always a mess. Products sitting in isle always blocking the isle. And usually where you need to go. You can never find anything your looking for. Just a very messy place to shop. It's ok if you know exactly what your looking for and where it is.

This was the store in the San Jose shopping Center at the corner of State Route 92 and Naco Highway in Bisbee Arizona. Like most Family Dollar stores as well as similar chain stores, this one while well stocked is cluttered, dimly lit and poorly organized. I eventually found the merchandise I was looking for and checked out. The cashier was friendly and quite pleasant. I was the only customer in the store. I rarely shop at Family Dollar.

My family and I rely pretty heavily on this place so that we don't have to drive into town all the time so we are there just about every day. The down sides I can see would be the prices can be a bit much and they are often out of certain items for up to a week.

Honestly I didn't even want to give it a full star. I have been going into the dollar general in huachuca city for 10+ years and never imaged there would come a time where I would never want to come back. Every time I come into this store it's a mess. A nasty dirty mess you can't even get down the aisles. They never have anything out for customers to buy because it's all getting stocked up in the back room. I can't even begin to count the many times I have hit my toe on the uboats trying to squeeze myself by just to try to get what I need. When you go in most the time no workers are to be found because they are all in the back office laughing and talking but yet nothing on the shelves. When you do finally catch someone eye they are rude. They closed down for two days and you would think in that time they would have got some stocking done... NOPE. Never thought I see dollar general go down hill so fast..

Love this store. It carries alot of items that you use everyday. And grocery items as well as dairy items. Some prices are a little more but you pay fir convience.

I usually love this place its great but there have been a few times now that they will close 30 minutes early and I have a full time job I have 1 day off and need stuff for my family that I can't get at Walmart because of Corona and I am very disappointed

Stock always low/out, over charge alot. I am am lowering their stars from 2 to 1 the reason is attitude when I wanted to be charged the correct price and not to pay again more then the posted.
