They did a fantastic job cleaning my dogs teeth, and the price was beyond reasonable. I also checked out other supplies and pricing and was quite pleased. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I will definitely purchase when we need to restock. It's such a great find 💜

I moved recently, and this was the closest pet place near my home. I remember a Saturday I was waiting outside before opening hours. I saw a lady go inside 30 minutes before they were open, and I believe the manager/owner. (An older gentleman) was more than happy to allow me to buy some dog food for my babies. Incredibly convenient, and the staff are always warm and welcoming every time I visit.The only downside is the variety and selection of toys/treats, but service compensates that by a mile.Thank you for taking care of my needs. ❤️

The store is good. This rating is based on the grooming, specifically Michael. For several years, she was good with our now deceased poodle. She did a horrible “poodle” shaved cut on our new “doodle”. She shaved the base of his tail up about 1 1/2” plus shaved his nose. She completely destroyed his cute scruffy doodle look. (Her excuse was that he was matted. He WAS NOT). Everyone on our daily walks through our resort has commented on the BAD haircut. So beware! Unless you want your doodle to be a shaved poodle, do NOT take him to Michael.

Love this place as the staff and owner Dudly are very friendly and personable. Love how they look up what you've ordered in the past as I couldn't remember. The customer service is great. Dudly would even carry my bag of food to my car. Prices are reasonable, so I will not be going anywhere else for my dog food.

This place is actually pretty awesome!!! I came in because my dogs ate Victor dog food and now with the Recall it was time to change their food. I came in looking for a brand of food but they told me its so new that they don't have it. He asked me a few questions about my dogs and the foods they ate and I gave him my concerns and such and he picked out a few brands to try and explained why he chose those. He was extremely knowledgeable and I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends!!!

I absolutely love this place. There staff is super sweet and friendly. There are very knowledgeable about the products they carry in their stores and are not afraid to answer honestly if they don't know. Their grooming staff does an incredible job at a very competitive price for the area. did you a wonderful job at leaving the teddy bear look on my little Yorkie. The only downside is because they are so great there is normal a long wait time to get an appointment for the grooming. And the best part is the little messages on their receipts. I love a business who is proud of their faith.

As soon as I walked in, it was as if EVERY employee that worked there turned to stare at me .. it was giving that yall never saw a black person here or something, but then shortly after that weird moment, an older guy expresses from the checkout counter, "Can we help you with something?" I replied, "No. " .. I thought it was fine, but I saw them stare at me almost the entire time I was looking around for potential treats, and as I grabbed the dog food, I had come to get, "FROMM". The older lady that checked me out seemed ... professional .. and had like a southern feel to her .. tried to make the transaction as "chill" as possible, but I read energy, you know.. so I innerstand she just had a job to do.. customer service, and she did it. The lady signed me up for the loyalty program and everything. I truly do not have any other remarks other than that about the place. TBH, idk if I'll be back .. the initial stares and like pause of breaths when i shopped around/walked in, the staff was weird period, and I've experienced that "tolerant attitude" all my life going into white establishments. I'll continue to go to Pratts near Mesa, I believe...

Super charming pet supply shop! They seem to focus on dogs and have a great selection of food, treats, toys, and other pup related goods. They have doggie cookies complete with frosting that are so adorable!! Definitely my go-to spot for pet supplies.

Great family owned business! Stephanie was very helpful with products! I have two small dogs under 5lbs and she was able to suggest great treats and food for them. They have a great variety of food and treats. The store is very clean, smelled great, and is well maintained!

I love this pet store! I come from surprise to go here and I will keep coming back. One of the things I love about it is the petz bucks that you get back from your order. It was one of the reasons I keep coming back. It's almost like a thank you for spending your money with our company here is a rebate to keep coming back. It's the best. The other part that I love is that when you walk in the store you are greeted by multiple people who are willing to talk you through your whole experience. They are very knowledgeable, they know the best treats, best toys for chewers, best bones and food, so you know your money is being well spent. The last thing I love is the return policy. I bought food that my dog hated and flat out refused to eat. We tried for a couple weeks to get him to eat and I thought it was money down the drain but I called them and they said bring it in and we will get you something new! I brought it in and they replaced it no questions asked and it was so so simple! I have been back multiple times and will continue.

