I almost don't want to write this review because I want to keep this place a secret.We are from Phoenix and just beginning to explore our beautiful state. We needed to escape the heat of the valley and decided to check out the White Mountains. We chose to stay at Little Colorado Cabins in Greer, and we were not disappointed. We stayed in Cabin #6, which was immaculate! It was supplied with everything we needed or could think of, very well cared for, and very, very clean! A full kitchen, separate bedroom, and a very large bathroom with a huge double head shower!It was just the 2 of us and our little dog, driving all around the White Mountains, enjoyed the spectacular weather and breathtaking scenery, almost forgetting that we were in Arizona in July, and returning back to our cabin in the forest was priceless. To top it all off we saw elk grazing across the street, which to us was rare site.We loved everything about our stay and we plan on returning in the future. Thank you for the hospitality.

Spent the weekend with my family in their cabin 4. Loved it. The cabin was clean and well stocked with everything we needed besides food and drinks. Each room is comfy and clean. There is a fan for warmer nights and extra blankets for colder nights. They have some games and a ton of movies in the closet for the kids. The cabin has cable and wifi and the cell reception is not terrible for the area. The main set of cabins are on property right by the Little Colorado River and next door to the Greer Fire Department. Perfect for little walks. There is a little store down the street that has a little bit of everything in case you forgot something. They have a little bbq for each cabin. Each cabin has a set of chairs outside on the porches.The Greer lakes are just a few miles away. The main part of town is just a bit further down the road and at the end of the road there are trails to go hike. Springerville and Eager are just a short drive where there is a Safeway, Bashas and Western Drug.My only concern would have been that there was a bird nest up in the porch and a bunch of spider webs. We got dive bombed by momma bird a couple of times. We couldn't use the little porch swing because it was right below the nest and there bird poop all over it. We tried to stay away from her and the babies. We didn't see any spiders but just saw the webs.

Little Colorado Cabins in Greer, AZ is the ideal location for a nature getaway! Located in the heart of the white mountains with a central Greer location makes it convenient and peaceful. We stayed in the newly modeled cabin #6 which was created by the owners with caring attention to detail. It is a very spacious one bedroom with a gorgeous resort like bathroom and an airy living space. We have stayed in all of their cabins multiple times a year and are all equally comfortable. The owners Jimmy and Alicia go out of their way to assist in entertainment options and ensuring the cabins are comfortable with everything you need. Pack some clothes and show up to a clean, friendly, beautiful home away from home!

We are here now in cabin #6. We can't say enough about how much we love this cabin! Our friends are staying in cabin #5 and are loving it just as much! The cabin is so comfortable! The beds are amazing! Even the sofa bed is super comfortable! You can't tell it's a sofa bed at all. The hosts provide coffee and creamer as well as shampoo and soap. The cabin is extremely clean and so charming and cozy. The hosts are very responsive if you need anything. There are other really nice features such as black out blinds on all of the windows, a lovely gas thermostat controlled fireplace, an enormous two head shower, and wall mounted heaters that work amazingly! We love how close we are to Sunrise Ski Resort and to the town of Greer. We are so sad to have to leave tomorrow. We can't wait to come back! We want this to be our annual spot! You can't find a better place to stay for value and comfort!! Thank you for our stay! Jennifer, Noah and Isaias.

We spent three nights in Cabin #6 and it was a wonderful experience. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The bed frame was unique, almost worth the stay alone. The kitchen has nearly everything you need. The hosts were attentive. We will be back.

Cabin #6 is awesome!!!!! Very comfortable with well supplied kitchen; everything you would like for a little home away from home. Beautiful views and quick to fishing spots. Cabin was very clean upon arrival and stocked with any necessary linens and toiletries. Stayed here this weekend. Wife loves it and says it has everything she wants in a cabin. Full kitchen was great. We didn't eat out once and we were all set. Nice creek nearby. Had no issues at all. Reserved from their website and was impressed with the total cost after taxes and fees. Very affordable and no regrets!

My new favorite place & home away from home. If cabin stays are meant to be roughing it LMAO cabin #6 is the way to go for me! Far from rustic it has quality modern amenities while maintaining a tasteful amount of lodge decor. The owners have not cut corners or spared expenses with using materials in constructing these cabins. It's also immaculately clean at your arrival and I am beyond impressed with that. We will return again n again.

