Good experience, great customer service. I was surprised they had what I went to the store for was in stock. Many other locations don't have Super Worms, or they are they have an extremely limited supply. The store was clean and we'll maintained. They had masks as well as hand sanitizer upon entry. The only complaint I had was the checkout process took around 15 minutes because the line was so long. Although it's understandable, almost every business right now is under staffed.Thanks,M. Wilson

We are still in disbelief! Took our fur baby in to get groomed and specifically shared with the Groomer Jaylee that we wanted to keep his fluffy teddy bear look. He was a little tangled in his harness area, something a brush and or conditioner could’ve remedied. She analyzed his coat and shared she may have to come a little lower on his neck but a light trim everywhere else. We picked him up to his full body, ears, pubic area shaved and nearly skinned! I cried in rage and disappointment! I felt violated. I asked her to call me if something changes with what we discussed. Manager Sarah gave us a full refund and an opportunity to fix it in the future. He would never ever go to this groomer again! He’s been shaking and sad! His ears are cold and he could not sleep comfortably last night! So much distress has been caused! I must call Corporate to ensure this doesn’t happen to another dog mom!!

We love this Petsmart. They have so much selection for all our Aquarium needs. My boys love switching up the decor, this week they had a special if you buy 1 get the other 50 off. So we definitely took advantage of that. Thank you so much, the boys are having a blast watching the fishes grow! 5 stars for you guys on your selection, and friendly staff. Much appreciated!😎

I would like to throw a complaint to a young lady who was checking me out when I ordered a new cat tree for $119 online. I came to pick it up and realized it was a floor model. I looked it over and saw that it was dirty and the top was bent. If a cat were to go to the top shelf it would tip over. Naturally, I was unhappy. I ordered a new one expecting a new one in a box. This girl was rude. She said that they always come assembled (not true) she was just assuming I was going to leave, but I asked her if she can call to others stores to see if they have one new in a box. The rude part was, when she called those stores, she said "a customer doesn't like this was because its crooked." Saying it in away like I'm a Karen. She said this to another store. My beef is that I ordered a new one in a box. A: it will fit in my car. B: spending $119 should be a NEW cat tree!On another note l, the gentleman who checked me out when I went over to buy a new one in a box! Different look, but I wanted one for my cat. He was super helpful and carried it to my car.

There was one worker who was extremely rude in the groomers section. I felt disrespected and will not be back here again. I went for my dogs haircut and came out with no difference. I was overcharged for nothing and got told my dog did not cooperate when he is very young and easy to handle. DO NOT recommend for puppies first cut.

The groomers at this location are not good. They always say our poodle mix is matted (he has corse hair being a mix) and shave him nearly bald then up charge it. No communication prior to the up charge. They have had us pick him up early(leave work) and take to a vet claiming his ear hair needs immediate attention from a vet. We then paid to see a vet and the Veterinarian said nothing was wrong with him, they had no issue trimming his ears for us though. Was told we would get a credit because they did not finish his cut, but then when we reluctantly took him back a couple months later to them they didn’t give us the credit claiming it had to be used within 2 weeks. This recent and definitely last visit they up charged for matting, extra brushing, and because he was difficult. Almost doubling the initial agreed upon price. In four years of him getting groomed elsewhere never have had any issues. Avoid this location and there is a reason why they have availability while other groomers are booked out.

The worst experience at grooming salon. This is not first time. My Maltipoo went in for a cut and bath and yes the stylist told me her hair was matted around her neck and face area she informed she would probably have cut more than expected. When I picked her she had shaved her all off. It took me by surprise. She then told me she had shave her all. What gets me more upset is that she didn't give a courtesy call. She just took in upon herself to do it. To top it off she charged me alot more than what I usually pay. I paid because all I wanted was to get out pf there. I tried to give them a second chance but not anymore.

Brittany did an amazing job grooming my boy Leroy today! I took him in there a wreck with his shedding undercoat. You can tell he feels a lot better and looks great. Will definitely be going back and found a new groomer.

Took my dog here to be groomed. Refused service because my dog had a few mats on her legs and matting around her ears. These are not solid mats or mats stuck to her skin just notmal.matting.....do not waste yoir time they obviously have zero knowledge when it comes to grooming dogs. Took her to Petco where the groomers looked at her and could see no reason why Petsmart refused to groom her.

Sold me a Bearded dragon, lady was very informative and probed me to see if I could care for it which was surprising and welcomed to see she cared about our dragon. Her name is ender I've kept many reptiles and get the care so I was ready. She's spoiled. Happy, growing, and eating well. Son is obsessed with her. For those of you that ask We have a fish tank in every room so my son insisted she have a fish tank too. Its fake but gets the job done.

Everyone was super friendly from checker to groomer. Our dogs had first ever grooming appt with Aylen and she did a phenomenal job and gave us report when all done. Daisy brought our pups to us and was very friendly and gentle with our babies. The dog food aisle was set up easily to find what we needed & then ended with some great dog toys. Plus, grass out front for their needs when ready to leave.

Took my puppy to get groomed first time at this location they called me to come in earlier so I did, the lady Angelica M. Right off the start she told my dog that he was not acting right he was a bit scared as he always is in the beginning and he nibbles since he is still a puppy and she did not like that then she said that she couldn’t cut his hair because he had too much and I needed to take him to a vet to get him groomed I have never had this issue I have gone to multiple different locations just recently moved near this one and thought I would try it out. I will not be returning ever again and do not recommend for anyone to take their dogs here!

Horrible service. Took my puppy golden doodle for a full grooming, they barely cut her hair, didn’t even brush her and it was all un even. Her eyes were also super red when I picked her up not to mention the lady with dark hair is rude.

We had a great experience here. They are so friendly. The employees know exactly where everything is and helped me even get a discount by using the online price. It's very clean store. My dogs adored the ladies and gents there. Oh and I fell in love with a bunny. I walked out all smiles, happy and found what I needed.
