I had the worst experience last week with Richard at CVS. Not a nice person at all. I had the doctor's office call in a prescription to him. This was during the morning. Finally at 2:30 in the afternoon I called him to see if my prescription was ready. He said he never got a prescription. I called the doctor's office they informed me they had called it in twice, and that they would go ahead and call him again. I called CVS Richard answered and he laughed at me and said oh yeah it's right here. They didn't have my prescription meds and he said I needed to call around to see which pharmacy had it. I found it at Walmart and by the way they were fantastic. So I called Richard back. He told me that once I found it to call him and he would transfer my prescription. When I called him back he basically yelled at me and told me that there's no way he could transfer prescription unless they called him because as far as he was concerned I was just making it up. I called Walmart they got in touch with him got the prescription transferred. When I called him back he basically just hung up on me. Extremely rude. I don't know what was wrong with him. Seems like every time I go over there I have some horrible experience. Our insurance insists we use CVS. So I am going to stick with mail order, they're nice. I would never want to pick up another prescription at CVS. I called the CVS customer complaint department. They were very nice. They did a written complaint for me and put it in his personnel file and it was to go to his boss's boss.

This is the best Pharmacy I have ever been to. They reminded me of 2 vaccines I had completely forgotten about and gave them to me at the same visit!!! I really appreciate them! Thanks so much!!!
