I don't think they bathed my pet, or trimmed her nails at all. She didn't smell better nor were nails shorter. Abd her anal glands were still an issue. Won't be going back.

Truly, I do not understand how others gave good reviews. I went by them, or I would not have left our dog there when I saw the conditions. This was deplorable! I don't know where to start. The dogs were mostly running loose, which seemed unusual but was ok for our dog, but someone brought a big dog in which they were also going to turn loose until his owner warned them not to. Our dog was hiding under a plastic lawn chair when my husband went to pick him up. A cocker was chained by a short chain to the wall, panting but with no access to water and no room to even lie down. Our dog was in a crate too small for him being dried by an ineffective floor- dryer when we went to get him at the assigned time. It took another hour before he was dry enough to comb out. He was carried to the car, yet his paws were so filthy from their floor that they had to be re washed. Yet they still charged $35 for this cruelty and poor treatment. We would NEVER go there again, and I so regret ever having left him there this time.

We take our Persian cat here for his Lion Cut and the results have been stupendous. The atmosphere in there is harmonious and the cat remains calm both before and after treatment. If you have a cat that needs a specialty service due to long hair like ours, then I would recommend Green Valley Groomers.

amazing service, freindly owner,i will defenitly come back to get my dogs groomed. did i mention the comfortable waiting area they have :) i got to see ho my dog got transformed before and after the grooming. excellent job green valley groomers.

They must have never ending patience! My husband took our 3 dogs (2 Shih Tzus and a Maltese) to be bathed. I guess they thought they were headed for the dog park because they really did NOT want to go into the groomer. Evidently they settled down and have been good the rest of the time. Thank you to Heather and who ever else managed the group. Scooter, Patches and Mikoh say ARF ARF (thanks thanks)

Very good. My dog came out looking great, and he is a teacup yorkie. They treated him well and when I picked him up he did not seem scared or anxious. Highly recommended
