I can't say enough good things about this establishment!! In 5 hours of work Dean had a complete comprehensive list of EVERYTHING wrong with my bike , I've taken my Yamaha to the Yamaha shop with lots of guesses and maybe yet no definite diagnosis.... ..Dean is a breath of fresh air , in the smog of finding a good honest mechanic... look no further..

Dean stated some expensive collector knives where in perfect, excellent and non blemished condition but when I received them that was far from the case. He then refused to remedy the matter. Dean also he would compensate me but then began to dodge phone calls and refused to return calls after messages have been left. He then finally returned an email and stated he was not going to fix the situation and told me to move on because I was harassing him. Very dishonest and shady definitely not a man of his word. Stay away and be very aware if you do choose to do so. He’s a lying unscrupulous man that doesn’t honor his word.

This place is great. I've been going here for years and have purchased multiple firearms and every time their recommendations have worked out very well for me. The owner and tall skinny guy have always been very friendly. I went in a week ago to ask a question and it was a woman working there. She was not friendly at all and seemed irritated that I was even in the store. Other than her I highly recommend this place.

Very nice people. We cane in quite a bit before making a purchase. They were very knowledgeable and helpful every time we went in. For me personally, I loved there was a couch to sit on while the husband talked about guns. They also have a super cute dog behind the counter you can pet. We did end up actually ordering what we wanted. They we're great at keeping us updated and calling us when it arrived. It's a great place, great people, great prices!

I was in the store today and the employee working there was incredibly rude to me for no reason. I wish I had read the other reviews of this place because apparently the guy working on Saturday is notoriously awful.I went in telling him that I was picking up two weapons parts that I signed for two weeks ago. He stared at me like he was trying to punk me out and told me that he had no idea what I was talking about. He didn't want to check his computer or look around the store or anything, he just stood there and stared at me and told me that he didn't understand what I meant and that he couldn't help me.Then he joined in with a customer making fun of me and laughing at me because I apparently wasn't making any sense coming in to pick up two weapons parts. I don't see what is so crazy about that that he can't even pretend to look around and understand what I mean. He told me that "we don't make you sign for weapon parts, only weapons". Well the fact of the matter is I came in and handed over my ID and signed for weapon parts and he had no business treating me like I was lying.

Guns aren't really my thing, but I am fascinated by some of them and how the process works. I went in here one time with a buddy of mine and it was real fine. The place was decorated and had a great vibe to it, even if you're not heavy on the guns side, I suppose. The one guy we talked to had great stories and we had a decent conversation. I recommend this place to anyone in the area interested in firearms and the like.

I have shopped at Chosin for all of my weapon related needs. They offered a 10% LEO discount, which was/is certainly appreciated.But, biggest factor, Dean and staff are second to none in knowledge, assistance, tips and service.

Not a very large selection, regular prices but awesome staff. The guy who runs this store is extremely personable and and shows his support for military and veterans by helping out where he can. I thoroughly enjoy my experience everytime I enter this store!

My neighbor is a woman with lots of firearms experience, whereas I have almost none. After going to over a dozen gun shops in Pima and Cochise Counties, she said she finally purchased a handgun from Chosin. She said they treated her more respectfully than any of the other shops she visited. The man behind the counter gauged her experience level and was very knowledgeable. I was told the prices were also very fair, so I drove down to Chosin a few weeks later.For years I had thought about getting a handgun, but wasn't sure where to start. The gentleman behind the counter figured out right away that I was pretty clueless, but he never belittled me. He was patient and helped me figure out what was a good fit for me. He wasn't pushy about making a sale either. After some more explanation on another day, I made a purchase.Now I actually carry my handgun on me with confidence, and I know the parts of my handgun and what the heck I'm doing! A month ago I never would've imagined doing that. It feels wonderful knowing I can take care of myself.Thank you Chosin for your great customer service!

I do not recommend anyone shop here. Just another gun shop taking advantage of the frenzy and gouging unsuspecting customers. Trying to charge $50 for a PMag; shameful. I will never return. Do yourself a favor and visit the place right next door, I think it's called High Country or something, where you will find an honest and fair deal.
