Dottie-Mae loves Goin' to Grandma's where they treat her like the Diva she is, gets pampered and has fun! It is so nice to have a place we can drop her off and not have a worry about her. They also offer Pick up and drop off we really appreciated having that service when we were not able to take her and pick her up ourselves. We thank everyone at Goin' to Grandma's!

update - been going to grandmas for dog training rocky has been awesome his classes are simple and easy to follow. my puppy koko is only 5 months and rocky has really helped with his behavior. classes dont always take a full hour so the humans not bored. koko looks forward to going each week. he does such a good job at listening to rocky. rocky has even done a private lesson to help him out even more. both of us really enjoy the classes. good job rocky you have helped thanks for everything so far. we look forward to continuing his training. cant wait until his graduation. with your help he will make a great service dog. thankspart one - I went for obedience training today. the instructor was knowledgeable and friendly. the class was informative and helpful. all the dogs got along well. looking forward to the next class. I would recommend rocky the instructor after just one visit. his training is useful and insightful. thanks rocky! we had a great time.

All of the staff at Daycare are kind and love the pups. And my boy, Trooper loves them! You can tell by the smiles on everyone's faces, that it is a happy place. The facilities are immaculate and the care is the best you could ask for. They are the wonderful.

My grandma used to be the owner here over a decade ago, probably longer, so I have fond memories of this place. We recently revisited and were amazed by it's growth! The current owners have such kind hearts and take amazing care of the animals. Definitely proud of them!

This staff takes such good care of our babies while they’re there. Even our most cautious/nervous dog jumps out of the car when the staff come to pick them up. They’ve been such a saving grace for our traveling family and we are so lucky to have them here in town!

Took in my dog and all the paperwork - application - vet records - stapled together, and handed to to so called "Office Manger". Met one of the daycare workers and was told we were all set. That all I needed to do was call in for an appointment.So I did, and was told by whoever was there at the time that there were no vet records on my file. Would I bring them in again when I drop off my dog? I said OK, but I did not re-copy the records because I knew I had handed them to the ""Office Manager".When I brought my dog in this same person told me the vet records were not on file and that she had never seem them, me or my dog. Now mind you this is only a few days later. Someone else was there and fished The records out of a box. Then I got the excuse about the computer system. After working in the Info Tech field so many years this excuse doesn't sit well with me, as I have heard it a million times!So I left the dog and he was hauled away to who knows where. When I came back I asked if I could have a tour of the facility the next time I came in, or have a peek at my pup playing. Well guess who refused? "We do not let the clients interact with the other dogs" said the so called "Office Manager". When I asked who said anything about that, I just want to look, she proceeded to try and sell me a package deal.This is wrong on so many levels - unprofessional, lack of communication, unorganized, etc. But the biggest thing that bothers me is the lack of transparency. Yea the grounds are beautiful, but how are the dogs being treated? Are the inside, outside? A/C, Heat in the winter? How much room do they have? Is the excrement being dealt with. Most of the pictures of the inside of the facilities are 8 years old. Saw some dogs outside that barely fit in the shade of the pens they were in....

Location is a little difficult to find, but definitely worth driving through the dirt roads to find. Staff is extremely friendly and passionate towards dogs. They have multiple fenced areas for different types/sizes for dogs. They accept non-neutered and non-spade dogs. For a small fee, you can pay for one-on-one time for your dog.

I love going to grandma's, well Trixie Girl loves it she's always so happy to get her monthly grooming, they are attentive and caring, my family has been coming here for boarding and grooming for years and will continue to do so!

Thanks to my BFF's Joddi and Shane at GOIN' TO GRANDMA'S Bed and Biscuit Kennel!! We enjoyed our vacation knowing Tom Katt and Goji Bear where safe and sound!! We enjoyed OUR vacation knowing our kitty, Tom Katt was enjoying life at Catnip Inn at Goin' to Grandma's!! INCREDIBLE & BEAUTIFUL kennel for cats, dogs, birds horses etc!! We have been using this location for years. Our dogs are always well taken care of. Grooming on site is very convenient! If you order baths you can pick your pups up later in the day on check out day. We usually just get their nails trimmed but the few occasions they got baths they came home soft and shiny.

They always answer questions that we may have. My dog loves going here. They offer to groom your pet and if you’re an anxious parent, they have no problem taking your call. And if they can’t answer? They callback so welcoming. I love this place!

Great boarding kennel for my dogs. Very spacious compound! Day camp and individual playtime are great features that my dogs enjoy. Boarding rates are very reasonable. Very nice support staff.

Friendly, caring staff. Well maintained . The cat units are definitely made with what is important to them. The kennels for large dogs are spacious. My fur babies came home relaxed after a week away from home. They offer additional services to ensure one's fur babies are getting the attention they need.

I needed to board my 3 little dogs for a couple of days due to medical issue. I was able to get them in at the last minute which was a godsend. The facility is large and able to take care of a lot animals. The woman that took care of the my paperwork and took my dogs in was very nice and accommodating. The cost for the boarding was fair (not too high). I will use this facility again.

Highly recommend! I have been using this place for months! They host my two dogs several times for overnights and daycare. They always treat my dogs like family! I cannot thank them enough for always taking such great care of my dogs. It is their home away from home! They always come home clean (highly recommend the grooming services!), happy, and tired.

Our dogs always get excited to come here. The doggy daycare is a must. You can tell the staff truly loves animals and are happy to be there. We know they're in safe hands whenever we leave, one less thing to worry about going out of town.

My dog is super wild. He was there for a week when I went out of town and I asked for someone to play with him once a day. His behavior has improved so much and I am so grateful! Whatever they do works! We're definitely coming back for day care!

Awesome place! This place is very clean and extremely well maintained. Mary, the owner, is very nice and professional! The staff treats your little furry animals with so much love and respect. We installed new flooring in the Cat Nip Inn and we saw how well they treated the animals there! I would not hesitate in taking my dogs there!
