Mariah and Tracy at the customer service desk give horrible customer servce.... I had a Return authorization code for an item but I didn't have the original packaging. They said that because there wasn't a UPC # that they needed in order to complete the return so they said they couldn't do it for me they were very RUDE about it, not helpful.....so I took it to the Walmart on 79th Ave. and Peoria in Walmart...There was a Wonderful young man, Zach, he looked up the UPC, and a lovely lady named Julie said to do the return..... Now that's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 👍 😀 👌

It's a Walmart, not much to it. The prices are average, the store was relatively clean. Pallets and carts from stockers get left in the middle of isles and in front of shelves, making it hard to get by or get items, but that is pretty standard for Walmart these days. Staff was entirely unhelpful when I needed laundry detergent (which is locked behind a glass door). But if you are here to just buy food, use the self checkout, and get out, this place certainly gets the job done.

Very nice and clean store had a lot of good deals we got some cold sandwiches from the deli. The employees were nice.

They had there kickstarters mango with a .98 tab per each. When rang them up , they came out 1.38...after showing tge manager tge price tag. He agreed yo only match one at that price, the rest would be 1 38. We were told they didnt want to lose progit on the item...very bad service. On 2-17-21 went back in. Clean store and follow all safety covid protocols. Plenty of parking and well lit. Shelves are full. Better visit. Happy employees. Will yry again soon. Changed 1 star to 3

I normally don't shop at any Walmart stores. I retired frm Sam's Club in Long Beach CA. They don't appreciate their employees at all. A person must beg to get a day off. Anyway, I visited this smaller store abt a wk ago. I wanted to run in and purchase dog food, both wet and dry. I ended up getting $204.61 worth of stuff. Cowboy cookies, rice and beans. The items are a tad bit higher than the regular Wal-Mart. Why is that? I went in at 0635 hrs so there was 0 ppl in the store. So very nice. The employees were pleasant and acknowledged me in every aisle I went dwn. It was enlightening because I felt human. Like they see me as a person NOT just $$$ sign. Mr and Mrs Walton would be pleased with this store, however the actual Walmarts NOT so much. It's almost like they hire the bottom of the barrel. But I may go back to the NH Walmart and bring my hubby. Just answer me this as to why the prices are higher. Plz and thank you. Job well done. My cashier was Patricia? I can't remember. Poor customer service, Paul at the service booth is in need of more training. Tried returning a coffee creamer with a receipt, but since he couldn't see it, it clearly refused to do a refund. I asked for an even exchange, and he stated he couldn't do it. Had him call for a manager, insisted he was in lunch and not back til customer service was closed. Had to call the customer service number to get the issue solved.

UTZ really seems to be leaving it's Mark on phoenix!! After trying them I see why just as good if not better then Lays!!! Every time I'm at this Walmart they are never out of stock.

This is s an ANTI-USVETERAN WALMART. The manager Tom said he would help me return some creamer and then refused to help me once he saw that I was a Veteran. He said that it was at the store's discretion whether or not to do a return but I don't think they refused everybody just because of their discretion. I was picked out because I'm a veteran discriminated against specifically.

Quaint little location while still catering to a larger group of people than a Mom and Pop store. Plenty of variety with fresh bread and produce. Very clean and tidy, this store is well taken care of plus you must wear a mask inside.

What's disturbing is that they have 1 employee running 6 self check lines and only 1 full service line. I don't remember sending letters about my deep desire to be my own check out clerk but apparently I have no choice. It's getting ridiculous.

NO TOYS NO CLOTHING NO KIDS .JUST HASSLE FREE SHOPPING. New management has made this my "go-to" store. Shelves always stocked + many extras throughout the store. And produce - don't get me started! Better than a farmer's market.

Clean store. Many items for its size. Everything is over priced. The groceries I went to buy cost more than the major grocery stores. Also, they have no hand baskets. Their excuse is that "they were getting stolen during the pandemic". Groceries get stolen too. Are you going to quit selling those? So rather than pushing around a broken wheeled cart to pick up 4 over priced items, I just left.

James is very rude and disrespectful at store 6645 W Peoria Ave, Glendale, AZ 85302. His manager is very rude too. Not a customer friendly location. Produce is always bad and rotten? James needs more training

It's a Walmart, one of the small ones that don't sell EVERYTHING...so I don't have to take a break walking from one side to the other. But some items are more expensive here than at a Super Walmart for some reason. The employees are friendly and helpful, so it's Above Average on that! And this one has a pretty great bakery

Bought a blender from the brand oster a dupe of the ninja combo and when we got home it was incomplete . This morning my husband and I went to return it and the woman in the customer service center (name tag was backwards as they seem to be all doing now) and this woman had an attitude asking me why I was returning it and i told her “it came without the ballades” and she looks and me like I’m dumb and says “what” I responded “it came incomplete” and she asked if I had a receipt which I responded “yes” and showed her and she said it would go on my card (which takes like a week) so I asked if I could receive it cash and she said “well you would have to have the card” I told her well here it is all you had to do was ask” she responded “well this is why I’m asking “ with a teenager attitude and this woman is well over 65 . I had everything needed for the return and it seemed as if I was taking the money from her personal account with the attitude she was giving me.

Pharmacy is excellent! Great staff.The rest of the store is fair. Biggest problem is stockers on the aisles during the day. With three or four pallets a couple carts and assorted loose packages you can't get a basket down the aisle! Numerous times I've had to stretch over a pallet to reach something for a senior, which there are many at this location. Meat dept is at the low end of fair on the scale. The produce dept is improving. If it wasn't for the great pharmacy folks I'd go down the road to Fry's.They need to get the baskets repaired almost all of them have messed up wheels & what's left are jammed together so tight you can't get em apart. C'mon guys you can do better.They're improving little by little. Just feel bad for the one lonely cashier. Seriously!?!? One cashier?

I love shopping here, its a quiet and peaceful place to shop without the chaos of a full size Walmart. They are well stocked, clean and very friendly as well.They just need more handicapped scooters !!
