This is our go to place for our 2 Huskies. Staff here are terrific. They do a good job of greeting us when we come in. Many of the staff remember our dogs from grooming. Staff are very helpful in getting us the things that we're looking for for having trouble. We go here for grooming, to pick up treats, to get training for the dogs, and even for their shots. The addition of vetco is really nice. We've been shopping here since 2016 and have never had a bad experience.

It is the first time we requested the grooming service and our experience was the most unpleasant, they returned my baby after 10 minutes claiming that she did not let her hair be cut, I was there watching her and at no time did I see any bad reaction from my dog. What I noticed is that she didn't have patience or desire to work.

I was charged tax on the regular price of a sales item which was confusing. I recalculated several times and finally called the store with my concern. I was asked to contact customer service instead as I was told the store couldn’t do anything. I called customer service and they told me they couldn’t do anything that I would have to contact the store. Then called the store for the 3rd time and was sent me back to customer service. Finally customer service escalated. The issue sent me to another department to call the store and told me to call the store again the next morning talk to the general manager . There was so much back-and-forth that it was extremely frustrating. In the store the gentleman who helped us with the tank originally was very nice. The cashier was also nice, but did not know anything about taxes. I eventually called the general manager the next day as I was asked by the customer service department, and she bluntly told me that I was being charged tax on the original price, because it was a manufactures coupon which there was not a coupon involved. I don’t believe that this situation was handled correctly and I am still confused about taxes being charged on a regular price item total if it is on sale.

I advised the clerk I had $5 reward that I would like to use. She said ok.When I got to car and checked receipt it was not applied. This isn’t the first time .If I don’t purchase online and apply it myself they never apply. I go to Petco cause it’s close to me and most often has the items I need. But I’m going back to Petsmart. I never had to wonder if my rewards were applied.

Very Friendly staff and knowledgeable. We took our time to make a decision on the products we wanted. The wait time to purchase our items was under 5 minutes. You also earn reward points with every purchase. We also use their Vet services for our fur baby.

I was #2 in the checkout line. There was only one cashier on duty. Within minutes, the check out line became very long and was snaking down the main aisle of the store. Probably 15 people in line within minutes after I got in line. The only cashier got into a complicated problem with an elderly woman and knew it would take a while and she saw the line getting longer and longer. She requested additional help at the registers over a speaker that went out to the entire store. 5 minutes later, no one showed. She requested assistance 4 different times. After 20 minutes, yes....20 minutes, a young man and girl finally showed up. I was finally helped by the original cashier and she said it was the manager that finally showed up. Where was the manager and the other girl when the original call request went out 20 minutes before. As I walked out past the manager, I said that the 20 minute wait was unacceptable and did not get a response. I can't believe that a manager did not insist on coming out to help after 4 calls for assistance went out over the store's speaker system.

Came in hoping to find pet rats, but left with a ferret instead due to an amazing employee making my girlfriend and I fall in love with the idea of a ferret. We were unsure at first but after reassurance, lots of talking, and lots of tips we felt we were ready to adopt our first ever pet, Po. The employees name is Kit and she earned herself and the store a 5 stars!

I needed to pick up prescription food for my cat. I had the prescription with me and picked it out off the shelf. When I got to the register they refused to sell it to me because I couldn't see their veterinarian because they don't have one. Why even have it on the shelf if that's your policy?!? I got to listen to the lovely employee complain about how much space their new, non-staffed, vet clinic takes up and about how all the customers do the same thing I did. Her solution? Drive 20 minutes, get a prescription card, and then drive back to buy it. When I told her how ridiculous that was, she rolled her eyes and told me to 'order it online then'. Wow, won't be coming here again!

I’ve been coming to petco for many of years and never have been treated with such unprofessional and horrible attitude by someone with a petco Badge. But Ariel happens to be the worst customer service rep that I’ve had the hardship of dealing with . My 75 gallon tank leaked and spilled water all over my house (bad seal) and she refused to be of any assistance swapping the defective tank out for a new one stating that it was not her problem and she can help me .

The worst place ever!! They are not understanding that I had a traffic issue and I came in by Uber and its far from my home 40 minutes, and I have appointment with them, they didn’t let my pet get her vaccine and asked me to wait more than an hour, I was explaining everything to them but the didn’t understand. Will never come back, and I will never go to that location again!! Disappointed..

I go to petco strictly for tropical fish. My last 3 visits, I've had to go to the register and wait in line to ask for help with fish. Every single time, I walk back over and have to wait 10 minutes for someone to catch fish. I am done with petco!

KATHY did an outstanding job! She called me several times to go over exactly what I wanted for Poppy, which I highly appreciate. Poppy is a shy, nervous girl but I knew she’d be in good hands with Kathy. My girl came home happy and energetic, she’s usually scared and upset after the groomers. I’ve been trying to find a groomer just like Kathy, and I hope I never lose contact with her!10/10 I highly recommend booking with Kathy!Attention to detail is something I always notice, and I’m endlessly grateful. Her paws are nicely shaped and trimmed, her ears are the same, very neat and tidy. Kathy also made sure to blend the fur on the back of my dog’s head seamlessly with her shaved neck. My girl looks beautiful and she is feelin herself, she’s so confident now, lol!Thanks Petco, a top notch location. Please don’t change!

We shop here for dog food and supply’s for our dog. We even took him when he was a puppy for a puppy class which was great to introduce it pit bull to other dogs to help him be social with other dogs. The trainer Jeff was a nice guy and very knowledgeable with answering our questions and helping with our new puppy. The class went well and the trainer and people here were supper friendly and helpful which we appreciate. They have specials from time to time where we can get a coupon off he dog food. Out last dog we fed science diet to this puppy we have been feeding blue buffalo to. He seams to like it a lot. All in all it’s been a great place to shop with friendly staff.

Jojo was super helpful from the time she answered my questions over the phone to when she helped fit my dog for a gentle leader. She even helped track me down when I left my driver’s license at the register. All of your employees are super helpful and Jojo has excellent customer service skills.

All the departments are in much better shape and cleaner than other Petco locations I've gone to, making it my "go-to" store. I have yet to have an issue finding someone to help me, and anyone that I have interacted with has been very helpful and pleasant. They also have an an excellent selection of fish, reptiles, and other small animals. Additionally, although I haven't needed the service yet, the grooming department does look nice and they have a pet hospital in development at this location as well. Keep up the great work!

Everytime I come to this store the staff is RUDE! That must be a prerequisite for working for PETCO! This time Vanessa was the only one at check out....she completely ignored me....I finally said "quietly" excuse me. She looked up and pointed to a register almost with a grunt...abruptly "number"? She didn't offer a bag.....when I reached for one...."WE CHARGE 10c for bags"Obnoxious and RUDE....THAT'S IT....I WILL DRIVE OUT OF MY WAY AND TAKE MY BIZ TO PETSMART!!!! IF THERE WAS MINUS STARS I WOULD USE THEM!!

Store has had some remodeling to a more woody rustic look which looks nice. Everything else is still about the same. Checking out is now a single line with one single checkout associate which can be a little slow. Maybe a good idea for management to have someone come up and help when the line gets a little long. Parking and access is pretty easy as this is a pretty large shopping center.