My partner and I stayed in cabin six in the end of January. When we asked about snow conditions, the cabin owners let us know that it’s really hard to know in advance weather or not there would be snow on our desired dates, but assured us that there were many areas nearby that would still have snow to play on. Roads were clear and dry when we arrived, but on night 3 we woke up to snowfall!!! These cabins were adorable without the snowfall, but it was an extra treat to see the fresh powder on them.Our cabin had everything we needed to cook with and the fireplace was so cozy. They even brought us a humidifier to help with the dry air.We will definitely be back. Planning to rent all 6 of the cabins out soon and have a family outing on the property shared space!

Our family just spent a few days in Cabin #4. This cabin is completely set up to accommodate 3 couples and a couple of kids. More pots and pans and appliances than we could utilize. Also a bonus was a free standing fan, blow dryer, closet full of games and movies and extra blankets. Plenty of lounging room in the living room. Each room has its own thermostat! Beautiful gas fireplace, also on a thermostat. Next time we will bring more trash sacks, there was 1 spare trash sack but we were there for a few days and needed more. Room for improvement... vent fan over stove top makes a horrible noise, screen door needs a plunger to keep it from slamming each time it is closed And waking the entire camp ground, tree in driveway needs trimmed so you can utilize entire driveway (helpful when unpacking and packing cars). These improvements would make this place PERFECT but even without these improvements would start there again!!!!

What do we like about Little Colorado Cabins? EVERYTHING! Clean, nicely furnished, kitchen well stocked, you will need to bring your own food, comfortable beds, fireplaces, cozy! To top that off, each cabin has a lovely front porch with comfortable seating. Oh, the smells and sounds of the forest!!! Oh, did I mention grills are provided! Can't wait to go back to this gem!

Just left The Little Colorado Cabins. My family enjoyed our selves very much. The cabin had such a homie feel to it and the owner Alicia was very kind and welcoming. The game room offered a much needed escape for our two teens and son from their ailments of their phones. I look forward to booking another stay here in the near future. The distance from the Sunrise Ski park was a very convenient distance. All in all very worth it . Thank you Alicia:)

Little Colorado Cabins are the best experience I've had in my white mountain outtings. The cabin was super clean, organized with modern furniture and fully equipped kitchen also modern TV with options of DVD, and VHS, nevertheless a closet with exciting choices from books. Movies. Toys. Games. Valleyball. This is a must stay spot for me again.💯 Thank you for your awesome amenities

Have stayed here twice so far. Super clean private cabins right at the entrance to Greer, AZ and the creek runs right next to it. A few minutes more of a drive, bike, or walk and you're in the middle of the most picturesque valley with trails for miles. Lakes and hunting everywhere also. There's a few restaurants available within a stones throw. Can't recommend this place enough.

My wife and I decided to take a little get away for our anniversary, and we decided to stay a couple of nights at the Little Colorado Cabins. Our experiance was great, very relaxing and laid-back environment, exactly what we wanted. The cabin was clean and cozy, and you have everything you need to have a relaxed weekend. Tv, stove, refrigerator, pots and pans, grill and utensils, all there, even a play room with plenty of games. Greer Arizona is beatiful and secluded, plenty of hiking and outdoor activities close by. Only AT&T and T mobile get signal up there. 1 store, closest gas station is 15 miles away. Great place and awesome little town.

We had cabin 6 and it was almost a home away from home. We would stay again no problem.This Mountain Bluebird ( had to Google what it was)did have issues with our car though , kept attacking the other Bluebird in the windows and mirrors.

Our cabin was beautiful and clean. Management was friendly and attentive. Greer is a picturesque mountain town with some wonderful lakes and hiking trails. I would definitely come back.

Today is a sad day for my family and I, My husband made a reservation for cabin 5. Just to be called by the owners to let us know she has canceled our reservation. she did not ask if we could change it.but only stated she had canceled it. she stated some one else tried the night before but had the wrong credit card. this is not my fault, i had everything needed to rent this cabin and was shot down by a vary rude owner. she never said anything to my Husband about giving us another cabin till she sent him a nasty email. we will never rent here again.

Had a great experience at the Little Colorado Cabins. They are wonderfully located with nearby lakes, kayak rentals, trails and restaurants. Nature here is breathtaking, I highly recommend it.

Small cabins. Very clean. All you need to add is food. Very poor cell reception, but is due to location. No Verizon tower in the area.
