I bought the wrong tissue under my rewards the arrogant manager Kae she saw me the night before by the way all the outside lights are off looks dangerous I went in to exchange she claimed I didn’t have a rewards account although I’m a regular she was rude unprofessional I asked for the day time information at night unprofessional rude clueless and it loons dangerous and no security I don’t appreciate her rude service check the cameras from that night and yesterday night unacceptable I’m in leadership myself

On 4/10/2023 I went to this pharmacy to fill a prescription. The pharmacist told me that she could only fill 60 of the 90 of the medication I had prescribed because that is all that she had. I agreed and said I can stop by in a few days and pick up the balance. Called about 12 days later to confirm they were ready because I would be in the area and was informed I can not pick them up because it would be dispensed early and that I have to wait. This was not filling early just picking up the balance of what i was owed. She refused and now plans to travel out of the state are in jeopardy. She never once disclosed any information about having to come back onor after a specific date. Had I known any of this I simply would have gone to a different pharmacy. Now in the works filing complaints with the pharmacy bourd of Arizona.

Not a review of the store. Pharmacy only. The pharmacy. Manager and pharmacist are the worst that Walgreens employs. They constantly tell me they will get my scripts in stock and I wait days and weeks. I have had on more then one occasion, being told they don’t agree with my script. I’m sorry. Who made you the doctor. You simply fill the scripts my doctors order. And to top it all off. My last visit. They gave me medicine for another person. Which I took for over a week. The leaflet was in my name but the bottle was for another customer. When you call to let them know it’s somehow your fault. Same with Walmart corporate. Major malpractice and Hippa violation. Never go to this pharmacy. Please. It’s truly a matter of life and death.

Took my family of four in for flu shots and it went far better than expected. I had the pleasure of working with the pharmacist, Katie. She was helpful and very patient. She was working the pharmacy with only a front store cashier to help her. They both were very helpful and doing as much as they could, as quickly they could. In less than an hour all 4 of us were registered and had received our flu shot. Katie was so gentle my 4 year old didn't even cry, a first. Thank you Katie!

I went here for a 2nd Covid vaccine and had a very nice older woman perform my injection. She was so incredibly sweet and personable, the only issue I had during my visit was that the shot was administered too high on my arm that caused a lot more pain than the 1st injection at the Glendale Stadium. I'm not complaining but I feel she should know about this so that she can correct her position towards the center of the deltoid (unless she was having a bad day and I was the unlucky one). I'm still in unusual pain. Again I'm not complaining nor do I want her in any kind of trouble, just letting Walgreens know about my visit.

Ashley in the pharmacy deserves to be recognized. Not only is she amazing at what she does she is a genuinely caring compassionate person. I was in the middle of a breakdown picking up a prescription for my mother who is very sick and not only did she help me she truly showed concern. This world needs more people like Ashley. I did speak with her manager John and I really hope she gets the recognition that she needs.

Diane, from photo, was BEYOND helpful and kind. I had a lot of problems with ordering a photo and she was attentive, patient and amazing!! I don't think I've ever met a more helpful, easy going walgreens associate.

This Walgreen pharmarcy location should be closed permanently. The open hours are limited, open 9-5 Mon-Fri, close on saturdays and Sundays. Will change the address to refill prescription at another pharmacy.

I waited at the drive through for 12 minutes b4 anyone even came to the window. I watched staff talk to each other and one engrossed with her phone but not one working the drive thru. Then my sons antibiotic wasn't even ready despite the fact that it was dropped off 24 hours ago. By the time I received his medications there was a line of cars behind me and some even had to turn off their cars due to the insane wait time. NEVER AGAIN.

I transferred all my family's meds and myself to as well to a CVS .What a breath of fresh air! The Pharmacy Techs are incompetent to the max, and rude they have their customer skills hidden way far up there asses , but then again the location is in the ghetto you higher ghetto 2+2 is 4 not 15 so it makes sense. They are lazy where most other pharmacies will work to help their customers ,call the Doctor's back when there is an issue, not this location , then on top of they get frustrated at you the customer when you ask them to do their job because of there incompetent and rudeness skills they portray.

I've been going to this Walgreens for 13 years now, and not once have I had a bad experience. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, the selection wide for the store size, and most items priced appropriately for a "convenience store" - only a bit higher than big box stores for things like soda, but without the annoyance of having to deal with the people, parking, and atmosphere of a big chain store. I will continue to be a customer here, and encourage anyone in the area looking for a place to find what they need, at a good price, to stop by here. You won't be disappointed.