Today I got my Yorkie groomed at Petz Place for the first time. Our groomer was Michelle and she did an Awesome job! She was very patient with our dog and she left her looking beautiful. Very satisfied, Thank you again!

Took my dog to get groomed for the first time. The staff and groomer were very nice.The gentleman (groomer) I believe mentioned this was his first either day, I wasn't 100% sure. I handed him a copy of her rabies cert and he said he didn't know what to do with it and placed it on the little counter.I explained I wanted her bathed, ears cleaned, nails clipped, expressed, and deshedded, no need for a cut as she is a short hair. He took her back and I left.He called me back in just under an hour. I was pretty surprised. He brought my dog out, said she was all done. He then said he had forgotten that I was supposed to have filled out all the paperwork and necessary info, so I did all that.He handed me a bill for only $33. I asked him if he did all that I had previously asked for my dog, he assured me he did. So again, a little surprised. I paid the bill, go out to the car, dog hops in the back. I hadn't actually touched her yet.When I got home, I let her out in the backyard to do her business. She came in with muddy feet, that's when I noticed her coat was wet, not just damp, WET. Especially all around her behind and tail area.We had to stick her in the tub and rewash her legs and feet then towel dry her as much as possible. I got out my hair dryer and put it on cool and dried her as best I could. She is short hair but part Husky so she has a very fine, slight undercoat.It wasn't a bad groom as far as I could tell, but it's the first time I've ever gotten any of my dogs back wet. It makes me wonder what the groomer actually did. I'm up in the air if I will bring her back or not.

I was very satisfied with the groomer, Robert! These business practices are questionable when I booked. I was quoted a different cost after they serviced my fur baby. I certainly didn't feel comfortable in their environment. It was obvious that as a non white person that I was not greeted with any hospitality. The older white man who was at the cashier was frank about his stance when I shared my experiences. It should say white only. I would have never patronized their business.

Petz Place is a really wonderful store with friendly staff and great service. We also found an amazing groomer in Michelle - she takes great care with our almost 14 year old Golden, and she is the best groomer we have ever had! Happy Happy Dog :-)

I really like this store, it's a wonderful local Goodyear business. The staff is knowledgeable on the different products available. They have been friendly, helpful and eager in regards to customer service everytime I'veshopped. The food and treats for your family pet are the best quality. There are also toys, leash and harness equipment as well specialized treats some you can mix and cook yourself. This store stayed strong through covid so that just tells me they are truly committed to this community.

Not family friendly apparently. Stopped by for the first time with my kids and they looked at my kids like they were a nuisance. I completely understand if they were running around or being loud but when my son showed me something i had been looking for, the worker looked at him and pointed for him to put it back. Will not be returning

Very friendly and helpful. Did a custom food order through them and got everything I needed in a timely manner. They care about people just as much as pets, and it's obvious they love their animals very much! Highly recommend!

Awesome store with great selection of pet products and the groomers are excellent with our dogs and do a superb service and enjoy working with animals and it shows.Thanks to our groomer today she is absolutely wonderful and our dog enjoys going there you can see it as soon as we walk in. Overall a awesome store for all of your pets needs.

A nice as the store appears the grooming section is not great. I had so many issues with grooming. Scheduling was ridiculous, the are constantly short staffed and cancel appointments last minute. After being unprofessional and lying about why they sometime cancele appointments you may be on your way to they try to make it seem like it's your fault. I promise I'm not exaggerating when I say I experienced issues from day one but thought it's would get better and they deserved a chance. I want to be clear that I'm writing this review to warn people aren't people because I would hate for anyone to be put in the situations that this grooming place put me in. And to give you an example today is Saturday and they have one person working as a groomer. Now you've been warned so hopefully what I what I'm experiencing and what I have experienced with this place doesn't happen to someone else. We all have chaotic lives where we're juggling a lot of things and need consistency and you consistency and when you have to run behind irons or always have the inconsistency of not knowing if your pet groomer is going to cancel on you after you had to make the appointment months in advance that's stressful so save yourself stress and maybe find a different groomer.
