Victoria is very nice, polite, professional and kind person. However, perhaps grooming isn't her strong points. My dogs fur is uneven. He's an old dog otherwise I'd take him back to get fixed. She did mention to me 2x if his cut was okay and to bring him back if I felt the need. He was moving around so much I didn't have time to check him. I won't return to petco.$75 wasted.

Service is excellent with everyone being very nice.My Pug is handled with care for his grooming sessions and the process of dropping him off and picking up is easy w/ each groomer cking on health and any extra amenities needed.

Every time I take Chestnut in to get groomed they groomers are all so welcoming and genuinely excited to see my pup come in for his appointment. They really care about your pet and give nothing but their absolute best every single visit.

The groomers at this Petco treat our dogs so kind and gently. They always try to get all 3 in together if we want them to and they always ask about them when they see us. Our dogs have become less nervous coming to get their bath/nails done because of this team- and we couldn’t be happier!

I love the staff. Kathy and Consuela are the two groomers we see regularly. They both are very kind, and provide great customer service. They always let me know how long the appt might take. They are up front about everything. I don't see myself taking my dog anywhere else. Thank you.

It's the consistency of for me! I loved my last groomer in a different location, but I moved a little ways away and crossed my fingers that the Goodyear locate would give me a similar experience. Victoria knocked it out if the ballpark! Bailey will be 11 years old later this year and has neurological issues. I'm very much pleased with the service and will return.

The young lady that groomed my puppies was wonderful...Great personality, friendly, really easy to talk with and very helpful and she did an amazing job on them. Very appreciated! I am so so sorry I cannot locate my receipt right now but I believe the groomers name to be, Victoria.

Kathy has always been exceptional with my dog Bruno. I first tried her with my sister in-laws dog when she was here on a visit. He needed a grooming and she was awesome! So I started using Kathy switching from Pet smart for my dog.

Normally this location is super nice! Cody and Kathy are amazing. Unfortunately this time some lady with green hair was super rude and disrespectful for no reason. I recommend if you see her working, to not go or ask for Cody since he’s there the most.

Very friendly and took loving care of our pet. Usually is really scared and was shaking when we got there but the groomer took her and calmed her down. Dogs since when they are in good caring hands. We really appreciate her going the extra mile and taking her time with our 4 legged family member.❤

Consuela did a great job with how my dog was trimmed and it looks like all the services I asked for were provided. I appreciated the fact that one my dog got difficult she requested someone assist her and that kept my dog a little more calm and allowed her to finish her work without hurting him. Consuela also change the blades often enough to keep him from getting burnt. Thank you Consuela.

Groomer listen to my request and groom my dog to what I wanted.UPDATE:. How can a service get almost $30 more than 6 weeks ago? Same service but kept tacking on price than called me to clarify what I ask, heard another gal it cost $15 more, I said just bath, nails & sanitary cut, forget everything else. I go back to See Spot Clean.

This time the groomer did an excellent job. She was groomed as she always should be, her feet were trimmed, her nails trimmed well, her fur was soft, she smelled nice and was very happy. Great job!

What I was upset about, this PetCo n others in Goodyear has a poor variety of Science Diet Pate'( can food) or older dogs. He misses his Turkey fav. They people were tryin to help look..their thoughtful, Thank you. My medical companion Toy Poodle is soon be 11 yrs n they only have 2-7+ verities of his food. They used to have 5 flavors. Being up in age, he's got bad teeth n he doesn't like other goodies for dogs. The Vet told me he shouldn't chew Jerkey coz it sticks in throat n lower region n can tear. He knows what he likes..I just try to make up for his being "'good boy"- a toy or other soft foods vets say is good for him. Had him since 3 mo. 😇💙Thank you