The manager there is so disrespectful and unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go there. The pharmacy dept is excellent. The pharmacist's are so nice and helpful. They are beyond courteous and very professional but at the same time very politely personal (in a professional way). I do anything to avoid buying anything from that store, so most of the time I do drive thru or sent family or friends to pick up my medications. I do anything to avoid being in that store. If I could go to another Walgreen for my medication I would but it is conviencely a walking distance from where we live. But once we do move, I would most definitely change my Walgreen and I would even change it all together to CVS. Nothing that this particularly Walgreen could do or say could change my opinion to being positive. Manager if that store needs to go back to training of being professional and courteous to customers.

The pharmacist named Preston S at this location was rude and very disrespectful towards African Americas. He denied any of my approval letter for my insurance and he also did not take my insurance card he kept going by the system saying that it was expired even tho I had the approval letter in my hand. I called the 1-800 Walgreens number and they told me that he would be able to updated in their system. He once again denied any information I had and wouldn't update it in the computer. I told him that he was willing to help out another lady by taking her card and entering it in the system, but not mine, was discrimination on so many levels. It is because I was African American. Ashley the manager who was there, was very helpful on trying to find a solution, she just gave me an idea to check out another Pharmacy because theirs is saying that it's inactive.

I'll agree with the other review here. Pharmacy has terrible customer service. Plus they're only open to 5pm and only on weekdays. Sorry if you live close to this one. Goto 59th and Peoria much better store.

I have been getting my prescriptions here for almost 20 years. I needed an emergency 2 day supply of my Prozac and Welbutrin because my appointment is Monday and I'm out. I'm out because my doctors office cancelled my appointment due to an emergency. There weren't any other available appointments until this coming Monday. The pharmacist proceeded to address me as if I was asking her for one of my other medications; Adderall or one of my pain medications. I was not: I needed 2 of my Prozac and 2 of my Welbutrin. I reiterated that I am aware of the policies and it is not my fault that my doctors office had their own emergency and I had no control of that. I told her it wasn't necessary for her to address me as though I'm not aware of the policies; especially being a customer of nearly 29 years. She then said she wasn't going to give me the 2 day emergency supply because she said I was being argumentative. It's quite disappointing that she took that attitude and she then decided not to give me a 2 day emergency supply of much needed medication. If you're not going to give an emergency supply, I understand that completely but at least be consistent and don't give it sometimes and decide you don't want to give it at other times. That's just downright mean and wrong!

Mom was having issues getting her medicine delivered since Covid-19. Even with the app and express delivery, many calls to the help line on the app did not fix it I was able to finally get in to the store and the manager Joshua D. managed to fix it in an hour ! this manager went way beyond his required duties to help us out. THANK YOU !

I had surgery and the pharmacy could not get my insurance to go through for my pain meds, it was after hours for my insurance so I could not speak to anyone at my insurance. The Pharmacy said I could not buy just 1 pill to get me through the night and this morning I can barely get out of bed and my insurance informed me that the Pharmacy was trying to bill mental health rather than medical. OMG. People just don't think and now I have to wait until the pharmacy opens to get my pain pills.

I messed up, thought I had a dollar fifty on my card and tried buying a couple teas. It declined and the manager bought em for me. Great staff very empathetic and understanding. Bless him.❤️

The regular ft -pt employees work hard n i believe go above n beyond for there managers which seems a little backwards right? Managers= new tax bracket, ++ more incentives/bonuses not to mention they interect a lot let bein managers so that means there customer service isnt as sharp as say a full clerk . Basically, all entry level to experienced a.sm's the pay should be unviversal until your promoted to GM , i believe then thats when you have proved that your an assest to the company for the financial, growth n the operation side .

Went to the pharmacy to get a prescription filled the person that waited on me instead of doing mine waited on the person behind me and then somebody at the window and then another person that walked up and then she said someone else would take care of my prescription but that person left and then the third person was going to take care of it but she stopped at wait on somebody at the window and then another car drove up at the window and she took care of that 4 people behind the counter and everybody was running around trying to do too many things at once.

I hate this walgreens. I only come here for my friend that works there. She is the only good part of that store. Other than that over priced horrible selection. And your looked at as a thief. Wait is long. They suck is what comes down to. Save a trip go to your local Wal-Mart. Cheaper and your not looked at as a theif
