Each visit I witnessed numerous times of bad management, Charlene particular, is just downright rude using inappropriate tone and attitude towards customers especially to the workers just doing their job assisting customers -customer service-Today I overheard employees needing the restroom, that is controlled by the same manager who I mentioned earlier, literally had to leave the store to use the restroom. That's a health risk for the employees as well as OSHA violation if I'm not mistaken.Something needs to be done about this bad unfit store manager Charlene, I've been feeling bad for the employees who work here at this store.

So nice! On a day when the world is stressed, Jerrell was so kind and upbeat when I dropped a glass jar as I was about to pay for it. It set a generous tone, so the customers in line behind me were nice to me, too. This is a great place to shop! Kudos to the management.

They are currently renovating and becoming a Dollar Tree store, which I love. But they are out of a lot of different products at the moment. However it did not stop us from filling our cart full. Lol

Stopped by the store tonite looking for an extension cord. A very kind young man stocking shelves stopped what he was doing and helped me find what I was looking for. He was so pleasant! The cashier was friendly and helped me immediately, even though she was doing something else when I approached the counter. Wonderful store!!

Have to commend Family Dollar for having a great stock of items on hand, and actually on the shelf.Very clean store.Very nice cashier Willa is so customer friendly.Definitely go back, even though Dollar General is at my back door.

The people who work there are awesome with the exception of Brittany who's the rudest person I've ever had the misfortune to get checked out by and I've never been treated so disrespecfully in All the years I have been a FAMILY DOLLAR CUSTOMERI Am going to make a complaint with headcourters and if this treatment doesn't stop for me and my wife I will be contacting MR.HOWARD LEVINE THE CEO OF THE COMPANY AND HE WILL NOT BE HAPPY ABOUT THE KIND OF TREATMENT HIS LOYAL CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN DISRESPECTED AND SPOKE TO SO RUDE hopefully everyone else has a better experience than I did GOD BLESS YOU READERS AND ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE

Employees are chill depending on who is working. Sometimes you get a disgruntled cashier. Place is a bit cluttered with merchandise down some aisles and others not so. Usually crowded every time I go, so it stays pretty busy. Needs some organizing and cleaning.

I purchased a grill on 05/15/20 and went to put it together and it was missing the handle and hardware to assemble. I called the store where I purchased it at (Holbrook, AZ) and they told me I couldn’t exchange or return grill. So basically I’m *#%+ out of luck. All I needed was to get the hardware and handle and they wouldn’t work with me. As an essential worker, time has been scarce. I finally had time to grill and relax and since they sold me an incomplete product the food I bought to grill will go to waste. It’s nothing you can cook on a stove.( Kabobs ) so for the night I’m out 60 bucks because of a poorly run store. They say they close at 8:00pm but try and go in at 7:50 and you will be met with locked doors and employees inside looking at you. I am not happy!

This place was a joke. Dirty rude worker was rude to everyone. I will never return to this location. I just walked out and left my full cart. The worker should be ashamed about her behavior...
