Such a bad service JYlee C. Did this to my dog. In less than 30 min she gave her a full bath and haircut. Bad service she blamed the way hair grows in this breed. But this is not my dog's first haircut. Clearly she disliked my dog or has no experience! I'm not taking my dog here ever again!!!

They cut the dew claw too much and it was bleeding. They didn’t clean my dogs ears so I had to take him back. The person on the phone was very nice and told me to bring him back so they could clean his ears (which was included service) but when i took my dog, my dog REFUSED to go inside the grooming area. He was shaking and he never does that. (Huge red flag there. What did they do to him that he’s so scared??) When I finally got him to go inside the grooming, I noticed that the employees were rude and did not care about the dogs they were grooming. One of the girl was rough handling the dog so bad I wish I could stop her. She was yanking the dog’s legs and yelling at them to stop moving. The same woman was told by others to clean my dog’s ears and she was rude and visibly annoyed. They even told me to wait outside so I didn’t watch them.It was my first time taking my dog and will be last time.

Took my husky in for grooming , she had matting on her tail end . Jaylee took great care of her. A+ service, definitely going back for reoccurring services with them.
