bad managers, they make 17 year old work the pallets by them self. I employee that was 17, and is forced to take out 40 wooden pallets of products by him self from the truck. And these pallets are around 7-8 feet. He was also doing it by him self. He told me no one helps and managers don’t care.

The store manager Mr Fernando may deserve more than one star for being a real leader and having a wonderful customer service, he managed to calm me down on contrary of the tire service department manager renee (deserves 0 star) who gave me the worse experience when I asked her to fix a tire balance problem because of their service a week ago. In addition to her disrespectful behavior toward the customer (me) she claim that the store manager is not there and she is the manager, but I met Mr Fernando minutes after her false claim and after I fix the mess Walmart tire service caused to my car tires in another tire service, this means she is disrespectful to her leadership too ! I wonder why a big Business like Walmart keep such disrespectful bad employee in a managing position, she barely fit for loading unloading job in the warehouse while she can show her ugly attitude to boxes and pallets, be sure to keep her away from customers.Kudos to Mr Fernando and Big 👎 to reneeHe showed so much interest in investigating the incident while that renee is dealing with customers with attitude and carelessness. Hope his investigation if there is any will end up giving renee the punishment she deserves.She is not a material of a manger at all even if her service extend to 100 years

Man I'm telling you that shopping is stressful enough without needing to worry whether or not I'm going to get bitten or attacked by someone stupid dog. You guys let some lady in with two chihuahuas who aggressively barked and growled at every single person that walked by. That's freaking ludicrous. Those dogs are survived a long time without shopping in Walmart I'm pretty sure they can get by today as well. I attached the video for your viewing pleasure are you kidding?

Not a bad Walmart BUT there’s always people in the parking lot trying to collect signatures for this or that and it’s absolutely annoying. No one goes to Walmart thinking, “Man I really want someone to ask me to sign some sort of petition and I have no clue if it’s legitimate or not”. If management allows it, shame on them. If not, they need to do something because it’s borderline harassment some days.

The lady on self checkout ruined my day yelling at me if I scanned the crush soda I told her yes I did check the receipt and she said they'll check it on the way out! So I scanned it again and they named it something other than crush not my damn fault!

Parking was a mess the day we visited. A person chose to drive the wrong way against the arrows and traffic flow. This caused a gridlock situation with people getting out of their cars and yelling at each other. They do have covered parking spots to help when the sun is out and it’s super hot. We were just stopping in to get sunscreen. It was difficult to find, but an employee helped us with a very good personality. We were able to get in and out quickly. We used self checkout and the employees working that section were friendly and attentive to the crowd in there.

If you're looking to grab some grocery and personal care items with a Max Max-like experience, this is the place to go! From the parking lot that you're unlikely to survive, to the confused and careless cashiers (desiring a simple acknowledgment that you're a human in from of them willing to exchange currency for goods? Fuggeddaboudit!), to the...interesting...clientele, it's a trip not soon to be forgotten. Even the poor door greeter looked like he was about to cry and uttered nary a "hello" nor "thank you." 30 minutes spent waiting to pay for one item was awesome. Enjoy this Walmart!

I hate going to this Walmart. I don't own a car so when I go here I have to carry my bags home because they don't allow backpacks. I'm a very honest person and would never steal. I have a good job to pay for my things. Why do all of us have to suffer because there are not honest people out there.

I drove there to get my car an oil changed. They now told me they can't change the oil because the oil filter was leaking - they blamed the damages on the previous shop witch didn't make any sense bcz I never had a leak before. now I had to get my car towed - took my car to mechanic, find out the filter housing abd the cap was damaged. Cost me = $700 Thanks walmart. NEVER AGAIN

They say it corporate policy to only pay at register 7 for any item locked in store which is not true!!! They have to bring the item to the register your at its there job! They are lazy and do not want to do there jobs at all at this store. When confronted they are rude and disrespectful to customers. They say shop somewhere else if you don't like it. Very sad that walmart allows there employees to treat customers like criminals when they have done nothing wrong. They seriously need a major overhaul in there employees at this store as it seems people working there are more worried about talking to there friends and having fun then doing there actual jobs. I'm all for a good work environment but not when customers are treated like trash.

If you want to be degraded and treated like low life, use the curb side pickup. Went to pick up items and was talked down to, the groceries was thrown into the car which cracked my side window and then was told "we don't want dirty people like you at this store". Will never shop from this store again

You have to ask for help because EVERYTHING is locked behind security glass and then they want to walk me all the way to the register for my $9 ear buds. Seriously?Treated like a criminal. A petty thief. And if I wanted to steal your ear buds I could just walk off after you left me at the self checkout. I promise you would not stop me if I was determined to take your cheap little ear buds. I would not let your rent-a-cop 5' tall woman or the old man touch me. But, I digress.This Walmart feels like you are an inmate. I will not be back to this location.

Went here after the walmart on Bell refused to change my oil. This walmart had no issues. They were busy, so we did have a 3 hour wait. But honestly, it's because other walmarts are being lazy. So good job, Northern walmart, for working hard on a heat wave warning.

First time going to the auto center at walmart, I’m usually a Discount Tire customer. I needed new front tires. I requested that the rear tires be put on the front and rotated, and the new tires be put on the back (fwd vehicle). I returned to find the new tires were on the front. I asked the sales lady, Renee, why that was. She went to ask the technician. The tech said it was because the 19.5 mm socket that is rated for my car does not fit my lugs because of scoring on the lugs. I went out to inspect the lugs. Renee had the socket. I asked to see the socket. Renee got very rude and wouldn’t let me see it myself. I got suspicious. I decided to just pay and leave, handling the tire rotation on my own. Renee tried to charge me an extra $60 for balancing and rotating tires that never came off the vehicle. I caught that and, when confronted, she raised her voice at me. I then got home, inspected it with my tools and found the 19.5 mm socket does in fact fit. I had to rotate the tires on my own. That tells me the technician forgot to install the tires as requested, did it the easy way, tried to cover their tracks, and still tried to upcharge me $60.

i went to get a few things, didnt here the announcement of were closing, complied when told physically, went to checkout and a Lady who didnt identify herself yelled at me, told me they close at 11:00 and short story said "dont do it again", and kept yelling as i sat in the handicap cart. So humiliated paid my bill and scrambled out of there as the cops pulled up. yeah, so i left and will never go there again. ever. and i spent alot of money there, all the time. im going to frys from now on and you should to. Very Humiliated and embarrassed, ME

Just went grocery shopping at this Walmart. Ended up, walking out. Looks like it was looted. Shelfs bare everywhere. Not one gallon of milk in the building. It's sad that you lock up socks and shirts but leave pkgs of the same on hooks right next to the locked ones. You're more adamant to harass someone who just went through your line that's leaving than to collect the shopping carts. I have not once came here and was able to buy all the things I needed at one time. Today I was told to come back tomorrow to get simple things like milk and bread...

What makes Walmart think they can detain people and double check their receipt as if we are all thieves? They deserve zero stars. Not only do they sell garbage quality food and other items, but now you can't shop there without being stopped and searched. My fiance will be moving her prescriptions to a different pharmacy and we won't be shopping at Walmart anymore. Anyone with any dignity will do the same.

I found out at the last minute one of my grandchildren needed a Secret Santa gift and a VERY SPECIFIC gift... right before Christmas! And to our great fortune, this Walmart had one... AND did curbside pickup.Easy peasy. Ordered online for curbside. Got the Marshmellow "thing" and I didnt have to stand in line (I am handicapped and long lines are not an option for me.)Thanks for keeping us older people safe and out of crowds when our immune systems aren't strong enough to ward off all the viruses out there!

If your going to lock up anything and have call buttons, the employees need to assist those call buttons I saw a guy in a wheelchair wait a minute+ for someone to assist him. I understand we all have thing to do, but you should strive to do better Wal-Mart people. I tried to tell someone about the person waiting for someone to come help him and all she did was defend herself...aren't the employees a team, communicate with each other to get the job done.

Creeeepy place full of questionable looking ppl and I’m talking about the employees not customers. They wander around more than half the time not bothering to keep people waiting. The manager could easily put one lane for oil changes and the other lane for tire changes instead of keeping people with oil changes waiting for OVER AN HOUR when one car is front of rhem

Horrible auto care service. I ordered a set of tires the other day with installation and they canceled my order saying they didn't have them. I ordered another set with installation and they just canceled the appointment saying they don't have them. I called before I ordered the second set and they said they had them. I just called to find out what's going on and they hung up on me. Stay away from this place.
